Thailand's Constitutional Bulletin website issued a unified template for the covid vaccine immunization certificate (vaccine passport) for international travel on the 20th local time. The certificate is only for vaccines that have been officially registered in Thailand or certified by the World Health Organization. At the same time, a document issued by the Department of Disease Control of the Ministry of Health on authorizing officials to issue covid immunization certificates.
The "vaccine passport" is issued by the Department of Disease Control of the Ministry of Health of Thailand, and must have the signature of the director of the Department of Disease Control or its authorized issuer and the official seal of the issuing agency. To facilitate international travel, English is used uniformly.
