US President Trump 2016 campaign head of data and strategy Matt Braynard stated that he has found enough evidence to make the presidential election result "easy" in favor of President Trump.
"Based on the results of our investigation, I don't believe Joe Biden can deserve this election," Matt Braynard said in a video on November 25.
"Biden may win or he may not win. Trump may lose, or he may be re-elected," Brainard said, "because we don't know how bad this election system is."
Braynard formed a team a few days after the election to search for data anomalies in six controversial states including Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada.
The team initially determined that there were problems with the data of at least 1.25 million voters, and conducted follow-up investigations by telephone and cross-checking with other databases.
The team conducted several important analyses, including: voters who have moved out of the state but are still voting in their home state; voters who used the post office mailbox number instead of their residential address to register to vote; and asked to mail the ballot and sent it out, but Voters not counted; voters who did not request to mail ballots and did not receive ballots, but found that they voted in their own names; investigate double voting or the dead vote.
A large number of illegal ballots moving out of the states
One of Braynard’s biggest discoveries involved voters who submitted a “National Change of Address” to the post office. The form showed that they had moved out of the state, but in 2020, they appeared to still vote in their home state. .
In Georgia, the team found 138,221 such people, a number far exceeding the current vote gap in the presidential election (12,670 votes).
In Michigan, there are 51,302 such people; Wisconsin has 26,673, Nevada has 27,271, Arizona has 19,997, and Pennsylvania has 13,671.
Braynard said these numbers are high enough to "easily" overturn current election forecasts.
Braynard said in an interview with The Epoch Times on November 25, "There are now at least three states with questionable votes that exceed the vote gap, including: Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin." These three states have 37 in total electoral votes.
"This is not a speculation, it is just a situation shown by the data." He added.
At present, the difference in the number of votes in each state between the two presidential candidates and the number of electoral votes in each state are as follows:
Arizona: 10,457 votes (11 electoral votes)
Georgia: 12,670 votes (16 electoral votes)
Nevada: 33,596 votes (6 votes)
Michigan: 154,188 votes (16 voters)
Pennsylvania: 80,555 votes (20 electoral votes)
Wisconsin: 20,608 votes (10 electoral votes)
Braynard said the team also found many people who cast more than one vote. However, he said that the number discovered by his team may be far lower than the real situation because he could not obtain the live voting data on election day for comparison.
Currently, in Nevada and Pennsylvania, the number of early and absent double voters is approximately 750, while in the other four disputed states, the number is between 150 and 400.
Braynard said that the analysis performed by his team does not require any leap of faith (believing or accepting things outside the scope of reason), nor does it require belief in some "magical mathematical formulas."
"I can give you a list of voters in this election. They submitted a national change of address form in Georgia and moved themselves to another state." Braynard told The Epoch Times.
"And I can show you the follow-up voter registration of these people in other states, and their records of early or absent voting in Georgia. I can show you the names of these people and their records of voting in multiple states, and raw data provided by the states."
The office of the Secretary of State of Pennsylvania Kathy Boockvar (Kathy Boockvar) previously stated that it found no evidence of voter fraud or large-scale violations in Pennsylvania, and the secretary of state of Arizona, Georgia and Michigan also stated Gave the same view.
Last week, the Cybersecurity Department of the Department of Homeland Security called November 3 the "safest" election in U.S. history, and stated that "there is no evidence that any voting system has deleted, lost or tampered with ballots, or made ballots in any way. got damage.".
However, Trump's legal team said that it has found enough evidence to overturn the election results.
Braynard said he signed statements for the results of his work, which will be cited in court documents in five states.
Using Braynard’s findings, a legal group filed a lawsuit in Georgia on November 25, accusing more than 150,000 illegal ballots to be counted. The lawsuit also stated that 43,688 legal votes were not counted.
Used post office boxes to register to vote illegally
Braynard also found that a large number of voters used post office box numbers to register to vote, and tried to disguise the box numbers as apartment or suite numbers. In this case, there are at least 1,400 people in Georgia alone.
According to the law, when registering to vote, individuals must use their physical address, and the post office box number can only be used as a mailing address. The homeless can list shelters, relief houses, and even parking lots as their homes.
Braynard gave an example that some people would change "PO Box 123" to "Apartment 123". He said that the team found 1,400 such voters in Pennsylvania.
He said that almost all of these people voted early or absent instead of voting in person, and the proportion was much higher than the overall average.
"Because they were registered illegally, this is really a major warning sign," he said. "This sounds like a good problem for the FBI to solve."
Braynard said he intends to share his findings with state law enforcement and the FBI.
Election fraud caused by mailed ballots
In the 2020 general election, the number of mailed votes has increased astronomically, which is considered to be the most mature fraud.
There are nine states and the District of Columbia in the United States. Regardless of whether voters have applied or not, a mailed ballot will be sent to everyone on the voter list.
Among the six states that Braynard studied, five states require voters to apply before sending ballots by mail, while Nevada mails ballots to everyone on its voter register.
Among the five states where applications must be made, Braynard's team found that a considerable number of people were marked by the state government as having applied, but they did not return ballots.
He said that after contacting these people, many of them stated that they had never applied for a mailed ballot. Others said that they applied for a ballot and mailed it back, but the ballot was not marked as received or counted.
In Arizona, 44% of telephone visitors said that although the state government received ballots cast in their names, they never asked for ballots to be mailed.
In Michigan, the number is 24%; in Pennsylvania, the number is 32%; in Wisconsin and Georgia, the number is 18%.
"These numbers are amazing. The question is, how did this happen?" Braynard said. "How was that ballot applied for? Who applied for? Did the people we talk to lie to us, maybe they I applied for a ballot but forgot? Is it possible that a clerical error caused such a large error?"
He said, "Once they take these ballots out of the envelope, it will be difficult to make real remedies."
Among those who did require mailing of ballots, but the ballots were marked as not returned, 15% to 33% of the respondents said that they did return the ballots.
In Pennsylvania, there are more than 160,000 uncounted mailed ballots, which were applied by Republicans or in their name.
Braynard said that he hopes his findings will help bring greater supervision to the election process, especially the verification process of mailed ballots (he recommends fingerprint verification instead of signatures), a clean voter list, and the availability of open source voting machine data.
"This is unfortunate, but unless the judge orders a re-voting...otherwise, I really don't see how to solve this problem." Braynard said.
"In my opinion, this election is determined by questionable votes. They are abnormal," Braynard said. "I cannot say with confidence that who will win this election, I think no one can."
