US Attorney General Barr will resign before Christmas and  current Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen will replace Barr. He has in-depth research on the involvement of foreign forces in the US election. The outside world is concerned about what actions Rosen will take after taking over.

US President Trump revealed on Monday afternoon that Attorney General William Barr resigned on December 23. By then, Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen will become the acting attorney general.

Rosen, 62, became the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Justice in May 2019. He has a profound study of foreign interference in the U.S. election. On August 26 this year, Rosen gave a speech at a US think tank on the topic of "Foreign Influence in US Elections." The speech mentioned the CCP’s intervention in the 2020 US election.

US Deputy Attorney General Rosen on August 26 said, "Some foreign governments are inclined to our elections and take or plan malicious actions to support their favorite candidates, including the efforts of China (the Communist Party) and Iran to weaken the policies of President Trump and his administration."

Rosen pointed out that although it is not new for foreign forces such as the CCP to intervene in the US election, the rise of the Internet and social media has amplified the scope and intensity of such interventions.

Rosen added, “Today, the media environment is very different. The Internet and social media also allow foreign interveners to secretly, cheaply and directly without setting foot on the United States to reach an unprecedented number of Americans."

President Trump signed Executive Order 13848 in 2018, requiring the U.S. Director of Intelligence to submit a report 45 days after the election to assess whether foreign forces have interfered in the election.

Historical and cultural scholar Zhang Tianliang commented, "On December 18, this Friday, or a big day, National Intelligence Director Ratcliffe, will publish reports on foreign interference in the US election. At that time, this report will Give one to the U.S. Attorney General, so if that happens, I think there will be big moves."

With regard to the investigation of fraud in the US general election, the next step is going to be a cause for concern.
