An election security expert in the United States stated in his witness written testimony that election fraud in Michigan was obvious. And just a few days before the U.S. election day (November 3), he even stated in an interview that the U.S. election ballots will be sent to a foreign server for processing, and system operators can easily change the ballots.
Allied Special Operations Group (ASOG) partner and election security expert Russell Ramsland submitted his written testimony on Wednesday (18th). He wrote that in November 2018, his company ASOG analyzed the midterm election management system (EMS) in Dallas, Texas, and found thousands of false messages.
Ramsland disclosed that although these errors were flagged, they were still ignored by the system operator. This has led to various legal challenges for this mid-term election. Therefore, ASOG conducted an 18-month study of major EMS suppliers in the United States, including the Dominion system used in Michigan. After that, Texas refused to certify the Dominion system because of many loopholes.
Ramsland said that recently, he and his colleagues studied the results of the November 3 election. "Based on the major anomalies and red flags we have observed, we believe that the election results are likely to be manipulated."
The testimony wrote that there was a huge difference between the number of votes and the number of voters in 3,276 electoral districts, showing that there were at least 431,954 ghost votes.
In addition, before the voter turnout rate of the list reaches about 83%, President Trump's winning rate at each polling place is generally between 55% and 60%. However, after the counting of votes ended at 2 in the morning, the situation suddenly reversed and a series of impossible spikes appeared.
The testimony said that some things that happened in Michigan are almost unexplainable from the data analysis, which implies that on election night, the election results may be manipulated by EMS. For example, the data shows that a total of 384,733 votes in the four peaks were reportedly processed in only 2 hours and 38 minutes. Considering the existing equipment with 4 reference points, this is physically impossible.
The written testimony also stated that in Michigan, which uses the Dominion voting system, according to data provided by the Secretary of State, 46 of the 47 districts in Wayne County in the state have a turnout rate of 96%; and 25 of them The voter turnout rate in the constituency even showed 100%, which is extremely unlikely.
The testimony stated that this model strongly suggests that the addition algorithm (a sort of sorted selection voting algorithm or RCV) and the batch processing of blank votes are activated.
ASOG believes that these statistical anomalies and impossible phenomena have caused doubts about the validity of the votes in Michigan, especially Wayne County, because they are completely unexplainable.
Coincidentally, just before the election day, in an interview, Ramsland had already warned of election fraud caused by the voting machine changing the ballot.
At that time, he said, “What most Americans don’t know is that Americans’ votes are actually handled by private companies. Counties in the United States have signed agreements with these private companies, and private companies provide voting machines and software to operate."
Ramsland even pointed out that ballots for the US general election will be sent to foreign servers for processing, and it is even easier for operators to take the opportunity to change ballots.
"After studying these voting machines and software, we found that they did not comply with safety standards and regulations at all. Therefore, we realized that it is very easy to manipulate the software of these machines to change the ballots, and when we review them later, It’s difficult to find traces of changes.” Ramsland continued: “Texas and 28 other states in the United States, the voting data is sent to a server in Germany, processed and released by a Spanish company. Using this software the operator can see any private information submitted by voters. This is very bad.
