The delegation includes 160 members of Congress from across parties, officials from different ministries and commissions, and representatives from all walks of life. It is the largest since Taiwan and the Czech Republic established offices. In August 2020, despite repeated pressure from China, Senate Chairman Vedziz still insisted on leading a delegation to conduct cross-field cooperation for the relationship between the two sides. Adamova emphasized that the Czech Republic's goal is to become Taiwan's best friend in Europe, and she also hopes to inspire other countries to establish similar centers in Taipei to strengthen relations with Taiwan. Li Chun mentioned that the relationship between Taiwan and Europe has undergone major changes in the past 3 to 5 years, especially during the Russia-Ukraine War.
