The Yu Menglong case is shrouded in mystery. As public attention focuses on several art museums and the Bulgari Hotel in Beijing, where Tian Hairong dined with Cheng Qingsong, a set of photos taken by Yu Menglong for Bulgari years ago have surfaced online.

These photos were uploaded to Instagram by a fan of Yu Menglong. The dates on the photos indicate they were taken at a 2017 Bulgari-themed party.

The Bulgari Hotel Beijing was implicated in the Yu Menglong case after multiple online sources reported that on the night of 10 September 2025, someone heard what sounded like Yu Menglong's wailing, which sounded extremely shrill and terrifying. A video also captured the Bulgari Hotel's distinctive star-shaped pattern at the scene.

After the incident, several Chinese netizens reported that the Bulgari Hotel closed for three days for "cleaning" and quickly demolished the room in question. Furthermore, the surveillance video footage was "completely destroyed," and the hotel ordered internal employees to remain silent.

In addition, the bickering between female capitalist Tian Hairong and director Cheng Qingsong also garnered attention online. According to Tian Hairong's Weibo statement, the two dined at the Bulgari Hotel Beijing on 10 September 2025.

As the incident unfolded, the Bulgari Hotel Beijing's Google review section was flooded with negative comments such as "Go in alive, come out dead" and "Can only live to 37," causing the hotel's rating to plummet.

Of particular concern is the Bulgari Hotel Beijing's eccentrically shaped "Qihao Art Museum," which is adorned with triangular shapes. An underground passage connects the museum and the hotel. The Qihao Art Museum has also been rumoured to be involved in the Menglong case. The museum, with three floors above ground and four floors underground, remained vacant since its completion in 2016. It held its first exhibition in 2024, the bizarre "Snake Art Exhibition." The snake is Xi Jinping's zodiac sign.

A video circulating online shows celebrities from China and abroad gathering at the Bulgari Hotel, including Yan Shijie, director of the Red Brick Exhibition Hall. The Red Brick Exhibition Hall is currently showcasing a series of horrific and bloody exhibitions featuring interwoven blood-red lines, some of which feature shoes suspected to be from deceased celebrities.

Last month, British psychic Ty Williams posted an hour-long livestream on YouTube, purportedly a conversation with Yu Menglong's ghost, which was widely cited by online media outlets. Williams explained that Yu Menglong claimed there were many victims like him, citing a gang that specializes in trapping and torturing celebrities, locking them in basements or cages and forcing them to obey. The livestream also mentioned that some clubs have underground secret rooms used for horrific acts.

Recently, rumours have circulated that Yu Menglong suffered prolonged imprisonment and abuse, and was repeatedly transferred to other locations. The locations involved reportedly include the Bulgari Hotel Beijing and the adjacent Qihao Art Museum, the Red Brick Art Museum, and the 798 Art Gallery.
