The US 2020 election was manipulated, and evidence of tsunami-like fraud continued to emerge. On December 1, Powell’s team of lawyers released another 37-page sworn testimony from another anonymous cybersecurity expert.

The affidavit stated, “Proprietary voting system software also uses COTS products for cost considerations. Article 125 of the affidavit states, "AKAMAI Technology provides servers for all foreign government websites. (See Akamai's white paper)."
"AKAMAI Technology provides services for all .gov state websites in the United States." Article 126 of the affidavit reads.
Articles 128 and 129 of the affidavit read: "Wisconsin has an EDGE GATEWAY port, which belongs to the AKAMAI technology company headquartered in Germany." The affidavit stated that AKAMAI Technologies has servers all over the world, including Iran and China. "In 2018, AKAMAI Technology Corporation (China Branch) merged with China Unicom (CHINESE UNICOM) (cloud service)." Article 134 of the affidavit reads.
The affidavit stated, "Akamai Technology merged with a Chinese company that produces COTS components for voting machines that can access our electronic voting machines. (See Article 140)
"AKAMAI provides services to SCYTL. (See Article 124)
"China is not the only country that provides COTS and network services for voting machines. Germany has also established a Chinese link cloud service company (network) in cooperation with SCYTL through Laos, also named Akamai Technology. How Dominion ticketed through SCYTL
According to the affidavit, after the Dominion voting machine receives the ballot, it does not process it by itself. Instead, it encrypts the data and transmits it to the Scytl company whose server is not in the United States. The Scytl company processes the ballot and publishes the election results. See below.
The affidavit stated, “Scytl signed a contract with the Associated Press (AP). During the election, the Associated Press received election statistics released by the Scytl company representing Dominion. The Associated Press’s website has a disclaimer. Scytl provides technical support." (see Article 33)

Sidney Powell to Appeal Dismissal of Georgia Lawsuit

The legal team led by former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell will appeal the dismissal of the Georgia election lawsuit by a federal judge on December 7.
Powell told The Epoch Times in an email that they “will proceed as fast as possible to the Supreme Court.”
U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten dismissed Powell’s lawsuit, opining that the plaintiffs have no standing to sue, should have brought the lawsuit to a state court, and had filed the case too late.
“There’s no question that Georgia has a statute that explicitly directs that elections contests be filed in Georgia Superior Court,” Batten, an appointee of President George Bush, said in explaining his decision following an hour of oral arguments in court. “They are state elections. State courts should evaluate these proceedings from start to finish.”
Batten signaled his skepticism about the lawsuit at the opening of the hearing, choosing some of the talking points emphasized by the defendants to introduce the case.
Powell filed the lawsuit on November 25 on behalf of the presidential electors for President Donald Trump. One of the core allegations of the lawsuit concerns election machines and software by Dominion Voting Systems. The lawsuit cited several affiants to claim that the Dominion machines were manipulated to illegally alter the outcome of the November 3 election.
“Their primary complaint involves the Dominion ballot marking devices. They say that those machines are susceptible to fraud. This suit could have been filed months ago when the machines were adopted,” Batten said.
Plaintiffs asked the court to decertify the results of the election, a remedy the judge deemed extraordinary.
Powell also alleged the existence of several other categories of potentially illegal votes, each sufficient to dispute the outcome of the election. She disagreed with the argument that the plaintiffs don’t have standing or brought the suit too late.
“For those reasons, we request the court to deny the motion to dismiss, allow us a few days, perhaps even just five, to conduct an examination of the machines that we have requested from the beginning and find out exactly what went on and give the court further evidence it might want to rule in our favor, because the fraud that has happened here has destroyed any public confidence that the will of the people is reflected in their vote and just simply cannot stand,” Powell said in closing her argument.

Powell Asks Supreme Court to Immediately Order States Decertify Election Results

Attorney Sidney Powell is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to immediately intervene in her lawsuits challenging the integrity and outcome of the 2020 elections in four states.
In an announcement on Friday, Powell said she had filed emergency requests to the nation’s top court, asking the justices to order officials in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona to immediately de-certify their 2020 election results and to prevent the states’ presidential electors from casting votes in the electoral college.
An emergency filing is also anticipated for her Wisconsin case. The filings aim to maintain the status quo in the states in order to give the Supreme Court time to consider the allegations presented in her lawsuits.
“These cases raise constitutional issues and prove massive fraud. Our plaintiffs have standing ‘WeThePeople’ will not allow rigged elections,” she said in a Twitter statement on Friday.
The briefs have indicated that Powell’s legal teams are preparing to file a petition for a writ of certiorari—or a request—asking the high court to review lower courts’ rulings that dismissed her lawsuits in the four states that were dubbed “the kraken.” The lawyers have filed appeals to each states’ respective circuit courts but due to looming deadlines, the teams will file a simultaneous appeal to the top court.
Each state’s presidential electors are expected to meet on Dec. 14 and cast their electoral college vote.
Her announcement came on the same day the Supreme Court rejected Texas’s request to sue four battleground states—Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin—over allegations that they violated the constitution and treated voters unfairly in their handling of the 2020 general election.
The top court opined that Texas did not have the legal standing—or right—to sue under the Constitution because it had not shown a valid interest to intervene in how other states handle their elections. Although two of the nine justices said they would have granted the request, they said they would have also denied other injunctive relief.
The briefs filed in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona present similar arguments and all ask the justices to immediately act in blocking the finalization of the certification process or to alternatively reverse the district courts’ orders against Powell’s clients.
Powell’s team argues that the lawsuits are part of an effort to “expose and reverse an unprecedent multi-state conspiracy to steal the 2020 General Election.” Plaintiffs have been characterized as “conspiracy theorists” by Democrat politicians and activists who are ignoring the many eyewitnesses, whistleblowers, and expert witnesses who are coming forward with accounts of potential fraud and other evidence, the lawyers argue.
“The 2020 General Election was tainted by unconstitutional election fraud on a scale that has never been seen before—at least not in America,” the lawyers allege.
“Hundreds of thousands if not millions of illegal, fraudulent, ineligible, or purely fictitious ballots were cast for Biden (along with hundreds of thousands of Trump votes that were intentionally destroyed, lost or switched to Biden), changing the outcome from a Biden loss to a Biden ‘win,'” the filing alleges.
The lawyers alleged in many of the cases that election officials changed election rules without going through the state legislature; with loopholes enabling intentionally or unintentionally fraudulent processes to be introduced by poll workers, the voting software Dominion, and potentially third parties.
“While no decision of this Court can repair the fractures in our society, only a fair and open inquiry that allows the truth to be discovered can do so, for it is the truth that will set us free,” the lawyers wrote in the Georgia brief.
“Conversely, closing down any inquiry into the merits of the unconstitutional and illegal conduct in this election would be a slap in the face to many millions of Americans who believe it was a stolen election. Our common bonds require answers on the merits, not procedural evasion.”
