The Trump campaign team has a large amount of evidence that shows widespread fraud in this year’s election, and the Trump team or private individuals have submitted the 10 most convincing  evidence of suspected election fraud  to the court. Kevin D. Freeman, the co-founder of "Every Legal Voting" website, told The Epoch Times reporter on November 23 that the Trump legal team has enough time to win the election.

According to The Epoch Times, the Trump campaign has initiated lawsuits in six states, and January 20, 2021 will be the time when the next president of the United States will be sworn in. Some people question whether the Trump team has enough time to win these lawsuits before the president's inauguration next year.

In response, Kevin Freeman said that the Trump team has enough time and a legal way to win this election.

Kevin Freeman said, “The Trump legal team knows the deadline and they have a strategy. I read a sentence written by the famous lawyer Alan Dershowitz, he said,'There is enough time'."

On November 23, Jenna Ellis, the Trump team’s senior legal counsel, announced that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals had approved the Trump team’s request and rejected the team’s election lawsuit in Pennsylvania to the lower court. The appeal is reviewed quickly.

Freeman pointed out that there is plenty of evidence that President Trump not only won the election and was re-elected, but also led his opponents by a large margin.

Freeman is a well-known expert on economic warfare and financial counter-terrorism in the United States. He is also the founder of a number of agencies and has provided professional consulting to US government agencies. After election day this year, he and other experts co-founded the "Every Legal Vote" (www.EveryLegalVote.com) website.

Freeman said that they can receive thousands of reports of election fraud and violations every day, and have passed many reports to the Trump legal team.

Trey Trainor, chairman of the U.S. Federal Election Commission, stated on November 20 that the Trump campaign, through sworn testimony from credible witnesses, and other evidence used in challenging the results of the state’s elections, is "legally submitting accusations to the court."

As of the evening of November 22, the Trump team or private individuals have submitted the 10 most convincing evidence of suspected election fraud to the court, including:

1. Detroit public servants: Witnessing thousands of fake ballots

Detroit city civil servant Jessy Jacob provided the broadest claim of election fraud. She said in her testimony that she witnessed the election staff backfilling the dates of thousands of absentee ballots the day after the election to make these ballots look legitimate, and that these ballots were not in the file of qualified voters and were on the deadline did not arrive before. In some cases, they are instructed to do so.

Jacob also said that in the weeks before election day, she witnessed election workers in Detroit skip voter identification checks. She revealed that her boss instructed her to adjust the mailing date of these absentee ballots to the date before the actual delivery. The boss asked all employees to do so.

Jacob pointed out that 70 to 80 election workers were instructed to forge ballots, which could be a large-scale fraud.

2. Almost three-quarters of the total votes in the Detroit area do not match

In a sworn statement, William Hartmann, a Republican of the Wayne County Voting Commission in Michigan, said that Wayne County knew that there was a huge difference between the number of approved voters and the number of votes in Detroit. Yet they still certified the election results.

He said in a statement: "After I reviewed the results, I determined that about 71% of the 134 absentee votes in Detroit's Counting Committee were unbalanced, and many reasons are unknown."

3. Suspicious mail-in ballots in Georgia

At least nine ballot observers who participated in the Georgia election audit last week signed an affidavit stating that they saw suspicious problems with the ballots sent, including that almost all of these ballots were voted for Biden. The affidavit also stated that these ballots were in a new and original state, that is, there were no creases, which meant that the ballots were not put in an envelope and mailed as required.

4. Thousands of votes in Georgia were not counted

Election officials revealed last week that in a post-election audit, Georgia found thousands of uncounted votes, most of which were votes for Trump. They include:

Floyd County has 2,600 votes not counted; Fayette County has 2,755 votes that are not counted; Walton County has 508 votes that are not counted.

5. A large number of absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have not been counted or have been fraudulently received by mail

"Just the News" interviewed many Pennsylvania voters. They said that their mailed ballots were never counted, or that some voters were faked to apply for mailed ballots.

A data scientist also inferred from the sampling survey that such problems are common.

Professor Steven Miller, a world-renowned mathematics expert at Williams College, said that based on the analysis of Pennsylvania election data and a survey of telephone interviews with voters in the state, the analysis showed that the state has as many as 100,000. The absent ballot is questionable.

Miller said in a sworn statement provided to "Just the News" that he estimated that he applied for votes by impersonating a registered Republican voter; or that Republicans applied for votes and mailed them back to the election office, but they were not counted. The number of votes was between 89,397 and 98,801.

6. A county in Nevada distinguishes true and false signatures with an error rate of nearly 90%

The Las Vegas Review columnist Victor Joecks published an article that when election officials in Clark County, Nevada compared the signatures on the ballot receipt envelope, among the 9 fake signatures only one was identified and the error rate is as high as 89%.

7. Computer problems in Oakland County, Michigan

In Oakland County, Michigan, a computerized vote counting error was discovered by a Republican election official, and the Oakland County election director returned the victory to the current Republican County Councillor Adam Kochenderfer.

The Detroit Free Press previously reported that Oakland County Electoral Officer Joe Rozell said that when the city of Rochester Hills transmitted the absentee ballot, it was transmitted along with the constituency ballot on the spot. As a result, some votes were double-counted.

8. The Dominion voting system went wrong in Antrim County, Michigan

In the 2020 US general election, the Dominion voting system was involved in multiple election violations, including in the traditional red county of Michigan, Antrim, where 6,000 votes for Trump were transferred to the Democratic candidate Biden.

After recounting the votes, Trump won the county.

9. Several Republican scrutineers in multiple states were refused to supervise the counting process

From Michigan to Pennsylvania, many Republican scrutineers complained that they were expelled from the counting center or denied effective supervision of the counting, making it impossible for them to monitor the counting of votes in election centers in large cities.

Brian McCafferty, a ticket scrutineer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, said that he and other scrutineers were blocked from being able to get close to the counting area.

He said, "They don't allow us to supervise the counting of votes within a range of 30 to 100 feet."

10. Give gifts to the natives of Nevada, vote for Biden

The Federalist reported on November 18 that organizations that support the Democratic Party bribed Nevada's native voters to vote for Biden by issuing gift cards, "prizes," and other gifts, and this activity exists in several other swing states.

A Facebook page named "Nevada Native Vote Project" publicly stated that voters can exchange their ballots for gifts. Two male voters showed that they received $25 Visa gift cards after voting in absentia.
