After Antrim County, Michigan announced its forensic audit report on the Dominion voting system on Monday (14), the Arizona State Assembly decided to issue a subpoena the next day. A forensic audit of the Dominion voting system used by Maricopa County during the 2020 presidential election is required.

On Monday (December 14), a Michigan state judge granted the public the results of an investigation into the Dominion voting machines used in Antrim County. The survey results show that Dominion's error rate is as high as 68.05%, which is 85,000 times the specified maximum error rate of 0.0008%. In other words, the Dominion voting machines caused a fatal error in terms of election security and integrity.

In response to this investigation report, Arizona Republican State Representative Mark Finchem announced on Tuesday that it will conduct a forensic audit of the Dominion voting machines in Maricopa County.

Fincham said in a tweet, "Send a subpoena! Waiting for the completion of the forensic audit."

He added in a statement that an audit will be conducted to understand what happened during the election process in Maricopa County. Due to the concentration of population in the county, the election results affect the entire state.

"Everyone is working hard to ensure that a fair and just counting of votes is completed. The legislature may have to intervene, but we must abide by the rule of law and take action as soon as possible. We still have many steps to do, and we cannot act hastily. Undermine the process that we rely on to ensure fair and just elections," the statement said.

According to a report by the Arizona Mirror, on Monday, the Arizona State Senate Judiciary Committee held an election hearing. Republican senators spoke to Maricopa County election director Scott Jarrett on the reliability of the election results. Scott Jarrett) questioned.

The chairman of the committee, Eddie Farnsworth, said after hearing testimony that he would issue a subpoena to request an audit of the Dominion voting machine and software. He said these subpoenas will "ensure that at least the legislature has a procedure" to review the "authenticity" of the 2020 election.

"There is evidence that there is tampering, and there is evidence that there is fraud." Farnsworth said, "We will hold an audit to see how it turns out," and "then we can solve this problem."

He also added that the post-election audit is a necessary action that can help restore people's confidence in fair and legal elections, "and try to see if we can reinject some confidence in our election process."
