Firefly has implemented bus shuttle service between Changi and Seletar Airports for its passengers from Penang with connecting flight to Subang from Seletar. The airline first begins B737-800 flight service from Penang to Changi on 26 March 2023.
According to the display panel, Firefly's shuttle service operates four times daily, at 8 am, 12.50 pm, 3.25 pm and 5.50 pm. However, members of the public cannot board the buses without showing their Firefly tickets.

The bus arrives at Door 8 of Changi Terminal 2 Departure Hall 15 minutes before departures.
Changi Airport customer service staff informed the reporter that the airport may launch bus direct service between Changi and Seletar Airports in April 2023 the earliest if there is high demand for the service from the public.
Therefore, Firefly's bus shuttle service is a test project for a week only.
Currently, the public have to spend a lot of money on Grab or taxi for a ride to Seletar from any part of Singapore or board Bus 858 from Changi Airport Terminals, alight at the bus stop before Seletar Camp G, and wait to board Bus 102 to continue the trip to Selelar Airport.
