Serious fraud has occurred in the 2020 US general election, and who will enter the White House is still undecided. Republican Member of the House of Representatives Mo. Mo Brooks recently stated that the final result of the presidential election may be decided by Congress. According to the 12th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Congress has the power to veto the voting results of the state electoral college and finally decide who is the president.

Representative Brooks recently told The Epoch Times that in accordance with the 12th Amendment to the Constitution and the federal regulations governing elections, it is not the court's job to decide whether to accept or reject any state's electoral college vote, but Congress work.

"Congress has the absolute power to reject the Electoral College vote (results) submitted by any state. If we think that the state's electoral system is so bad that you can't believe the election results they submitted to us." Brooks said.

He himself has no confidence in the election results of several Democratic-controlled swing states such as Georgia and Pennsylvania. Biden is suspected of fraud in obtaining votes in these states. The Trump team has filed lawsuits in these states, accusing election violations, election fraud, and violations of state election laws.

Brooks said that at 1 p.m. Eastern time on January 6 next year, 50 states will report the results of their state's Electoral College elections to Congress.

"If any member of the House of Representatives and Senators object to the results of the Electoral College vote submitted by any state, it will immediately trigger the full vote of the House of Representatives and the full vote of the Senate to decide whether to accept or reject these voters submitted by that state. Group votes," Brooks said, "According to federal law, debates between the House of Representatives and the Senate are limited to two hours."

Brooks said that at that time, Congress will decide whether to reject certain electoral college votes. According to the 12th Amendment, the House of Representatives will decide who is the President, and the Senate will decide who is the Vice President.

If the presidential candidate is finally decided by the House of Representatives, each state delegation has one vote, and the person who wins the majority of the state delegation’s votes will become the president. According to the latest election results, the Republican Party will control 26 of the 50 states, and the election result of one state has not yet been announced, and it may also be taken by the Republican Party.

Brooks speculates that in this case, Republican presidential candidate Trump will have an advantage.

Earlier, Alan Dershowitz, an emeritus professor at Harvard Law School, had predicted in an interview with Newsmax that Trump might follow the path of Congress electing the president.

At present, Trump has initiated legal proceedings in many states. Clark County in Nevada and Wayne County in Michigan have successively refused to admit the fraudulent election results.

Dershowitz predicted that if both candidates fail to get 270 electoral votes, the delegations of the states in the House of Representatives will eventually vote to determine the presidential candidate, and the Republican Party has an advantage over the Democratic Party.

In an interview with Newsmax on the 16th, Representative Brian Babin of the Republican Party of Texas said that President Trump will eventually win the lawsuits that require correct vote counting, and the votes for the 2020 presidential election will be correctly counted.

One of Trump's lawyers and former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell recently stated that the evidence in their hands is sufficient to turn the election results back.

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro also told Newsmax that there are many "abnormal situations" in the 2020 US presidential election, and the CCP is behind the Dominion voting system used in many states. If these "abnormal circumstances" are found, President Trump should be the winner of the general election.
