Top Pennsylvania Senator says he supports audit of 2020 election

A top senator in Pennsylvania said on June 5 that he supports an audit of the 2020 presidential election.

“I support the call for an election audit, in order to answer any lingering questions that still remain about the fairness of the 2020 elections in Pennsylvania. This is the best path forward to address the legitimate concerns of the large majority of my constituents who voted to reelect President [Donald] Trump, as well as all Pennsylvanians,” state Sen. David Argall, a Republican who chairs the Pennsylvania Senate’s State Government Committee, told The Epoch Times in an emailed statement.

“This is just one of many election reform efforts which I hope to see approved here in the next few weeks.”

Argall had earlier said he was reviewing the pros and cons of a potential audit.

A spokesman for the senator declined to say whether he had spoken with Republican state Sens. Doug Mastriano or Cris Dush, who recently returned from touring the forensic audit taking place in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Both Mastriano and Dush support an audit in Pennsylvania.

The Arizona audit began after an Arizona Senate panel issued subpoenas for election equipment and ballots.

Because Republicans control the Pennsylvania Legislature, the state Senate’s State Government Committee has seven Republicans and four Democrats, with Mastriano and Dush both serving as members.

“This was the most impressive audit I’ve ever seen. This level of voter integrity here, of forensically analyzing ballots, it’s all science, it’s not subjective at all. It’s going through every ballot and seeing if ballots were thrown on the copy machine and they could tell that forensically,” Mastriano told supporters in a Facebook Live video this week.

“The people overwhelmingly want an audit. I think just a county or two would do. My preference would be a Democrat and a Republican county, and let the chips fall where they may.”

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives in November 2020 approved a resolution that called for the bipartisan Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct an audit or contract with an outside firm to carry one out.

The resolution said that there were “a litany of inconsistencies” in the election stemming from orders and guidance, such as some counties not segregating ballots that were received after Election Day.

After the resolution was approved, the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee voted 2-1 against performing an audit.

State Rep. Jake Wheatley, who joined state Sen. Jim Brewster in voting against conducting an audit, said in a meeting before the vote that an audit would be a waste of time, considering the Pennsylvania Department of State planned to do an election review.

“I’m at a loss as to what the purpose of the resolution is and why it’s even necessary if the work’s going to be done,” Brewster said.

Pennsylvania Sen. Bob Mensch, a Republican, voted in favor of the measure. Pennsylvania Rep. Stephen Barrar, a Republican who later retired, missed the vote. A tie vote on the resolution would have also failed.

Pennsylvania House State Government Chairman Seth Grove, a Republican, mentioned the vote this week before stating: “The PA House of Representatives will not be authorizing any further audits on any previous election. We are focused on fixing our broken election law to make it easier to vote and harder to cheat.”

Mensch in April introduced legislation that would require Pennsylvania’s auditor general to perform an audit of ballots cast in the 2020 election. Argall referenced the bill while speaking to The Associated Press.

“There’s an enormous amount of election-related bills pending for the month of June, and this is one of them,” Argall said.

The Pennsylvania Department of State later carried out what was described as a statewide risk-limiting audit pilot, which featured a review of more than 45,000 randomly-selected ballots. Pennsylvania’s former Secretary of State, Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat, said in February that the audit showed “strong evidence” that the ballot count was correct.

An election assessment was recently completed in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. Wake Technology Services Inc., a firm involved in the Maricopa County audit, performed the assessment, which found errors in ballot scanning and four other issues.

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf was among the Democrats this week condemning efforts to do another audit.

“What they’re calling for isn’t an ‘audit.’ It’s a taxpayer-funded disinformation campaign and a disgrace to democracy,” Wolf said in a Twitter post. “Pennsylvania had a free and secure election. That’s a fact. Pennsylvanians deserve better from their elected officials.”

NIH: Wuhan Institute of Viology eligible to receive US taxpayer money to conduct bat coronavirus research until 2024

WIV is at the centre of widespread speculation that SARS-CoV-2 entered the human population in China following an accidental lab leak. Researchers at WIV were studying bat-based coronaviruses before the outbreak. Their research is backed by $826,000 in U.S. taxpayer funds that were routed to WIV through EcoHealth Alliance, a nongovernmental research group that focuses on emerging diseases caused by human and animal interactions.

The president of EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Daszak, is the only American member of the World Health Organization (WHO) delegation that investigated the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic in China in January and February 2021.

The WIV still has an active PHS Approved Animal Welfare Assurance with the NIH Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare, which allows it to continue receiving U.S. taxpayer funds to conducts animal research. EcoHealth Alliance took funding from USAID and spent it doing research on bioweapons with WIV

It is known that NIH is only one U.S. government agency that provides grant funding to EcoHealth Alliance but according to U.S. media RedState, when looking at the totality of grant funding that was sent out through USAID — it includes funding that comes from the Department of Defense through its “PREDICT” program. According to the Daily Mail, the total of all grant funding to EcoHealth Alliance is $123 million, with $39 million coming from the Pentagon.

USAID is an independent agency of the federal government which provides foreign aid and development assistance to foreign countries. As the name implies, it exists for the purpose of giving away US taxpayer dollars to foreign interests. The funding is supposed to further US interests in those foreign locations and is normally intended to address socioeconomic issues in the developing world.

The “PREDICT” program is the key to understanding the funding of EcoHealth Alliance and its work with the WIV. PREDICT is a research funding program launched in 2009 as an “early warning” pandemic system. 

Between 2009 and 2019, PREDICT funded the collection of more than 140,000 biological samples that contained as many as 1200 coronaviruses with the potential to cause human disease and pandemics. In that time period PREDICT awarded $200 million in grants before the grant funding ran out and President Trump ended the program.  Of that $200 million, $63 million, which is nearly one-third of all PREDICT grant funds, went to EcoHealth Alliance.

EcoHealth Alliance, run by Dr. Peter Daszak, conducted bat coronavirus research with Shi Zhengli for nearly a decade. Research papers published by the two on bat coronaviruses identify the grant funding as having come from USAID and PREDICT but that limited attribution did not reveal that the funding distributed through PREDICT had, in part, come from the Defense Department — specifically the DOD “Defense Threat Reduction Agency.”

The Global Director of PREDICT is Dr. Jonna Mazit of the University of California at Davis.

When the World Health Organization conducted an “investigation” into the origins of SARS-CoV-2, Daszak declared the origin of the virus to be a “zoonotic” transfer — occurring naturally — from an animal to humans in an unknown fashion. He is the driving force behind the letter published in the 7 March 2020 issue of The Lancet, one of the leading medical journals in the world, signed by 27 scientists from around the world and declaring the origins of the SARS-CoV-2 as natural and not the result of any activity taking place at the WIV.

One of the scientists who signed that letter endorsing the view that the virus developed in a zoonotic manner is Dr. Jonna Mazit, Global Director of PREDICT, who runs the program that directed Defense Department research money to EcoHealth Alliance and Daszak.

The DOD Defense Threat Reduction Agency is charged with developing tactics and strategies to counter weapons of mass destruction including bioweapons.

The Pentagon was, through USAID, funding research of bioweapons as part of its responsibility to develop defenses to bioweapon attacks (including infectious diseases) — anti-viral treatments and vaccines.  According to RedState, to develop treatments and vaccines for infectious diseases, bioweapons need to be developed first.

EcoHealth Alliance took funding for research from that USAID, money that came from a U.S. Department of Defense bioweapons research agency, and spent it doing research on bioweapons with a state-run bioweapons lab in China.

Therefore, the U.S. military was (possibly unwittingly) funding bioweapons research at a military bioweapons lab under CCP China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) control for years.

CCP trade adviser claims trade and biological war victory against the world

Chen Ping, a CCP adviser and professor, has declared that the CCP regime "won" the biological war" against the U.S. in an unearthed video while bragging about how the U.S. was defeated. Because of the CCP's "success" in containing the covid outbreaks achieving economic growth, he said that the model development of democracy and modernization is not suitable for CCP China.

The stunning video admission comes days after news outlets throughout the world questioned the unfounded claims that the covid virus SARS-CoV-2 (covi, CCP virus, novel coronavirus) was of natural origins.

Chen Ping, a Professor of Economics at Beijing University and Senior Research Fellow at Fudan University, commented that "in 2020, China won the trade war, science & technology war, and especially the biological war". He added, "The achievement is unprecedented. This is an epoch-making historical record."

Chen Ping commented about the mainland Chinese that look towards democracy as the model government, "So for the liberal, America-worshiping cult within China, their worship of the US is actually unfounded. After this trade war and biological warfare, the US was beaten back to its original shape. "

He added, "So I think Trump’s attempt to restore the declining international status of the US during his 4 years has failed. This failure is not only the failure of Trump’s personal campaign for re-election as president, but also the failure of the neo-liberalism-led globalization of the past four decades led by the U.S. and the UK. The above statements of Chen Ping inherently admit that SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon developed by the CCP's PLA and deliberately released to the Chinese public and the world to test the infectivity of the CCP virus and defeat the free market economies. 

To date, Chen Ping has not been arrested by the police for such his harmful remarks not only to the U.S., but also to the world.

Yan Limeng: The CCP is still conducting other virus experiments

The unnamed woman is a 36-year-old woman living in South Africa. Although she was diagnosed with HIV as early as 2006, doctors have been unable to use standard treatments to control her HIV load.

In September 2020, she was hospitalized for 9 days after contracting the CCP virus but she never had serious symptoms. For the next 216 days, the woman's CCP virus test continued to be positive. Because she participated in a study on the immune response of 300 AIDS patients to the CCP virus, scientists discovered this unique case.

The CCP virus in her body has undergone 13 genetic mutations related to key spike proteins, and at least 19 other genetic mutations that may change the behavior of the virus. These mutations include the variants that have appeared and are listed as of concern, such as the E484K mutation, which is part of the Alpha variant (B.1.1.7 / Covi17); and the N510Y mutation, which is the Beta variant (B.1.351/ Covi51) first identified in South Africa.

This new discovery makes people worry that HIV may complicate efforts to eliminate the CCP virus pandemic. 

Tulio de Oliveira, a geneticist at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa who led the new research, told the Los Angeles Times If the case of this woman proves to be representative, it will mean that those infected but not controlled by drugs may become "variant factories of the whole world."

Turio de Oliveira said that if more such cases are found, it presents a prospect that HIV-infected people may become the source of new variants of the CCP virus because patients may have been carrying the CCP virus longer. 

There are approximately 8 million people living with HIV in the world who are not aware of their status. Another 1.7 million people are taking antiviral drugs with poor results. Nearly 10 million uncontrolled AIDS patients may give birth to new variants of the CCP virus, which will have a wide-ranging impact on the future.

Dr. Jonathan Li, an infectious disease expert at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, said, "This is a syndrome." He used a term to describe the combination of these two epidemics. It is possible to worsen the results of both epidemics.

Elephants go shopping in Kunming, thirsty, turn on the tap and drink

Taiwan extends third-level alert control measures to 28 June

Covid tally of Taiwan on 7 June 2021

On 7 June 2021, Taiwan reports 211 newly confirmed covid cases, 26 deaths in New Taipei. Although there are still 82 cases in New Taipei and 60 cases in Taipei, the number of confirmed cases has decreased slightly compared with the previous day. Lionness died from covid

A lion has died from Covid-19 at an Indian zoo where eight others also tested positive for the virus.

The state-run zoo on the outskirts of the south Indian city of Chennai announced the nine-year-old Asiatic lion's death on Friday.
