An election integrity and technology expert who once worked for the Soros Foundation recently revealed that to ensure Obama's re-election in the 2012 election, Biden personally went to Serbia to meet with cyber hackers and finalized that Dominion’s software is controlled by Serbian personnel.
In order for Dominion to occupy a large share of the US market, Obama instructed the then Attorney General to use antitrust as an excuse to forcibly divest another US company acquired by ES&S, the largest voting machine company in the United States, and after selling it to Dominon, he later approved Dominion to purchase Smartmatic with Venezuela. Sequoia is associated with it, so Dominion controls at least one-third of the electoral equipment market before the 2010 midterm elections.
An exclusive report from the news site National File on November 24, tells about an interview with Dana Jill Simpson.
Dana and her husband, Jim, are both experts in election technology and once worked for the Tide Cananda Foundation under Soros's name. There she discovered that the Tide Foundation was connected to the offices of Dominion Canada Inc., and then investigated Dominion for many years. They discovered that behind Dominion were private equity funds, the Soros Foundation, the Hillary Foundation, the Obama administration, and foreign governments such as the CCP and Serbia.
Worried that Dominion would create fraud and interfere with the election results, Dana once reported her investigation to the FBI in 2016, but the latter did not take it seriously.
In 2020, Dana plans to tell the information she has. She told the "National Archives" reporter: "My only goal in this election is to destroy Dominion."
Department of Justice forces ES&S to divest Premier to pave the way for Dominion
After Obama took office in 2009, he nominated Eric Holder as Attorney General. Like Obama, Holder is also African-American. Obama’s appointment makes Holder the first African-American attorney general in American history.
Under the leadership of Holder, the Department of Justice issued a settlement agreement on March 8, 2010, which required ES&S, the largest voting machine manufacturer in the United States at the time, to spin off its second-largest market leader, Premier, which it had acquired for less than half a year. That is to force ES&S to sell Premier to another buyer, and it must be completed within 60 days.
The Ministry of Justice issued this agreement on the grounds that ES&S, which merged with Premier, occupies 70% of the US voting machine market, thus forming a monopoly on the market. The Department of Justice documents pointed out that the ES&S market covers 41 states in the United States. In 2008, its business was close to 150 million U.S. dollars, while Premier’s revenue from occupying 33 state markets was 88 million. The Ministry of Justice believes that monopoly will lead to higher product prices, a decline in market competitiveness and technological creativity.
The settlement agreement required ES&S to divest all of Premier’s assets and set out the details. The assets to be divested include all technical materials and instructions for production scanning, recording, watchmaking and other equipment, as well as the intellectual property rights, production tools and inventory owned by Premier in the past and present.
In addition, the settlement agreement also gives future buyers wider access to ES&S's other products. Before acquiring Premier, ES&S merged with AutoMARK. This company produces a voting machine system designed for the blind and people with reduced mobility, as well as multilingual functions. The Ministry of Justice requires ES&S not only to allow new buyers to use AutoMARK products, but also to give the latter the right to update and modify the software.
In this detailed settlement agreement, the Ministry of Justice also emphasized an important one: new buyers must be approved by the Ministry of Justice. The buyer selected by ES&S must first obtain the approval of the Ministry of Justice before selling the Premier company.
Otherwise, in accordance with the provisions of the settlement agreement, the Ministry of Justice will appoint a trustee to enforce the divestiture of ES&S after approval by the court.
Dominion two months of wonderful transformation: from newborn to second in the market
ES&S found a buyer within a limited period of two months, and it is still a satisfactory one by the Ministry of Justice. On May 15, 2010, ES&S signed a sale agreement with Canadian company Dominion Voting Systems. Since both companies are private in nature, the amount of the acquisition reached by the two parties is not known to the outside world.
The Canadian government still uses manual vote counting in federal elections and many state government elections. Therefore, Dominion, established in 2002, has not gained experience in participating in large-scale electronic voting, counting and management.
Following the acquisition of Premier, Dominion immediately annexed another American company, Sequoia, in the next month. In this way, Dominion completed a beautiful transformation within two months, from the first birth in the US market to the second in the market, second only to ES&S.
Four months later, in the midterm elections between the Senate and the House of Representatives in November 2010, Dominion, which merged the Premier and Sequoia markets, officially entered American politics.
For ordinary American voters, they care about who they vote for. As for whether their votes are counted under the names of candidates they support by Dominion's electronic scanning, vote counting and listing system, it is beyond their control.
However, for the Simpsons, who are concerned about the fairness of elections and are technical experts, they noticed that Dominion entered the United States in a blink of an eye and controlled more than one-third of the US election market within two months. The reaction is different.
They first discovered that Biden met some special people when he visited Serbia, a former CIS country, in May 2009.
Biden went to Serbia to lock the software team for Dominion
In an interview with the National Archives, Dana stated that she and her husband Jim worked for an election research team of Harvard University lawyer Cliff Arnebeck. They looked through all relevant documents of the Ministry of Justice and found that it was the Minister of Justice Holder who facilitated the smooth acquisition of Dominion.
She said, "We checked all the documents and proved that Dominion can get 30% of the market share, thanks to the attorney generals under Obama and Biden, who facilitated the transaction in the name of antitrust."
Dana and her husband Jim are both Democrats, but they belong to the non-radical camp of Sanders. She believes that Biden and Obama sold companies to companies they control through the attorney generals, which is too corrupt.
Dana then realized that Obama and Biden planned to control an election company to ensure Obama's re-election in 2012, and before ES&S was asked to divest assets, Biden had already begun preparations in 2009.
Dana told the National Archives that in order to keep the two re-elected in 2012, Obama and Biden had decided to start voting as soon as they took office. She said that she received some clues that when Biden visited Serbia in May 2009, he made a dirty deal with hackers there.
She said, "In order to ensure that he and Obama will be re-elected in 2012, Biden reached a deal with hackers in Belgrade, which not only allowed them to control ES&S equipment information, but also through the Department of Justice's antitrust actions to ensure that the later Dominion company take away more than half of the ES&S software and hand it over to Serbian hackers."
The "National Archives" showed a picture of the exterior of a normal building in Belgrade. The article pointed out that the hackers who compiled the software for Dominion were working in this building.
After November 3, 2020, when Dominion’s cheating scandals in multiple states became more and more revealed, more than one hundred employees of Dominion deleted their Linkedin records, including those working for Biden in Belgrade.
The "National Archives" article revealed that Biden has a close relationship with the former Crown Prince of the Republic of Serbia, and the two sides have exchanged visits many times. The crown prince was the son of the last king of Serbia. His father’s dynasty was overthrown at the age of 5 months. The 75-year-old crown prince obviously has no chance of restoring the dynasty, but he actively participates in Serbia’s international affairs. Since Biden declared himself "victorious" on November 14, the crown prince was one of the first "heads of state" to send a congratulatory letter to Biden.
Dominion hardware is produced in China, safety is questioned
In addition to discovering that Dominion’s software engineers in Serbia were working for Biden and Obama, Dana then discovered that Dominion’s hardware equipment was produced in China’s foundry by Flex, a well-known American electronics manufacturer. China's largest customer is Huawei.
Flex is one of the world's largest telecommunications product OEMs. It is headquartered in Singapore and has the largest OEM in China. It employs more than 50,000 Chinese workers, accounting for a quarter of its global employees.
Flex undertakes the production of several mobile phone brands, among which Huawei is its important partner. Huawei's base stations, smart phones, and especially new models that support the 5G system are all handed over to Flextronics. From the comparison of net income, Flex has the highest dependence on Huawei among American technology companies.
Dana had personally visited Dominion’s headquarters in Denver, Texas. She told the National Archives, “They are misleading the public that these devices are made there. What it does is sell foreign-programmed machines to American voters.”
"These machines are made by Flex in China, and programming is done in Serbia and Canada."
On January 9, 2020, the CEOs of the three major U.S. election equipment providers Election Systems & Software, Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic were required to go to Congress for hearings. Many members of Congress raised questions about the actual owners of the three companies and whether there is foreign government intervention. The production of the equipment of the three companies in China is the focus of attention.
Frank Figliuzz, the former deputy director of the FBI’s counterintelligence department, once told NBC News that Chinese manufacturers would be forced to cooperate with the requests of CCP intelligence officials to provide the CCP with technical information, thereby posing a threat to American companies. He mentioned another concern that the equipment shipped from China may have undetectable vulnerabilities and tamperable backdoors installed.
Dominion company hidden owner
Sidney Powell, a well-known lawyer, said in an interview with Fox Business News last week that the true owner of the voting machine company is hidden behind multiple shell companies and private equity firms.
On December 10, 2019, three Democratic senators Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar and Ron Wyden, and Representative Mark Pokan. They jointly sent a letter to three private equity fund companies with three major voting machine companies, asking them to provide detailed information on their respective companies' investment portfolios, performance, ownership and financial structure.
The four congressmen pointed out in the letter that out of concerns about the influence of private equity investment in many economic fields, including the election technology industry, and they noticed the long-standing problem of "convenience but not security" in voting machines. These all constitute a threat to American democracy, so they require private equity firms to provide transparent information.
They also disclosed in the letter that in the past 20 years, the voting machine suppliers in the U.S. elections have been concentrated from more than 20 in 2000 to the current three major ones. They occupy 90% of the country’s market, but the public seldom have access to the private equity company behind it obtains transparent financial and corporate operation information.
In July 2018, Dominion announced that its management and private equity firm Staple Street Capital had acquired Dominion.
Staple Street Capital's website does not provide any report on the fund's investment portfolio or performance, or even the introduction of the founder. According to other public information, the fund was established in 2009, and its two founders are Hootan Yaghoobzadeh and Stephen D Owens.
Before co-founding Staple Street Capital, Hootan Yaghoobzadeh and Stephen D. Owens both joined the world's top private equity fund Carlyle Group in 1998 to work.

Former intelligence officer testified: Dominion is related to China, Iraq and Serbia
Editor : Zhong Jingming / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2020/11/28/a102997748.html / Direct translation
Attorney Sidney Powell, who exposed the fraud in the US election, accused the CCP, Iran and other enemy countries of interfering in the US election through the Dominion voting system. The complaint included the testimony of a former US military intelligence officer, which confirmed that the Dominion system is inextricably linked to the CCP, Iran and Serbia.
On November 25, the former U.S. Attorney Powell's team of lawyers simultaneously filed a complaint with Michigan and Georgia, accusing the two states of election fraud and Dominion being used by foreign forces to manipulate the U.S. election.
The complaint is accompanied by a large number of sworn testimonies, including the testimony of a former US military intelligence officer (link to the original testimony). The witness was previously an electronic intelligence analyst at the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion of the US Army and worked for some of the top international election experts.
Witnesses mainly conducted research on Dominion voting system and its central reporting partner "Edison Research" and other organizations suspected of fraud in the 2020 US election.
"Edison Research" is responsible for counting the votes received from Dominion, and then providing the data to "Decision HQ" for election results. The company is the only provider of election data to the National Election Pool television network in the United States. In this year's general election, many mainstream media in the United States used the "Edison Research" real-time vote counting data.
The witness testified that he recently used a professional toolkit to conduct public network scanning and security analysis on the Dominion voting system and the "Edison Research" company and related network equipment.
The witness finally confirmed that dvscorp.com is a partner domain name of Dominion's voting system, and Dominion also has more derivative partner domain names, which are related to China and Iran.
The witness also testified that in 2019, Dominion pledged multiple voting software patents to HSBC Canada, which has a close relationship with China. In fact, Dominion sold voting patents to Chinese companies through HSBC.
The public network scan also revealed that Dominion is directly linked to Belgrade (the capital of Serbia). Dominion official website domain name (Dominionvoting.com) has a subdomain named Belgrade. Information from the workplace social platform “LinkedIn” shows that Dominion has a large number of employees in Serbia.
A network scan of the "Edison Research" official website (edisonresearch.com) revealed that it had set up a server in Iran. The IP address of the server is also bound to a server in the Netherlands, and this Dutch server is known to be used as a remote server by Iran.
In addition, the official website of "Edison Research" shows that the company is associated with BMA Capital Management. BMA has capital operations in Iran, which provides Iran with access to the capital market.
The witness also pointed out that the Smartmatic system created the "backbone (like a cloud service)" of the (Dominion voting system), and the Spanish company Scytl is responsible for the security of the election system.
Witnesses finally came to professional opinions to prove that Dominion and the "Edison Research" system can be easily hacked. These organizations deliberately let foreign hostile forces enter their systems to monitor and manipulate the US elections, including this year's election.
These testimonies partially confirmed the allegations made by Powell's lawyers. She said that the US vote information was sent to Scytl's hosting server in Germany by the Dominion voting machine and Smartmatic vote-counting software to manipulate the US election. She also accused the German server of connecting with four US enemy countries and mentioned that several notorious communist regimes were suspected of interfering in the US election.
According to media reports, a technical expert who once worked for the Soros Foundation broke the news that Biden went to Serbia 8 years ago to arrange for hackers in the country to compile cheating programs for Dominion. The above testimony also provided some evidence for the report.
