The half-locked down city of Huizhou and the fall of the Pearl River Delta

On 7 June 2021, netizens said in the news that only Huizhou in the Pearl River Delta region has not yet started nationwide testing. Unexpectedly, at night Huizhou suddenly locked down the city without warning. Huizhou requires that a nucleic acid negative certificate within 72 hours is required to leave the city and leave the province.

The Huizhou authorities put forward 10 prevention and control measures in the 11th Announcement, which require "strict management of the movement of people." If it is not very necessary, "do not leave home, do not leave the province." Roads, railways, civil aviation, ports and docks and other entities have temperature measurement and bright code travel. Red and yellow codes are strictly prohibited. Huizhou people pointed out on social media that direct flights to Huizhou have been cancelled.

The notice also requires strict isolation control, and centralized isolation and home isolation personnel "not allowed to go out without authorization." Home health monitoring personnel "do not go out unless necessary, participate in gathering activities, and do not enter confined places." If you violate the relevant regulations, you will be held accountable.

In addition, movie theaters, karaoke, gyms, bars, etc. implement a 50% current limit. The city’s scenic spots have a 75% current limit while training institutions stop offline teaching and catering establishments advocate packaging.

It is particularly worth noting that the semi-locked down city of Huizhou came a bit suddenly, and the epidemic prevention alert was immediately increased without any warning, and there was no grace period.

In fact, judging from the case report of the Guangdong authorities, there are no confirmed cases in Huizhou but the prevention and control measures in Huizhou are equally stringent. Is there a potential epidemic in Huizhou?

The six cities Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen, Jiangmen, Jieyang and Zhongshan all made announcements the day before before implementing strict control measures. However, after implementing strict control measures, these cities have successively announced the emergence of confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections or suspected cases.

Is this also the case in Huizhou? Regardless of whether it is or not, as far as the current prevention and control measures are concerned, the Pearl River Delta region has all implemented strict epidemic prevention and control measures. In other words, the epidemic situation in the entire Pearl River Delta region may be very serious.

However, there is also a possibility that the authorities deliberately made the movement a little louder.

Netizens introduced in 8 June's revelation that Foshan's nucleic acid testing officially claimed to have been completed, and the results were all negative. However, netizens pointed out that although the nucleic acid tests are all negative, the epidemic prevention measures are still very tight, all public entertainment venues are still closed, and the dragon boat event on the Dragon Boat Festival has been cancelled.

The host needs local netizens or informed netizens to break the news to the public in time. Send timely and accurate information to News Spotlights e-mail address: xwkd2017@gmail.com. In addition, when breaking the news, everyone should write down the incident, the location and the general situation of the matter.

Risks in Wuchuan Xiarong Village, Guangzhou epidemic prevention and control upgraded

The National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China announced on 8 June that on 7 June, there were 14 "inbound" cases found in multiple places. Among them, there were 3 cases in Guangdong, 2 cases each in Inner Mongolia, Shanghai and Fujian; 1 case each in Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Sichuan and Yunnan. Everyone should be aware of the credibility of the figures reported by the CCP.

Judging from only the reported epidemic situation across the country, the epidemic situation in Guangdong is still the hardest hit area. Guangzhou added 10 local confirmed cases yesterday, but did not specify the specific distribution of these cases. In addition, 9 cases of local asymptomatic infections were converted to diagnosis, including 4 cases in Guangzhou, 3 cases in Shenzhen, and 1 case each in Foshan and Zhanjiang.

At night of 8 June, the epidemic prevention and control in Guangzhou has been upgraded again. All farmer's markets in the city's medium and high-risk and closed and sealed control areas are closed, and all closed entertainment venues in the city are closed. All key places such as catering establishments and medical institutions in the whole city implement scanning codes to enter the venues.

In addition, the Guangdong Drug Administration has ordered the drug retail companies in the middle and high risk areas of the province to suspend the sale of 37 kinds of patent medicines such as fever and colds. Shenzhen requires real-name registration to buy anti-fever medicines, and it is not allowed to sell anti-fever and cold medicines to individuals in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Foshan.

Netizens pointed out in the news that Xiarong Village, Qinba Town, Wuchuan District, Zhanjiang has been upgraded to a medium-risk area because Rong XX has changed from asymptomatic infection to confirmed diagnosis. Moreover, Rong's nasopharyngeal swab sample is Covi72, which is homologous to Guo, who was diagnosed in Japan on 21 May in Guangzhou.

After consulting the authorities’ report, the Wuchuan Epidemic Headquarters requested that “Xiarong Village implements closed management throughout the entire region to ensure that all personnel stay at home and that daily necessities are delivered by the town (street).”

The notice pointed out that the area under the jurisdiction of Meilu Street, Haibin Street, Bopu Street, Dashanjiang Street, and Qinba Town is closed and controlled. People are only allowed to enter and cannot go out. Gathering is strictly prohibited. Only one person per household is allowed to go out at a limited time and purchase daily necessities within a limited range. All personnel should perform two nucleic acid tests within 72 hours in accordance with the principle of "all inspections".

Netizens also sent 2 photos of the Fire Eye Laboratory built in a gymnasium in Guangzhou. A netizen told me that this was just taken by his photographer friend today.

After consulting the data, it was found that these Huoyan laboratories were probably located in the Asian Games City, Panyu District, Guangzhou, which had been put into use the day before yesterday (6 June). It is said that the maximum daily test volume of these air film warehouse laboratories can reach 1.5 million.

The CCP is still covering up the pandemic

The outside world knows that the epidemic in Guangdong is serious, but to what extent it is, I am afraid that only people within the CCP know. This situation is the same in other parts of the mainland. Because CCP officials have always covered up the truth of the epidemic for the sake of their black hats.

Jamie Metzl, a member of the Advisory Board of the World Health Organization, told Fox News yesterday (7 June) that the CCP “has been carrying out large-scale cover-ups. To this day, it includes destroying samples, concealing records, issuing bans on Chinese scientists, and Imprisoning citizen journalists, etc.".

Everyone should do their best to protect themselves. Reduce unnecessary outings in the near future to avoid unnecessary trouble or even danger. Once contacted or indirectly contacted with a case, the authorities will find them soon.

The Epoch Times interviewed a resident of Haizhu District who was quarantining at the Rosedale Hotel in Guangzhou. This resident is a family member of a close contact. His alias Tang Ming revealed to The Epoch Times that the CCP is using big data to find close contacts.

As early as 30 May, a patient had a meal at the Fujing New Store of Yingfeng gourmet restaurant. After the diagnosis, the authorities quickly found customers who bought and ate at this restaurant at the same time of the day. Then all these close contacts, including their family members, were sent to the hotel for isolation.

Tang Ming said, "How many kilometres in diameter is near that restaurant? As long as those appearing nearby during that time period, they will all be packaged and isolated together. The diameter range is one or two kilometers." "(As long as) you have a mobile phone with that location information. ,As long as the big data is checked by the operator, that group of people will all come out during that time period."

Under these circumstances, it is difficult for outsiders to know the inside story. Not to mention ordinary Chinese people, even the World Health Organization is the same.

Top Secret Report Exposure: Virus leaked from laboratory

At the press conference on 7 June, the media asked how the WHO forced the CCP to be more open and transparent. Reuters reported that Ryan, the head of the emergency plan, said that the WHO could do nothing.

Ryan said, “WHO has no power to force anyone to do anything on this issue, but we fully look forward to working in this direction through cooperation, investment of resources, and support for all member states.”

The media asked Ryan this question because the current claims about the virus leaking from the WIV have attracted more and more people's attention. In fact, on 27 May 2020, a US government laboratory had a "top secret report." It is concluded through genetic analysis that the “coronavirus leaked from the Wuhan laboratory” is credible.

This laboratory is the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California, a laboratory under the National Nuclear Safety Administration of the US Department of Energy. This laboratory has a wealth of expertise in biological issues.

The researchers evaluated both possibilities of the SARS-CoV-2 (CCP virus) pandemic. By analyzing the genome of the CCP virus that caused the epidemic, they finally concluded that the virus may have originated in a laboratory in China.

People familiar with this research told the Wall Street Journal that the report was prepared by Lawrence Livermore's intelligence department "Z Division", and in October 2020, the findings were submitted to the U.S. State Department. This person did not explain why the laboratory was delayed for 5 months before submitting the report.

An outgoing official who participated in the State Council investigation stated that the study was important because it came from a "respected" national laboratory, and the opinions it put forward were different from the mainstream views in the spring of 2020.

A former senior official of the US State Department who did not want to be named confirmed to VOA in May 2021 that he had read the report in September and October 2020 and was under the impression that "the conclusion of the report is very positive," but he declined to disclose the specific content.

Republicans dissatisfied with Biden call for declassification of confidential documents

CNN reported that since last year, this top-secret document has been quietly provided to a small number of important people in Congress, and most congressmen cannot pry into it.

Some Republicans in Congress expressed dissatisfaction with the Biden administration that it took several months after obtaining the relevant top-secret documents before it made it clear that it launched an investigation into the possibility of a laboratory leak. At the same time, the Biden government is required to declassify relevant confidential documents, including confidential documents about the illness of three researchers from Wuhan Institute of Virology in November 2019.

The CCP is forcing vaccination, otherwise it will be difficult to make any progress?

On 8 June morning, this evening mainland time, netizens in Hebei Province broke the news that the governments of many places in Hebei Province have notified that they will check whether they have been vaccinated against the CCP virus when they enter and exit supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation. Netizens said that the CCP "forces people to get vaccinations. If they do not get vaccinations, they cannot go out or go to any public places."

According to the screenshots sent by netizens, Zunhua, Hebei Province, Guyuan County and Zhangbei County in Zhangjiakou, etc. will check the vaccination signs. If there is no vaccination label, it is necessary to "strictly implement various protection requirements before they can move freely."

It seems that Hebei Province is not an isolated phenomenon, because many netizens also broke news on Twitter, and there are similar situations in other places. If they have not been vaccinated, they are not allowed to enter the mall.

Some netizens posted a video, which shows a row of shopping mall employees stopping a female citizen and prevented her from entering. The female citizen asked the other party, "Shanghai does not have such a regulation", "Who made this regulation?" "Shopping malls are not allowed to enter, does it violate my rights?"

Then an urban management officer next to him said, "We are working with the mall, we are not in law enforcement." Another old man wearing "patrol" clothing said, "You didn't get an injection, what did you enter for?" "It (shopping mall) Violating your rights, you also infringing its rights.” The video also showed that a man in a white shirt hit the female citizen with his hand.

Netizens said in the news that the incident occurred in Pacific Life Plaza in Yangpu District, Shanghai. Netizens rebuked in an e-mail that broke the news, "There are pictures and the truth, and the Red Guards were by their side back then."

In fact, this is a method of the CCP, which is really forcing the people to get vaccinations. This is also the last resort of the CCP. In the case that sending eggs, fuel, and vouchers all do not work, the CCP has begun to harden it.

Can you be vaccinated? Responding to two netizens

Speaking of this, I remembered two things, both of which were netizens who broke the news to me on Sunday (6 June). A friend from Tianjin said that the leader was forcing her to get vaccinated.

The other is Jeffery in Singapore. He said that his parents in Shanghai had already received the first shot of CoronaVac vaccine. This made Jeffery very anxious, and he hopes he can help persuade her parents not to get the CoronaVac vaccination.

The day before yesterday (6 June), Zeng Yixin, deputy director of the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China, said that it is recommended that the WHO make adjustments to the rules for the emergency use list of Chinese virus vaccines. He said that "we should consider exempting phase 3 clinical trials and use neutralizing antibodies as a substitute indicator."

This Zeng Yixin is actually calling on the WHO to open a special channel for the Chinese Communist Party's domestic vaccines. As we all know, although the WHO allowed the use of CoronaVac, there is still no Phase III clinical data for CoronaVac.

There is no Phase III clinical data, to put it bluntly, it is still in experiment. What does that mean for a vaccine that is still being tested? It may work, it may not work. In other words, the person who injected CoronaVac was actually regarded as an experimental mouse.

The Chinese-made vaccines are very worrying. Let's take Hong Kong as an example. According to data from the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, as of 31 May, Hong Kong had received 2.4 million 0400 doses. Of these, 594,800 were vaccinated with CoronaVac, and 784,700 were vaccinated with Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

But the data as of 2 June shows that the number of deaths after vaccination has reached 80. In addition, there were 244 cases of stroke, 90 cases of myocardial infarction, and 4 pregnant women miscarried after being vaccinated.

This is the data released by the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, which is available for verification. Everyone must not see "free injections" and rush to fight. This is too risky, and it is not worth it to save a little money. Moreover, CCP experts also pointed out that Chinese vaccines are "prevention of disease", not "prevention of infection."

Shao Yiming, a researcher at the China CDC and consultant of the WHO Vaccine R&D Committee, said in an interview at the second meeting of the "Boao Forum for Asia Global Health Forum" that the protective effect of vaccines is divided into three levels. Level 1 is to prevent infection, level 2 is to prevent disease, and level 3 is to prevent transmission.

Shao Yiming pointed out that the current position of China's vaccine is level 2 prevention, "the protection rate is for disease, not for infection, so some people may be infected after vaccination."

Many mainland netizens were very angry after hearing this passage from him, and started shooting at him on Weibo. Netizens said, "If you don't prevent infection, you dare to say that it is a vaccine?" "Has this teacher Shao been vaccinated?" "China's current vaccine positioning is level 2 prevention, and the protection rate is for disease, not for infection? WHAT?" "Excuse me, how many leading cadres and comrades have been vaccinated?" "Use the people for experiments?"

How to choose a specific vaccine is a personal matter. After all, we are not the evil CCP, and we cannot force people to do things.

Speaking of what is mandatory, let's talk about the revelation of the Tianjin netizen. She said that she was being forced to vaccinate by the leader and asked me what to do.

In fact, this matter is quite simple. Since the leader is forcing a vaccine, the leader must believe that the vaccine is effective. Then ask the leader, are you vaccinated? Can't you set an example? Moreover, as party cadres, they should be protected. This kind of good deeds should be given to the leaders first. When the leader finishes the fight, he will fight again as an ordinary employee.

If he does not vaccinate, it means that he is afraid of death, because they all know the truth about this vaccine. If the leader says he is sick, he cannot get a vaccine. Then you can also say that you are sick? The living environment in mainland China now has poisonous air, deteriorating water, and poisonous food. Who is not sick? Right?

If the leader is still compelling, then let the leader write a guarantee and then sign. As long as there is any problem, he will be held responsible. Then take the letter of guarantee written by him, go to the notary office with him to do a notarization, and then hand it over to a lawyer or reliable person for safekeeping.

Of course, this is the next strategy. If you can clearly explain the truth to the leader, it is best to avoid being forced to vaccinate. But if you can’t say good things, then it’s okay to use this trick. In fact, it is these people who take human lives seriously, and if something really goes wrong, and they are scared to hide away.

Reporter : Luo Tingting / Editor: Wen Hui / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/06/08/a103137744.html / Direct translation

Recently, the origin of the CCP virus has been focused on the WIV. The US media disclosed that as early as May last year, a research report issued by a US national laboratory pointed out that the leakage of the Chinese Communist Party virus from the Wuhan laboratory is likely to be established, and it is worthy of further investigation.

The Wall Street Journal reported on 8 June that the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, a national research institution affiliated to the US Department of Energy, published a report on the CCP virus in May last year, mentioning that the virus may come from wild nature environment but it does not rule out the possibility of leakage from the Wuhan laboratory in China.

The laboratory is a laboratory under the National Nuclear Safety Administration of the US Department of Energy and has extensive expertise in biological issues.

The US State Department borrowed from this report when investigating the origin of the epidemic in the last few months of the Trump administration. At the time, the statement that the virus leaked from the laboratory was regarded as politically incorrect but now this report is arousing the interest of the Biden-Harris administration.

People familiar with the research said that the research was prepared by the intelligence department of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, "Department Z". They said that the laboratory’s assessment has borrowed from the genome analysis of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2), which is the virus that caused covid.

According to the report, this report is only available to a few important people in Congress, which makes some lawmakers feel dissatisfied and demand the declassification of relevant confidential documents. Republican Representative Morgan Griffith said, "Lawrence Livermore is where we want to find answers because we think they have more clues than originally expected."

WSJ quoted a previously undisclosed US intelligence report on 23 May, stating that three researchers from WIV contracted a serious illness in November 2019 and sought hospital treatment, which is more than the official disclosure of the CCP virus by the Chinese Communist Party. The spread of the epidemic was more than a month earlier.

According to the report, the content of this report includes the number of affected researchers, the time of their illness, and the details of their hospital visits. This report may add to calls for wider investigations into whether the CCP virus has leaked from the laboratory.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the CCP has repeatedly denied the possibility of the CCP virus being leaked from its laboratory. However, the United States has repeatedly pointed at the CCP over the source of the CCP virus in recent days.

President Biden ordered the intelligence service on 26 May to submit a report on the origin of the virus within 90 days. US Secretary of State Blinken said in an interview with the media Axios on 6 June that the Biden-Harris administration is determined to trace the origin of the virus to the end because this will help prevent the next pandemic or at least reduce its destructive power.

He criticized the CCP for claiming to be a responsible country but for failing to provide transparent and immediate information to international experts. He also emphasized that the United States will hold the CCP accountable.

When former US President Trump attended the Republican Party Congress in North Carolina on 5 June, he also reiterated the claim that the CCP virus came from the Wuhan laboratory.

He said that all countries should cooperate to claim at least US$10 trillion from the CCP to compensate for the impact of the CCP virus epidemic. He also proposed that all countries should collectively cancel their debts to the CCP as the first compensation.

Trump officials who raised lab leak concerns demand punishment for China for COVID abuses

Reporter : Rob Crilly, Daily Mail

Former State Department officials who investigated China's role in the spread of COVID-19 are demanding that Washington take urgent steps to hold Beijing accountable, with sanctions, a ban on research funding and backing for individuals to launch lawsuits for damages.

They say it is only way to protect the world from another pandemic.

'We cannot afford further impunity by Beijing and passivity from Washington as we enter what may be a century of synthetic biological adventurism and potential biowarfare,' write the former officials, who all worked at the State Department.

David Asher, who led a task force looking into the origins of COVID-19 in the final months of the Trump presidency, Thomas DiNanno, who worked with Asher at the Bureau of Arms Control, Verification, David Feith, who was also on the investigation team, Miles Yu, then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's chief China adviser, and Matthew Zweig, a sanctions expert, make their recommendations in a paper published by the Hudson institute.

'China’s initial silencing and censoring of its doctors and scientists, followed by misinformation about COVID-19’s dangers - especially denials concerning the virus’s ability to be spread human-to-human, invisibly and asymptomatically - helped cost the world trillions of dollars and millions of lives,' they write.

They called on President Joe Biden to cease funding for 'gain of function' research, enforce China's treaty compliance - including requirements to share data - investigate formal sanctions, and establish a new network for pandemic preparedness.

The sanctions probe should look into whether the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the lab at the center of questions, embarked on undeclared, classified biological weapons research and development for the Chinese military.

Their recommendations are drawn from work they conducted in the fall of last year and which concluded there was no proof that COVID-19 appeared spontaneously in nature.

They used the results of a Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory which concluded a lab leak was plausible as the origins of the pandemic, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Their work has been used to question whether scientists, other government agencies and the media were too quick to dismiss the lab leak hypothesis.

Whether it emerged from a lab or not, the four write, China must provide answers for the pandemic.

'Whether one believes COVID-19 originated in a zoonotic host, a bat cave, a frozen food shipment, or a Wuhan lab’s dangerous “dual-use” research supporting undeclare bioweapons programs, the world needs answers from the Chinese Communist Party,' they write.

'These are answers Beijing won’t provide unless it faces a high price for refusing.'

The authors also have recommendations for Congress.

They want to see an independent bipartisan commission to probe the pandemic's origins; 'curb dual-use abuse,' tightening restrictions on technologies that can be put to military use; impose sanctions on individuals and government bodies that were negligent or withheld information; and support civil litigation.

This might mean expanding the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act to ensure that US federal courts would have jurisdiction over liability claims and enforcement against American assets held by the targets of suits.

In multiple interviews, members of the State Department's investigation say they faced hurdles as they went about their work, warned by officials not to delve too deeply.

In a recent interview, Asher said the problem was that the U.S. government had funded work in China and did not want it to be exposed as the possible source of the coronavirus.

'I'm not saying they are mentally retarded, but they are unqualified and unfit for office,' he said of the people who tried to halt the investigation.

'Moreover they had their hands dirty. Who signed off on all this cooperation with the Chinese?'

The origins of the virus have been under renewed scrutiny after President Biden ordered the intelligence community to redouble its efforts to find the cause.

He ordered a report within 90 days.

Taiwan Executive President Su Zhenchang: Ten million doses of vaccines will be in place by the end of August

Taiwan's covid epidemic has had an impact on various industries. Executive Yuan Su Zhenchang went to the Legislative Yuan on 8 June to report and prepare questions on the "Bailout 4.0 Special Budget". According to a written report from the Political Yuan, the government has purchased about 20 million doses from abroad and has obtained 2.11 million doses. It is expected that by the end of August, there will be about 10 million doses of vaccine in place.

The written report mentioned that this supplementary budget has a total of NT$260 billion (NTD, the same below), which mainly includes NT$73.4 billion for prevention and treatment and NT$186.6 billion for relief. This special budget will be used under the three principles of "personal acceleration, industry enhancement, and loan overweight" to include the objects most in need of relief to the maximum allowable degree.

This relief budget is especially targeted at children below elementary school, and students with disabilities in the first three years of junior high school, high school, and fifth junior high school. Each child will be given an additional 10,000 yuan anti-epidemic subsidy. There are about 2.5 million children in families who will therefore benefit.

For the procurement of vaccines abroad, an agreement was signed at the beginning of this year, including the Global Vaccine Supply Platform (COVAX), AstraZeneca and Moderna, totaling about 20 million doses; At the end of the month, it signed a purchase contract with two biotech companies in Taiwan for each of 5 million doses of vaccine.

The written report mentioned that Taiwan has obtained a total of 2.11 million doses of imported vaccines, of which 410,000 doses of the third batch of AZ vaccine have been allocated, and 150,000 doses of Modena vaccine will be administered from the 9th. The written report also mentioned that it is expected that a total of about 10 million doses of vaccine will be in place by the end of August. The relevant order of delivery will be allocated by the command center based on the vaccine arrival situation and the assessment of group risks. The government has also made plans and preparations for a large number of vaccines.

The epidemic situation in Taiwan is severe, with 308 deaths. President Su Zhenchang said today that he was deeply sorry to see the people suffering and even death, and the government did not take care of the people 100%. Minister of Health and Fu Chen Shizhong also said that every life is precious. As the commander of the epidemic command center, he also deeply apologizes and will do his best.

The Central News Agency reported that President Su Zhenchang went to the Legislative Yuan today to report on the preparation of the third supplementary budget of the Central Government’s Special Budget for the Prevention and Relief of Severe Infectious Pneumonia and Relief and Rejuvenation (including the vaccine procurement status and implementation plan) and prepare for inquiries.

The Kuomintang legislator Zeng Mingzong said in questioning that Su Zhenchang could apologize to the former Executive Yuan spokesperson Ding Yiming. In the face of this epidemic, the death toll has reached 308, and the government is unwilling to apologize until now. He was very polite today and did not ask Su Zhenchang to apologize, but asked Chen Shizhong whether he would responsibly represent the government to apologize to Taiwanese society.

Chen Shizhong said that every life is precious, and he is also deeply apologetic for serving as the commander of the epidemic command center. For every life, he feels that the authorities should do more and hope that this matter will not happen again, and we will do our best.

Su Zhenchang also stated that, as the president of the Executive Yuan, shouldering the highest administrative responsibility in the country, he did see people suffering and even death. The government did not take care of the people 100%. He also felt deeply sorry, and he also hoped that every life would be saved. Very valuable, everyone works hard together. He said, "I deeply feel that I did not do well in this matter, and I am also deeply sorry."

Zeng Mingzong pointed out that assuming this mentality to apologize, as a legislator of the opposition party, he would be more supportive and respectful of the government, "The epidemic prevention in the previous paragraph has been done well. Be sure. If you don’t do it well, you should apologize if you apologize. This is nothing."

Regarding when 60% of the people across the country can finish the first dose of vaccine, Chen Shizhong said that he is working hard with the goal of the end of October. This is an estimate based on the possible amount. There is no guarantee, but he will work hard. As for the second It is difficult to grasp the schedule of the agent.

When questioning, DPP legislator Su Zhifen asked that the COVID-19 epidemic has been about 16 months since February last year, which is quite a long time.

Su Zhenchang expressed his gratitude to fellow citizens for their support. In the past, the virus was prevented from abroad and the epidemic prevention was done very well; now the epidemic is breaking out in Taiwan, and thanks to fellow citizens for their cooperation, "it has not jumped like a geometric progression."

Su Zhifen asked Su Zhenchang to estimate when the Taiwan epidemic will slow down. Su Zhenchang said that in the past few days, the epidemic has gradually stabilized, but he also admitted that it is difficult to return to zero.

The Chinese Communist Party's cyber army circulates that the Italian Prime Minister acknowledges the source of the epidemic. The Italian Consulate responds: Rumour

Italy is considered an "ally" of the CCP in Europe, but even "friends" in the epidemic may be "bitten" by the CCP. A number of media including the Chinese Communist Party’s military portal recently intensively reposted a piece of news that the Italian Prime Minister admitted that the Italian epidemic predated China’s epidemic. This news was quickly denied by Italy, and the official Weibo of the Italian Embassy in China claimed that the content is a lie.

On 7 June, the Chinese website said "Burst! The Italian leader just admitted the covi insider, the global uproar", "This morning, the Italian Prime Minister admitted for the first time that the epidemic of covid in Italy was half a year earlier than China!" "The Prime Minister of Italy first admitted: Covid in Italy "Erupted in China half a year earlier" and other headlines intensively reproduced a piece of news that Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi  admitted for the first time in a video interview with reporters at the Prime Minister’s Office today that as early as the summer of 2019, the CCP virus epidemic began to spread in northern areas such as Milan, Italy.

The news also mentioned, “In terms of time, this may be a full half a year earlier than the covid pandemic in Wuhan, China.”

The above-mentioned news spread rapidly. The Epoch Times reporters searched the Internet and found that the news had been reprinted by CCP military portal websites such as Xilu.com, Netease, and Tencent, as well as by a large number of online commentators, Internet influencers, and media professionals. "Five cents" and the pinkies have posted that Western society accuses the CCP of covering up the epidemic as "the thief shouts and catches the thief" and so on.

However, using Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi as a keyword search, there is no result showing that he made the above remarks, and there is no relevant news on the website of the Italian Radio and Television Corporation.

In the afternoon of 7 June, the official Weibo of the Italian Embassy in China said, “Today, some articles appeared on certain social media that incorrectly and without factually quoted the Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Mario Draghi's remarks about the source of the covid epidemic."

The Italian Embassy firmly emphasized that the content of the Prime Minister's remarks in the article is completely a lie, and the news has no basis.

After the announcement by the Italian Embassy in China, the Epoch Times reporter noticed that many social media accounts that had reposted the above articles successively deleted relevant news.

Some netizens sarcastically said, "The internet is not a place outside the law. It means that rumors about our government departments and heroes and martyrs cannot be made; it is not applicable to making foreign rumours."

The plague hits the mainland's ship repair industry

Zhoushan is one of the three major ship repair industry bases in the mainland, but its ocean ship repair shop has cancelled about 240 ship repair orders in the past two decades, and lost at least 1.5 billion yuan. The ship repair industry has become the hardest hit area of the plague.

At present, the plague is still raging around the world. According to a report by the Daily Economic News on June 8th, the Chinese Communist Party has stipulated that all foreign ships entering the Zhoushan Shipyard must undergo nucleic acid tests outside of Zhoushan in China, and only those who are negative can be approved to enter the Zhoushan Shipyard. Regardless of whether it is an inbound vessel or an inbound vessel, nucleic acid testing is not allowed in the Zhoushan area (including the Zhoushan shipyard dock and the anchorage in the Zhoushan sea area).

Because cargo ship crews do not have direct contact with local unloading operators, the mainland's unloading ports from south to north do not carry out nucleic acid testing. That is, the ship repair yard can hardly get the test report and cannot let the ship enter the factory.

According to preliminary statistics from 19 enterprises above designated size in the last 20 days or so, about 240 ship repair orders have been cancelled, and the direct economic loss has exceeded 1.5 billion RMB.

Zhang Zhitao, director of the production planning section of the Zhoushan No. 1 Ship Repair Yard, said: “Now the entire Zhoushan ship repair facility is explaining to the ship owner every day why the ship is not allowed to enter.”

Wu Jie, vice president of Zhoushan No. 3 Shipyard, said: “We will have empty docks and empty docks soon.” Now the workload has been reduced by half, and it will become less and less after June, which will have a great impact on the industry.

Some people in the local industry said that shipowners have temporarily lost trust in Zhoushan's shipyard. This is not just an immediate loss, but customers' trust in the shipyard will also be greatly reduced.

During the Guangzhou outbreak, at least 8 citizens were arrested by officials
The epidemic in Guangzhou is severe. Many citizens were arrested by the authorities. The reasons involved included those who did not cooperate with nucleic acid testing, those who concealed their travel and contact history, and those who left the closed area.
In the morning of 8 June, the Guangzhou authorities of the Communist Party of China held a press conference on epidemic prevention and control. At the meeting, the Guangzhou police notified 6 cases, that is, at least 8 people were arrested.
One of them was Xiao X, a man from Conghua District, who was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer on the afternoon of June 6 for not cooperating with nucleic acid testing.
The second is Zhu in Beilian Village, Dashi Street, Panyu District, who concealed the history of residence and contact. Zhu was alleged to have visited his parents in a community on Baihedong Street in Liwan District on the afternoon of 25 May (the parents were diagnosed on the 30th). Zhu later developed cough and fever symptoms on 2 and 4 June, went to the hospital for treatment. Zhu was detained on suspicion of obstructing the prevention and control of infectious diseases because he failed to truthfully inform the doctor of his travel history in the past 14 days, concealed contact with confirmed cases, and had been to areas with high epidemics.
The third is Lin, the actual controller of an advertising company in Guangzhou. The company that Lin belongs to released a piece of information about "Two infected persons in the Yaotai area of Yuexiu Mineral Spring escaped with illness" at 11.30 am on 2 June, and was detained under criminal suspicion of fabricating and deliberately disseminating false information.
The fourth is Feng, because on 31 May he pointed out a confirmed case of his rented roommate (not infected after investigation) and sent the news to his sister. Because on 24 May, Feng had lived in his sister's house in Huangshi Street, Baiyun District, Huangshi Street and other epidemic prevention departments were asked to take emergency prevention and control measures. Feng was administratively detained for this.
In addition, the other 4 cases were due to leaving the enclosed area.
On 31 May, Ji X, a resident of Hailong Street in Liwan District, went to the epidemic prevention and control duty point and asked to leave the prevention and control area, but was not allowed to leave. After that, Ji forcibly punched the card, but was stopped by the police during the period. Ji was under criminal detention on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.
In the morning of 7 June, three men including Liang from Hainan Village in Liwan District went to fish ponds in the second team of the village to fish. They were arrested by the police and returned to the police station. They were later accused of violating the regulations of “enforcement of closed management without leaving the house” under public order punishment.

Taiwan's epidemic burns to the electronics industry, focus on the global supply shortage of chips
After Taiwan's New Taipei and Taipei were the hardest hit areas of the covid epidemic, Miaoli Zhunan Science and Technology Factory also broke out in clusters of infections. The Miaoli County Health Bureau will conduct a second rapid screening next week. Taiwan is an important source of chip supply. Under the situation of frequent epidemics and increasing uncertainties, the outside world believes that to alleviate the chip shortage, Taiwan must obtain vaccines as soon as possible.
At a time when there is a global shortage of chips and the market's demand for chips is increasing, the Taiwan epidemic has spread to a number of semiconductor packaging and testing plants, and the outbreak of infection by foreign migrant workers in the plant has forced the plant to announce a shutdown.
Taiwan successfully avoided the threat of a plague pandemic in the past year, and a community infection broke out a year later. On this occasion, the CCP on the one hand, on the one hand, blocked Taiwan’s access to international vaccines.
Following Japan’s emergency assistance of 1.24 million doses of AZ vaccine to Taiwan on 4 June, US Senators Ladda Tammy Duckworth, Daniel Scott Sullivan and Christopher Andrew Coons on 6 June led a delegation to visit Taiwan and announced that it would donate 750,000 doses of vaccine to Taiwan as assistance.
Duckworth said that this is thanks to Taiwan's gratitude for providing a lot of help to the United States when there was a need in the United States in the past, and he also said that it attaches great importance to US-Taiwan relations.
The Epidemic Command Center announced that all foreign migrant workers will stop working, stay at home, and pay their salaries in response to the cluster incident in the electronics company plant in Miaoli County; employees of their own nationality who are diagnosed will be immediately investigated for the epidemic.
Miaoli is currently caught in the pandemic due to cluster infections of major high-tech companies. As of 7 June, KYEC had 238 confirmed cases, Chaofeng had 15 confirmed cases, and Zhibang had confirmed 12 cases, totaling 265 confirmed cases from 3 home appliance subsidiaries.
The Miaoli County Health Bureau stated that because the false negatives of fast screening reagents are as high as 25%, the industry will start a second screening next week. At present, the proportion of infection in electronics factories is more than 80% of migrant workers. In order to avoid the expansion of diagnosed migrant workers, the Miaoli County Government has stipulated that from 7 June all migrant workers in Miaoli County are prohibited from going out at other times except for commuting.

Guangzhou uses big data to track close contacts

With the spread of the CCP virus in Guangzhou, the CCP uses big data to find close contacts.
A person infected with the CCP virus went to Yingfeng gourmet restaurant Fujing Xindian for dinner on 30 May. After he was diagnosed, the authorities quickly found the guests who bought and dine at the restaurant at the same time of the day, and sent all these close contacts and their families to the hotel for isolation.
Tang Ming (pseudonym), a family member of a close contact and a resident of Guangzhou’s Haizhu District who is currently quarantined at the Rosedale Hotel, told The Epoch Times, “How many kilometres is the diameter near that restaurant? All are packed together and isolated. The diameter range is 1, 2 kilometers."
The CCP’s “big data” has made many people aware of it, because it can closely monitor every citizen and turn the entire country into a big prison. Everyone’s privacy is exposed to the authorities. The September 2020 report of the US think tank RAND mentioned that the Chinese Communist Party uses big data analysis capabilities to strictly and comprehensively monitor and control China’s population.

Refusing to stay in quarantine hotels, the infection rate of international tourists arriving in Canada is less than 1%
Image : In order to prevent the virus from spreading widely, in February this year, the Canadian government required international travelers to pay up to 2,000 yuan at their own expense to stay in designated hotels for quarantine. (Daniel Slim/AFP/Getty Images)

At present, some national airline passengers arriving in Canada would rather pay a fine of thousands of dollars than stay in a quarantine hotel. Less than 1% of these people tested positive for the CCP virus.
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) stated in an email to Global News that as of May 26, of the 1,130 travelers who had been fined for refusing to stay in government-designated quarantine hotels, fewer than 10 had tested positive for the virus. These tests are performed on the first or eighth day of arrival in Canada. This means that the infection rate of these people is less than 0.88%.
In order to prevent the spread of the virus, in February 2021, the Canadian government required international travelers to pay up to 2,000 yuan at their own expense to stay in designated hotels for quarantine and stay for up to 72 hours to wait for the virus test results. They must also self-quarantine for 14 days.
Passengers entering Canada by land do not need to stay in a quarantine hotel, but must self-quarantine for 14 days and be tested for covi on the first and eighth days of quarantine.
