The first cargo charter flight between Haikou and Singapore on 18 April 2021

On 17 April 2021, Cainiao Smart Logistics Network Limited (Cainiao, in short) and My Indo Airlines held a charter flight signing ceremony in Haikou, announcing that Cainiao would open a full-cargo charter flight from Haikou to Singapore with My Indo Airlines' aircraft on 18 April 2021. 

In the early morning of 18 April 2021, a cargo plane of My Indo Airlines loaded with electrical components, 3C digital, industrial molds, fish fries and other commodities departs from Haikou Meilan International Airport for Singapore Changi Airport under flight 2Y2201. It arrives in the cargo terminal of Changi Airport late at 10.24 am (scheduled time at 8.30 am), completing the first cargo flight of Meilan Airport to Singapore.

My Indo Airlines is an Indonesian cargo airline based in Cengkareng. It operates domestic cargo flights as well as international cargo flights to Singapore, Manila and Suvarnabhumi with four B737-200/-300/-400 freighters.
