There have been significant developments in legal proceedings against US election fraud. After Texas filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court, accusing the four swing states of unconstitutionally amending election regulations, on December 8, another 10 U.S. states also followed suit one after another, joining the ranks of Texas complaints.
According to the Freedom Times report, on December 8, local time, Missouri, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana and Florida all joined and supported the Texas lawsuit, accusing the four swing states of violating the "equal protection clause" of the Constitution.
Before midnight on the 7th, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in the Federal Supreme Court, accusing the four swing states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin that the election process was unconstitutional and required the Supreme Court to declare these four states' election invalid, and electors in these 4 states are prohibited from voting.
Paxton pointed out in the statement that the four swing states used the CCP virus epidemic as an excuse, without legislative procedures, through administrative orders or mutually agreed lawsuits, to amend election regulations, voting rules and voting rules of different counties within a state. There are differences in the process. This practice weakens the integrity of the election and violates the constitution's "Equal Protection Clause" (Equal Protection Clause).
At the same time, these four swing states have taken non-legislative actions to change the election rules for designated presidential electors, which violated the "electoral clause" stipulated in the Constitution. Therefore, the electoral votes of these four states should be invalid.
Paxton said, "These states have disregarded state and federal laws, not only damaging the integrity of the referendum in this state, but also damaging the reputation of Texas and every state that holds legal elections. They do not abide by the rule of law and give the result of the entire election, casting a shadow of suspicion. We now ask the Supreme Court to intervene to correct this serious mistake."
He asked the Supreme Court to prohibit the counting of electoral votes in the four states mentioned above, and at the same time asked the Supreme Court to order the states that have appointed electors to reappoint electors in their assemblies.
After Texas took the lead in filing lawsuits against the four swing states, another 10 states joined the ranks of prosecuting Texas lawsuits, believing that the four swing states violated the "equal protection clause" of the Constitution.
US President Trump tweeted the news, and only 8 states followed up. Trump wrote in a tweet: "Come to the United States! Now joining the TEXAS lawsuit against GA, MI, PA and WI is: Alabama! Arkansas! Florida! Kentucky! Louisiana! Mississippi! South Carolina! South Dakota! State! Who is next!"
Subsequently, Indiana and Missouri followed suit. As of press time, 10 states have joined the ranks of the 4 swing states. It is not ruled out that more states will join this litigation camp.
Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said in a statement that citizens of Louisiana are very concerned about the results of the general election, believing that some states conduct elections in violation of the constitution, and only the Supreme Court can finally follow the U.S. Constitution. Adjudicated cases that are truly disputed between states.
He emphasized: "If we abide by the rules, the elections held in other states are beyond the scope of the constitution, then the rights and interests of the citizens of Louisiana will be harmed."
The filing of lawsuits by 10 states against 4 swing states is a major development in the battle against election fraud laws. This lawsuit has been accepted by the highest law.
Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow said that the Federal Supreme Court supports the Texas lawsuit. In the future, the state legislature will determine its own electors and send them to the Electoral College.
