Exclusive Test : Complete the "All Indonesia" on-line arrival card

The "All Indonesia" on-line arrival card, accessible through the "All Indonesia" app, combines previous arrival card, health declaration (SATU SEHAT) and customs declaration (e-CD) on-line forms into a single digital form. How to complete this on-line arrival card?

I have tested this on-line arrival card, which can be completed more than once after I have realized that one of the details selected is wrong after on-line submission to the Indonesian Immigration.

Image above : The Scan MRZ button on the first page of the "All Indonesia" online arrival card

On the on-line arrival card, there is the Scan MRZ button, which is the passport reader but scanning the MRZ does not work as my passport is not Indonesian. Simply ignore this section and fill in the passport details and tourist particulars.

It actually takes me 5 to 10 minutes to familiarize with and complete the "All Indonesia" on-line arrival card, longer than completing the TDAC on-line form of Thailand.

Below are the respective screenshots of the "All Indonesia" online arrival card that I recorded to complete the form.

Image above : If the hotel name is not listed above, select "OTHERS" and fill in the hotel name. Match the hotel address with the list of city or district name. Select one. The Nearest Immigration Office, by default, cannot be amended.

Images above : Fill in "No".

Image above : If the tourist has one baggage or more, indicate 1 or more.

Images above : In the section about "mobile phones, handheld computers" above, indicate "No" if the tourist does not intend to stay in Indonesia for more than 90 days. Declare the above statements are true with the tick. Then, click "Next".

Image above : Click "Send" if the tourist thinks the statements are correct. Then, the QR code is generated below.

Image above : After "Download Arrival Card", the dialog box appears with the words "Screenshot saved to gallery!" Go to the Gallery app to check the QR code and check the email from the Indonesian Immgration. Either print the email showing the QR code or show the screenshot with QR code when clearing Indonesian Immigration and Customs.

If the tourist has completed and submitted more than one "All Indonesia" on-line arrival card, decide which one to delete at the Gallery app and note the correct QR code number.

I completed the form more than once because I filled in the wrong country code of my handphone number as required by the app. So, I deleted the screenshot with QR code number 2510160021718 and retain the right screenshot showing QR code number 2510160023939.

The "All Indonesia" form should be ideally filled out within 72 hours (three days) before arrival in Indonesia. Upon submission, a QR code is generated and sent via email, which must be printed and presented to the Indonesia immigration/customs upon arrival.

On the "All Indonesia" mobile app, tourists have to show the generated QR code upon arrival. So save a screenshot of the QR code.

The "All Indonesia" on-line arrival card is invalid at the end of the day if the tourist failed to land in Indonesia on the actual day or if any detail on the form is wrong. The form will not be referred to during future trips to Indonesia.

As this is my first time testing how easy it is to complete the "All Indonesia" on-line arrival card, I do not have sufficient funds for the return ticket and I have decided not to book the Jakarta Airport Hotel this time, the date of arrival is wrong.

So, before the next trip to Indonesia, fill in the "All Indonesia" on-line arrival card correctly and clear Indonesian Immigration swiftly.

Happy voyage to Indonesia!
