Covi72 spread too strong. CCP media: Get infected in 14 seconds in the same space

Comprehensive CCP Chinese media reported that a new wave of local covid outbreak broke out in Guangzhou earlier. The local police traced a fourth-generation transmission case and discovered during the contact process that Covi72 (B.1.617.2/ Delta) takes only 14 seconds to complete the infection spread between the third and fourth generations.

The Beijing News website recently disclosed that the Guangzhou police have completed the traceability of the contact process of the four generations of key cases before the covid outbreak in Guangzhou. According to the surveillance footage released by the police, the third-generation case Huang XX and the fourth-generation case Lu XX in the same restaurant on the same day ate separately, and entered the same toilet successively, but the two sides never had any physical contact. The two generations of cases spent only 14 seconds in the toilet but one person did not wear a mask at the time. The police said that the virus spread within 14 seconds under the same environment, which was the shortest contact time in this epidemic.

The report said that, in fact, the contact history between the first-generation case Guo and the second-generation case Song also found that the two had entered the restroom of the same restaurant and stayed together for about 90 seconds. In the activity track of the Song patient, there was a history of contact with the third-generation patient Huang in the same restaurant. The two had a conversation, about 1 minute and 40 seconds.

The report quoted Feng Zijian, a researcher from the China CDC, who pointed out that the recent local epidemics in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan all involve Covi72, and its infectivity and transmission ability have been significantly enhanced, and the incubation period or passage interval has been shortened. Some cases have shown that within 10 days the virus has infected the fifth or sixth generations, and the spread speeds up.

Feng Zijian said that for patients infected with Covi72, the test results reflect the characteristics of a significant increase in viral load. The data shows that the transmission ability of Covi72 is the strongest among the mutant viruses that need attention at present, doubled compared with the past, and increased by more than 40% compared with Covi17. New mutation of Delta variant appears in Britain, the United States, Russia, Japan and other countries

Cases of the Delta Plus variant have been detected in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Portugal, Poland, Switzerland, Russia, Turkey, Japan and Nepal.

When the Delta Plus variant was first exposed, it was briefly and informally called the Nepalese variant because it was discovered among 13 people traveling from Nepal to Japan. It is not clear whether this variant originally appeared in Nepal.

The Delta Plus variant is simply the Delta variant with an additional mutation called K417N. This variant has at least two independent groups, which are called Delta-AY.1 and Delta AY.2. Delta AY.1 seems to be the most widely spread.

The Public Health Agency of England (PHE) believes that all three variants, namely the original Delta variant, Delta-AY.1, and Delta-AY.2 originally found in India, are worrying variants, which means they may be better than the original The virus poses a greater risk, such as easier transmission or partial resistance to vaccines and immunity developed after previous infections.

As of June 18, PHE has confirmed 36 confirmed and two possible cases of Delta AY.1 infection in England. AY.2 has also been detected in the UK.

The interesting mutation K417N also appeared in the Beta variant first discovered in South Africa. The mutation is located in the spike protein of the virus and is thought to explain at least part of the reason the Beta variant has some resistance to the vaccine.

Currently, the vaccine seems to perform well against the Delta variant, especially after two injections, so public health authorities are concerned about any new viral mutations that may weaken vaccine protection or immunity gained from previous infections.

Lion Travel has applied for direct flights to Guam with airlines, and plans to plan 5 days and 4 nights air tickets plus hotel products, which will be available as early as early July. Nearly 4,000 fully vaccinated people in Massachusetts test positive for the virus

According to data recently released by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, nearly 4,000 fully vaccinated people in the state tested positive for the virus.

So far, there have been rare cases of "diagnosed after vaccination" in the state, with about 1 in 1,000 vaccinated persons.

According to the report, as of 12 June, of the more than 3.7 million fully vaccinated people in Massachusetts, 3,791 were reconfirmed with infection.

"We have learned that many breakthrough infections (re-diagnosed) are asymptomatic or very mild and have a short duration. The number of these (re-diagnosed) viruses is not very high." Davidson, an infectious disease expert at Boston University Davidson Hamer told the Boston Herald.

"We expect there will be breakthrough cases (re-diagnosed), so we need to better understand who is at risk and whether the breakthrough (referring to the person who is re-diagnosed) will spread the virus to others." Hammer continued. "In some cases, they will shed low-level viruses and will not spread to other people."

According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), although large-scale clinical studies have found that vaccination against COVID-19 can prevent most people from contracting the virus, no vaccine is 100% effective in preventing the disease. , And there will be “a small percentage of people who are fully vaccinated will still get sick, be hospitalized, or die from COVID-19”.

A spokesperson for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health said that getting vaccinators "to be tested for the virus to confirm that they are currently infected with the virus is still vital to the control of COVID-19."

"At present, infected persons can spread the virus to other people, and isolation of cases and identification of close contacts (identification of close contacts) is the basis of public health response measures."

Vaccination lottery to send electric vehicles, CCP encourages vaccination with many tricks
The news of sending electric cars to China through a vaccine lottery rushed to the hot search list on Weibo.

On 22 June, in Xi'an, Shaanxi, the Weiqu Qingcheng community pulled out a red eye-catching banner saying “Electric vehicles can be pumped with the second shot of the new crown vaccine”, and many electric vehicles with the word “Award” were placed on site. The Weiqu Sub-district Office stated that this activity did take place, and other communities also smoked mobile phones to encourage everyone to actively vaccinate.

Since the CCP virus has ravaged the world, since the advent of the vaccine, all countries have called on the people to fight it. Vaccines have become popular products in many countries and regions, but the situation in mainland China is different. The vaccination work of Sinopharm Vaccine and Kexing Vaccine did not meet expectations. Therefore, various measures to encourage vaccination have been introduced one after another.

A video on Weibo shows that on 21 June, a red slogan was posted on a street in the Huancheng West Road Community, Lianhu District, Xi'an: "Get the new crown vaccine and win the 10,000 yuan prize." At the same time, the female announcer also encouraged the citizens to go to get the vaccine through the tweeter on the scene, saying that “the quantity is limited until the delivery runs out.”

In addition, the free vaccination points on Huaqing East Road and Xiqi Road in Xi’an New City also implemented a gift-giving campaign with vaccines, three eggs, a bag of dried noodles, a bag of flour, and a bucket of detergent. Methods to encourage vaccination such as "vaccinations beckon to stop" and "certificates of vaccination for consecutive couples" are also constantly on the line.

Some netizens said that this reflects from one aspect that the mainland people are not willing to vaccinate and have concerns about vaccinating domestic vaccines, and the authorities have encountered resistance in promoting vaccines.

According to the Chinese Communist Party’s official media, according to the data reported by the Chinese Communist Party’s Health Commission on 20 June, the number of vaccines against the Chinese Communist Party in mainland China exceeded 1 billion doses on the 19th. However, the authenticity of this data has been questioned by outsiders because of the lack of transparency in the information flow of the Chinese Communist Party.

Republicans criticize Biden for vague stance on CCP virus tracing

In the thorough investigation of the COVID-19 pandemic (CCP virus), Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives expressed dissatisfaction with the Biden administration’s vague stance on the Chinese government.

National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan told "Fox News Sunday" on Sunday (20 June) that if China does not cooperate with a proper investigation, it will face "isolation by the international community", but some members of Congress want to go to the White House to take more direct action.

Republican Representative Rob Wittman said in a statement on Monday (June 21) that the time for vague threats and cheap talks has passed, and if the Biden administration “really wants to know the truth” , knowing what role China (the CCP) played in the origin of the novel coronavirus, then “they must be sure that if China does not allow a free and fair investigation of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, there will be tangible consequences.” .

Witman and New York State Representative Elise Stefanik jointly introduced the "World Deserves to Know Act" last week, which will be based on the "Global Magnitsky Act" "Sanctions will be imposed on members of the Communist Party of China who restrict freedom of speech and imprison whistleblowers and journalists of the pandemic.

Expert: U.S. unconditionally aided Taiwan with vaccine to counter CCP pressure

The US sent 2.5 million doses of the Modena vaccine to Taiwan on 20 June. Qi Kaili, a scholar at Stanford University who specializes in Taiwan issues, said in an interview with the Central News Agency that the US aid to Taiwan vaccines has no strings attached, but there is an implication. The decision is to counter the pressure of the CCP. The United States and Japan have released vaccines to support Taiwan and demonstrate the importance of Taiwan.

Kharis Templeman, a scholar at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University, stated on June 21 that the US donation of vaccines to Taiwan is purely to support Taiwan as a long-term partner of the United States. In this public health crisis, the United States is due to Taiwan’s unique international The situation and the pressure from the Chinese Communist Party to give extra support.

Qi Kaili said that in the political differences between the two parties in the United States, there is at least one consensus that "Taiwan is under tremendous pressure from the CCP, and the United States should counter the CCP and provide Taiwan support, trying to balance some of the pressure."

"Vaccine donations are donations. There is no expectation of any additional conditions." He said that Taiwan is one of the few consensus issues in the US Congress. Democrats and Republicans can express "I like Taiwan and I want to support Taiwan" without difficulty. Regardless of the current Biden administration or even if Trump is re-elected, they will support Taiwan-related issues.

The White House: U.S. and allies will put pressure on the CCP to investigate the origin of the virus

And provide “transparent data” and access rights in the survey.

On the same day, some Republicans believed that the White House was not strong enough in investigating the origin of the virus and blaming the CCP for concealing the epidemic, and the Biden administration’s warning remarks were too vague on the issue of the CCP obstructing the investigation.

The Republican leader of the U.S. House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy (Kevin McCarthy) also announced on Monday the eight pillars of the “Holding China Accountable” (Holding China Accountable) plan, including requirements for deciphering epidemic-related intelligence, increasing transparency, and implementing measures for those involved in concealing the epidemic. Visa restrictions and economic sanctions.

US national security adviser Jake Sullivan said in an interview with Fox on Sunday (June 20) that the CCP faces two choices when it comes to virus traceability. If no real investigation is allowed, it will face international isolation. The federal government announced on Monday that starting at 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) on July 5, 2021, fully vaccinated travelers who are allowed to enter Canada will not need to be quarantined or tested for COVID-19 on the 8th day. .

However, for passengers arriving in Canada by air or by land, the pre-arrival and on-arrival testing requirements will continue to apply regardless of whether they are vaccinated. Except for those with other immunity.

Passengers who are fully vaccinated do not need to be quarantined or tested on the 8th day after entering Canada. But they must still have a suitable quarantine plan, so that they can be used in case border officials determine that they do not meet the requirements.

At any time after entering Canada, if a fully vaccinated traveller tests positive or comes into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, they must follow all local public health authorities' requirements, including isolation.

Dong Jingwei defect rumour reveals inside story, involving Xi's family army

Image : The escape of Dong Jingwei, Vice Minister of the Ministry of National Security of the Communist Party of China, continues to ferment. (Composite picture)

Rumours of Dong Jingwei, deputy minister of the Ministry of State Security of the Communist Party of China, have fled. Jiang Gangzheng, the self-media person who first broke the news, recently appeared in an interview with the media and disclosed the inside information he had obtained about Dong's escape, involving Xi Jinping's "Zhijiang New Army."

On 21 June, "Vision Times" exclusively interviewed Jiang Gangzheng, the first person to break the news of the "Dong Jingwei's escape incident". Jiang said that he obtained the news of "Dong Jingwei's defect" through two channels, one was the "Hangzhou University Secretary's Gang"; the other was the news of people close to Shi Kehui, the former secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Jiang Gangzheng said that the main source of news of this "defection" was the Hangzhou University Secretary's Gang. The Hangzhou Secretary's Gang is a special group. Li Qiang, secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, Chen Miner, secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, Cai Qi, secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, Huang Kunming, Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, Liu Qi from Jiangxi, and Lou Yangsheng from Henan, they all use the pseudonym "Hangzhou University's Secretary's Gang".

Jiang said that he first got the news from Hong Kong. People close to Shi Kehui, former secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, received information that Dong Jingwei may have left mainland China and Hong Kong because he was involved in some cases in Hong Kong that involve the former Deputy Minister of Public Security Sun Lijun who had fallen from the horse.

Shi Kehui has served in Zhejiang for a long time and is regarded as a member of the "Zhijiang New Army" of the Xi family army. He used to be Secretary-General of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee (his superiors included representatives of Xi Jiajun Zhao Hongzhu, Xia Baolong, etc.), and later served as Director of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Supervisory Committee. He is currently the head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Hong Kong and Macau Office.

Jiang Gangzheng said that his other source of information is related to Huang Baokun, the director of the Shanghai National Security Bureau. The other party said that Huang Baokun might be appointed as the deputy minister of the Ministry of National Security because Dong Jingwei has already run away.

According to the data, Huang Baokun was once the director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of State Security. Since April 2020, he will serve as Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Shanghai National Security Bureau.

Regarding the CCP’s response to the incident, Jiang Gangzheng believes that none of the CCP’s punctuation marks is true. "

Jiang Gangzheng introduced that he originally served in the CCP system, but because of the suppression of the CCP, he moved from Singapore to Australia. He was an assistant to the president of a provincial branch of a commercial bank. Yao Zuoting, the former first deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, is his maternal uncle. Therefore, he has contact with the secretaries of many senior cadres in the Zhejiang New Army ("Zhijiang New Army").

The U.S. Republican Party bet Dong Jingwei's escape

On June 19, Solomon Yue (Yu Huaisong), a senior member of the U.S. Republican National Committee, and a patriot from Hong Kong bet that if Dong Jingwei’s escape was not true, he would resign, otherwise he would have to pay the reporter who wrote the report. And an organization that promotes freedom of the press $10,000.

Yu Huaisong’s move aroused widespread concern. On 20 June, Eastern Time, the democracy activist Guo Baosheng interviewed Yu Huaisong on his YouTube channel. Yu said that the reason why he dared to bet on his political life was because he received a confirmation about Dong Jingwei's escape, and a high-level government official told him the news.

SpyTalk: Dong Jingwei provided explosive information to the Biden administration

On 17 June, U.S. Eastern time, SpyTalk, a multimedia website focused on reporting news from the intelligence community, reported that Dong Jingwei, who came to the United States to visit his daughter at a University in California in mid-February this year, contacted the Defense Intelligence Agency upon arrival. If the rumours are true, Dong will be the highest-level defector in the history of the Chinese Communist Party.

According to SpyTalk, Dong Jingwei provided information to the Biden government, that changes its position on the Wuhan laboratory and reconsidersthe traceability of the virus that caused the pandemic.

The other information provided by Dong is all super explosive news, such as the list of American citizens he handed over to the CCP to provide intelligence, the list of CCP spies who worked or studied in the U.S., and the financial records of American businessmen and civil servants receiving CCP money. .

A few hours after the above news broke, the WeChat public account "Chang An Sword" of the Central Political and Legal Committee announced that Dong Jingwei hosted the counterintelligence symposium, declaring that "The Ministry of National Security pointed out that it is necessary to catch spies as well as 'internal traitors' and 'behind the scenes the gold master'."

However, since the news did not have Dong Jingwei's video or photos, it was doubtful whether Dong was actually on the scene.

In an interview with the US media Newsmax, Gordon Chang, an expert on China issues, said, "These reports from China do not seem to be credible." He said that the information from SpyTalk and other sources is very specific and indeed. It is consistent with some things that everyone knows, so he suspects that the news of (Dong)'s surrender is true.

Gordon Chang also believes that the report alleged that Dong Jingwei had surrendered to the National Defense Intelligence Agency rather than other units because other departments such as the FBI had "infiltrated" the CCP. He believed these statements to be true. The CCP’s spies and agents are everywhere, and the state-level government in the United States has also been infiltrated.

Gordon Chang also stated that Dong Jingwei was a high-ranking official of the National Security Council of the Communist Party of China, which means that he had a close relationship with Xi Jinping and had access to "a lot of information." If this matter proves to be true, "it may even lead to the collapse of the Communist Party overnight."

However, NTDTV contacted various sources for interviews, and it is currently unable to verify the authenticity of "Dong Jingwei's escape".

3 officials defected severely hit the CCP, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection said "destroy the door"

News about the flight of high-ranking CCP officials has recently spread. The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China recently published an article reviewing the rebellion of the early leader of the Communist Party of China, Gu Shunzhang, and signaled that the “traitors” should be destroyed. In the history of the CCP, a total of three high-ranking officials surrendered, including Gu Shunzhang, who caused the CCP to suffer heavy losses.

On 19 June, the website of the State Supervision Commission of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China issued an article entitled "Never betraying the party is more than an oath." In the article, I reviewed the escape of Gu Shunzhang, a senior official of the Chinese Communist Party, and called on the whole party to eliminate all "traitors".

On the previous day (18 June), General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Xi Jinping personally led dozens of senior officials, including members of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, to the CCP History Exhibition Hall to revisit the party oath and shout "Never betray the party."

When the Communist Party of China was founded a century ago, it suddenly showed its loyalty to the party from top to bottom, and announced that it would "destroy the traitor", which aroused public concern. The outside world thinks that this is related to the recent news that Dong Jingwei, Vice Minister of the State Security Department of the Communist Party of China, fled the United States.

US media "RedState" quoted a source on 17 June as saying that Dong Jingwei fled the United States in February and provided evidence related to the Chinese Communist Party virus to the US Defense Intelligence Agency. At present, this news has not been officially confirmed by the United States. If it is true, it will undoubtedly have a fatal impact on the CCP.

At this sensitive moment, Xi Jinping, the top leader of the Communist Party of China, took an oath to demand that party members "never rebel against the party." The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection also announced that the traitors would "destroy the door", which obviously meant to warn party officials.

Looking back on the history of the CCP, it was found that there were many officials who betrayed the CCP. Among them, the most famous were three. Their surrender caused severe damage to the CCP. Even the CCP leader Zhou Enlai was almost arrested.

Gu Shunzhang betrayed the CCP, Zhou Enlai was almost captured

In April 1931, Gu Shunzhang was arrested by the Nationalist Government in Hankou and betrayed the CCP. He confessed to the Communist Party's underground transportation agency in Wuhan and the Wuhan Office of the Second Red Army Corps, resulting in the arrest of more than 10 people.

Later, he asked to meet with Chiang Kai-shek and confess the organs and main leaders of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai. At that time, underground party institutions in Shanghai and other places were almost completely destroyed, and many people were arrested and killed. Zhou Enlai, who was engaged in intelligence work in Shanghai, was almost captured.

The CCP leaders killed by Gu Shunzhang included Yun Daiying, Cai Hesen, Sheng Zhongliang, and Huang Wenjie. Other leaders Wang Ming, Kang Sheng, Bogu, Zhang Wentian, Chen Yun, and Chen Geng were also hunted down, or fled to Moscow or the Soviet area of the Communist Party. Gu Shunzhang surrendered to the KMT, causing heavy losses to the CCP, and the CCP killed all his family members.

Ye Qing leaves the CCP to train anti-Communist personnel for the KMT

Another senior CCP official who surrendered was Ren Zhuoxuan, under the pseudonym Ye Qing. Ren Zhuoxuan, born in Nanchong, Sichuan in 1896, studied in France and Russia. In 1922, he joined the French Communist Party. At the end of 1926, Ren Zhuoxuan returned to China and was re-used in the Communist Party of China. He first served as Minister of Propaganda of the Guangdong District Committee of the Communist Party of China, succeeded as a member of the Party News Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and concurrently served as a political instructor of the Whampoa Military Academy.

In 1927, Ren Zhuoxuan was arrested by the Kuomintang in Changsha, but was not hit by the shots and survived. After that, he was arrested again and completely separated from the CCP.

Ren Zhuoxuan, under the recommendation of Zuo Guoyong, vice president of the Kuomintang Changsha Court, became the political instructor of the 20th Division of the Sichuan Army in Hunan, specializing in training anti-Communist personnel for the Kuomintang.

After that, Ren Zhuoxuan wrote a large number of articles exposing the CCP under the pseudonym Ye Qing, which greatly annoyed the CCP's senior officials. In July 1949, Ye Qing was appointed as the deputy minister of the Central Propaganda Department of the Kuomintang and later acting minister.

In his later years, Ye Qing wrote in "Why Am I Anti-Communist?" "I am anti-Communist for the country and for China. I used to support socialism in France and joined the Communist Party to participate in labor and sympathize with the workers based on local facts. Now I have a lot of knowledge and experience, and I understand China’s history. The trend, that is, to understand all the facts, will naturally engage in anti-communist activities based on China’s needs."

Yu Qiangsheng defected, CCP's highest-level spy exposed

In 1985, Yu Qiangsheng, Director of the National Security Department of the Communist Party of China, fled the United States. He was the brother of Yu Zhengsheng, the second generation of the Communist Party of China and former Politburo Standing Committee member. His escape shocked the CCP. The CCP sent a Guoan killer to assassinate Yu Qiangsheng.

Yu Qiangsheng provided important clues to the United States, leading to the arrest of Jin Wuzao, the highest-ranking spy of the CCP, who has been lurking in the CIA for more than 40 years, and the CCP's intelligence organization in the United States was hit hard.

After Jin Wuzao was arrested, he called on the CCP to exchange spies like the United States and the former Soviet Union, so that he would return to China, and he planned to send his wife to China to find Deng Xiaoping. However, the CCP denied that Jin Wuzao was a CCP spy, and Jin Wuzao committed suicide in prison in despair. According to the declassified files in the United States, Yu Qiangsheng changed his identity afterwards and lived in anonymity overseas.

The latest progress of the second phase expansion project of Meilan Airport is here

Source : Hainan Daily

A few days ago, the new tower project, one of the core projects of the second phase expansion project of Haikou Meilan International Airport, undertaken by Shanghai Construction Engineering Fifth Construction Group, was successfully topped off. The outer glass curtain wall has been basically completed, and the main equipment room is about to be delivered. It is expected to be completed in July 2021 for completion acceptance.

The new tower project of Haikou Meilan International Airport is located on the north side of the T1 terminal of Haikou Meilan International Airport and the east side of the airport comprehensive transportation center. The project includes a 22-story tower and a 5-story flight management building, covering an area of 7282.3 square meters. . The lower part of the tower is a structural cylinder, and the upper part is a functional layer, including the tower command and control room, the tower control equipment mezzanine room, the apron command center, the equipment room, the tower rest and duty room, and the weather observation room.

As the "airport brain" of the airport flight command information interaction center, after the completion of the new tower, Haikou Meilan International Airport will have 14 seats for command aircraft, which is three times the size of the existing tower, which can effectively protect Haikou Meilan International. The safe operation of the airport's dual runways has accumulated strong momentum for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.

As the first airport tower project undertaken by Shanghai Construction Fifth Construction Group, the group attached great importance to it and appointed a management team with rich construction experience to be stationed on site. Since the start of construction in April 2020, the project department has successively overcome the situation of narrow site and tight construction period, aiming at the project's foundation pit excavation with multiple sections, difficult positioning and laying-out, large diameter of special-shaped rigid steel columns, excessively long attached walls of tower cranes, The external scaffolding is complex and other difficult problems, and multiple measures are taken simultaneously to strengthen the quality control of the project.

“One of the biggest difficulties of this project is the tight schedule. The new tower project serves as the command system for the second phase of Meilan Airport. In order to ensure the operation and navigation of the second phase of Meilan Airport, the project has a construction period of only 13 months. With the same type of structure, the construction period is reduced by more than 40%. In response to the requirements of the owners, we prepare schedules, formulate rush measures, optimize the construction technology, increase the input of resources such as human resources, and use 24-hour non-intermittent construction. The 2020 Spring Festival will respond to the owners. We call for no suspension of work and no holidays to ensure that the tower project is delivered on schedule." said Yang Guang, general manager of the Hainan branch of Shanghai Construction Fifth Construction Group.

As the project is located in the coastal area, the geological conditions are extremely complicated, and the longest concrete cast-in-place pile length is 58.55 meters, and the hole depth is 63.7 meters, which is close to the equipment's limit hole depth. The project team adopted the method of bit replacement and gas-lift reverse circulation to clear holes, and successfully passed through 8 stratums including miscellaneous fill, strongly weathered basalt, moderately weathered basalt, and coarse sand with construction quality of piles. As a special project, the facade of the project is a towering cylindrical structure building with a circular cross-section diameter of 12 metres, and the core tube has a high floor height, which poses a challenge to the quality of the tube formwork construction. After many discussions and simulation verifications, the project team finally decided to use the "outer steel-inner wood" cylinder formwork for construction, that is, the outer mold was assembled and dismantled with a customized large steel mold, and the inner mold was assembled and dismantled with a shaped wooden mold. The method finally continuously ensures the flatness of the outer wall, saves the time of formwork work, and effectively improves the overall construction quality.

In the process of construction management, Wujian South China Company relies on the technical advantages of the BIM Technology Innovation Center and focuses on promoting project construction with BIM information management. During the excavation process of the tower platform, because the bottom of the tower foundation pit is only 488 square meters, but there are as many as 14 water collection wells, elevator shafts and steel column foundations, the construction and excavation surfaces are staggered, and the positioning of the laying line is brought about Extremely difficult. In the face of difficult problems, the project team used BIM technology to establish a three-dimensional model of the entire building, and finally clearly determined the position of the entry point and the slope line of the 17 excavation intersections, further optimizing the construction process. At present, the BIM three-dimensional model has become the “transparent” drawing for the daily work of the project team. As long as the computer operating platform is turned on, the three-dimensional perspective view of the project can be presented in front of the staff, which greatly improves the efficiency of construction management while ensuring that construction safety.

In fact, Shanghai Construction Engineering Fifth Construction Group has carried out a forward-looking layout for the Hainan market very early. It entered Hainan in March 2017 and established a Hainan branch. Hainan is now stepping up efforts to build a free trade port. Shanghai Construction Engineering Group has always adhered to the "national team" positioning, guided by the strategy of serving the country, adhered to a national layout, and will actively connect, integrate and serve the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. Make positive contributions to the construction of the trade port.

"In the future, Shanghai Construction Engineering Fifth Construction Group hopes to leverage its advantages in super high-rise construction, digital construction, and industrialization, and bring advanced management concepts, management experience, and technical strength to Hainan, so as to transform and upgrade the construction industry of Hainan Free Trade Port. 、improve building quality and add bricks and tiles.” Yang Guang said.

From 23 June night, the number of SHN days for returnees who have been to high-risk areas has been reduced to 14 days

Starting from 11.59 pm of 23 June 2021, all people who have been to countries/regions at high risk of COVID-19 in the past 21 days will have to perform the SHN days at designated isolation facilities after entering Singapore for 14 days, after reducing from 21 days.

The Ministry of Health issued a statement stating that the government's inter-departmental anti-epidemic working group made this decision after reviewing the evidence collected in the past month.

The statement pointed out that although the new variant viruses are more contagious, domestic and foreign evidence shows that these new variant viruses do not have a longer incubation period.

Since the authorities implemented the 21-day home notification for arrivals from high-risk countries/regions on the 8th last month, there were 270 imported cases as of yesterday, and their incubation of the virus has been within 14 days.

However, given that the new variant virus is more infectious and can detect cases and treat patients as soon as possible, relevant inbound passengers must perform antigen rapid ART tests on the third, seventh, and 11th days of the home notification period. They must also continue to undergo polymerase chain reaction PCR testing on the day of arrival and on the 14th day.

Higher-risk regions include Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and other regions outside of New Zealand.

In addition, travelers who have been to Taiwan and Israel within 21 days before entering my country will also be able to choose not to perform the home notification at the designated facilities and be allowed to return to their residence to perform the home notification.

However, they cannot travel to higher-risk areas outside Taiwan and Israel within these 21 days, nor can they live in other people who do not have the same travel history and do not need to perform the home notification during the same period.

Currently, they must fulfill the 14-day home notice at the designated facility, and then return to the residence to fulfill the seven-day home notice.

The authorities will contact the affected passengers and arrange refunds for them.
