Yan Limeng's second report release: Covid pandemic is a result of "Unrestricted Biowarfare"
The SARS-CoV-2 (covi, in short, CCP virus, novel coronavirus) epidemic continues to spread around the world and has caused more than 1.05 million lives. The second report of Dr. Yan Limeng and her research team was successfully published by Zenodo on 8 October 2020 after peer review has completed. The report stated that the CCP army can use the template virus to create a CCP virus within 6 months, and this pandemic is a result of "Unrestricted Biowarfare", after determining RaTG13 in SARS-CoV-2 is frauduent and discounting the possibilities that SARS-CoV-2 may be spread by the Mojiang miners in Yunnan as early as 2012 and Malayan pangolins. In Yan Limeng's words, the public can determine if covi and the covid pandemic was caused by a virus laboratory managed by the People's Liberation Army .
Yan Limeng pointed out in the report that there are two possibilities for the origin of the CCP virus-natural evolution or laboratory production. Previous investigations have revealed that the covi genome has abnormal characteristics. Therefore, her team analyzed that the virus genetic sequence comprises of products manufactured by the laboratory through complex modification.
The report pointed out that the CCP virus meets the "biological weapons standards" stipulated by the CCP military, but its destructive effects far exceed those of typical biological weapons. Records show that the release of this weaponized pathogen should be intentional rather than accidental. Therefore, the report defines the CCP virus as an "Unrestricted Bioweapon." The current pandemic is a result of "Unrestricted Biowarfare."
The report also pointed out that the CCP virus pandemic is sufficient to demonstrate the level of corruption in international academic research and public health. Because of this corruption, the reputation of the scientific community and the well-being of the global community have been damaged.
The report finally mentioned that the international community should take practical actions to investigate the government and individuals suspected of causing the virus, request the CCP to surrender the original virus data, and explain all the hidden truth about the virus.
In addition, the international community should investigate corrupt practices such as fabricating fake images and committing scientific fraud, and held accountable for such barbarous biological attacks on humans. At the same time, it should also hold the World Health Organization (WHO), relevant journals, and funding agencies accountable.
Yan Limeng's first research report on the CCP virus was released on Twitter in the evening of 14 September. The report revealed that the biological characteristics of the CCP virus are inconsistent with naturally occurring zoonotic diseases. The virus may come from the Wuhan Institute of Viology in Hubei. The report also called for tracing the funds flow between Wuhan P4 laboratory and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
However, one day after the report was issued, Yan Limeng's Twitter account was blocked, and she only posted 4 tweets on this account, all of which were related to her team's second and latest covi research report.

RaTG-13 not found in the SARS-CoV-2 genome sequenced by Shanghai laboratory, not found in Wuhan virus laboratory
In Yan Limeng's second report, the team disclosed that RaTG-13 is not found in the original covi genome sequenced by Dr Zhang Yongzhen and his Shanghai laboratory team. According to Dr Zhang, the two bat coronaviruses that are closest to the CCP virus are ZC45 and ZXC21, which were discovered and characterized by PLA laboratories under CCP control. The Shanghai laboratory was shut down by CCP the day after the laboratory disclosure of the covi genome to the world. No explanation for the closure is offered by CCP but the public believes that it is due to covi genome submission of the Wuhan Institute of Viology to Genbank where RaTG-13 "in nature" was published.
The paper questioned the nature of RaTG-13 as WIV acknowledged that it does not have a single trace of RaTG13 among the virus samples of SARS-CoV-2. Yan Limeng's team members believe RaTG-13 in Genbank can be fabricated. They argue that an assembled viral genomic sequence and its associated sequencing reads do not necessary prove that the viral genome is real. They show genomic fraud can be done through sequencing:
The raw sequencing reads of RaTG13 on a fecal swab has abnormal features. According to the paper, 0.7% of the raw sequencing reads are bacterial reads, 30% are of non-bat origin and instead shown to be from other animals such as fox, flying fox and squirrels. These abnormal features suggest possible human intervention in the viral genome sequencing of covi.
Shi Zhengli has confirmed that she cannot recover a live RaTG13 and thus RaTG13 of natural origin is not true. Wang Wanyi, Director of WIV, also confirmed this publicly during an interview with CGTN on 24 May 2020 and in an email interview with Science in July 2020.
Attempts have been made in tracking the origin of RaTG13 to that detected in Chrysanthemum horsehoe bats (Rhinolophus affinis) in Yunnan. A closer look at the sequence shows it has 100% nucleotide sequence resemblance to another bat coronavirus RaBtCoV/4991, which Shi Zhengli disclosed in 2016. Therefore virologists have questioned Shi whether RaBtCoV/4991 and RaTG13 are the same. The answer came from Peter Daszak, Shi's long-term collaborator. He claimed both are the same. His answer thus led to a further query. Did SARS-CoV-2 originate from Yunnan?

SARS-CoV-2 not from Yunnan, otherwise the epidemic would have started years ago
According to Yan Limeng and her team, RaBtCoV/4991 is discovered in 2013 from a "440-bp RdRp segment" by Shi Zhengli's team in Yunnan, one year after six miners suffered from severe pneumonia after clearing out bat droppings in a mineshaft in Mojiang, Yunnan, of whom three miners died in 2012. Although experts suspected a SARS-like bat coronavirus killed the miners, no coronavirus was isolated or detected from the clinical samples. Therefore SARS-CoV-2 does not originate from the bats in Mojiang. Otherwise the covid epidemic would have started from Yunnan eight years ago, and not from Wuhan, according to Yan Limeng. According to Shi Zhengli in 2013, RaBtCoV/4991 is related to a group of SARS-related, lineage B beta coronaviruses.
Yan Limeng's team questioned since RaBtCoV/4991 is the same as RaTG13, why did Shi Zhengli delay to 2020 to announce RaTG13 and not carrying out genome sequence on RABtCoV/4991?
