The Trump team's "big game" is coming and the case will be pushed to the Supreme Court

The Pennsylvania High Court dismissed the Trump campaign's lawsuit on November 17. Trump's personal lawyer Giuliani said that he plans to appeal the case to the Supreme Court. He pointed out that the legal battle will enter the high court stage, which is the "highlight" that the Trump team is preparing.
In the afternoon of November 17, Rudy Giuliani attended the Penalty High Court's judgment meeting. Due to serious violations in the Pennsylvania vote counting process, the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania on November 4, requesting the court to order a suspension of the counting of votes until the Republican scrutineers obtain sufficient supervision but it was rejected by the Pennsylvania High Court.
Giuliani stated in court that there are widespread voter frauds across the United States, and Pennsylvania is only part of it. He warned that these phenomena can no longer be regarded as mere accidents.
On the same day, Giuliani said in an interview with Fox News that Pennsylvania's failure to respond to the lawsuit was expected.
"Frankly, this is a case we hope to reach the Supreme Court," he said. When the Democratic Party-controlled courts dismiss certain cases, it is the best time for the Trump team to advance the progress of the High Court.
In addition to Pennsylvania, a case in Michigan is also being drafted and ready to be submitted to the Supreme Court. Giuliani said that other state lawsuits may also be heard in the Federal Supreme Court.
He pointed out that the legal battle will enter the Supreme Court stage, which is the highlight of the Trump team's preparation.
Earlier in the day, Giuliani filed an application with the District Court for the Central District of Pennsylvania. He will represent the Trump campaign in a lawsuit in the state to prevent verification of the current election fraud results.
Giuliani said in this legal document, "I, Rudy William Giuliani, hereby apply to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Pennsylvania, requesting permission to accept the case in that court. All my actions will be Subject to the rules of the law. I will not violate the law, nor will I be above the law."
About 30 minutes later, the Central District Court of Pennsylvania accepted Giuliani's application. It is unclear whether Giuliani himself will debate in court.
Giuliani, a former federal prosecutor, cannot directly engage in legal work in the Federal Court of Pennsylvania, but must first obtain permission from Judge Matthew Brann to appear in court.
Since the beginning of the general election legal battle, Trump's lawyers have been harassed and threatened one after another, and some lawyers have been forced to withdraw. This week, Trump lawyers received threatening voicemails from the law firm of Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar. Giuliani went to the fire this time and represented the Pennsylvania case to defend the results of the legal proceedings in Pennsylvania.

Dick Morris to Newsmax TV: Dominion needs to be investigated
In a signal where President Donald Trump's legal focus is right now, presidential political strategist Dick Morris on Newsmax TV wagged a skeptical finger at Dominion Voting Systems.
"Something clearly is amiss," Morris told Tuesday's "Stinchfield" about data and election result irregularities being reported in key battleground states, including large turnouts and margins for Joe Biden where polling was not showing such strength.
"I do not necessarily believe it was a retail fraud, you know, vote by vote, count by count," Morris told host Greg Kelly. "I think it may well have originated in the Dominion software, in the Smartmatic software that the polling people, voting people used."
Trump lawyer Sidney Powell earlier Tuesday noted the legal team has the affidavit of a former high-ranking Venezuelan military officer who worked closely with Hugo Chavez to rig elections with the Dominion Voting Systems.
Morris is calling for state-by-state audits of Dominion, and failing that, Trump supporters need to contact their state legislators to refuse to certify the election results until an thorough investigation is conducted.
