Nevada District Judge James Russell announced on November 25 local time that he will hear the Trump camp's complaint on December 3 the Nevada election fraud case. "Washington Observer" believes that this is a big victory for Trump's legal team, which will help reverse the "advantage" that Democratic candidate Biden enjoys in Nevada due to election cheating, and it will also help Trump camp in other states file complaints on election fraud.
Judge Rousseau of the First Judicial District of Nevada announced on the 25th that he will hear the election fraud case on December 3 and allow 15 witnesses from the Trump camp to testify in court.
On the same day, under the impetus of the Trump team, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit also announced an expedited review of the election certification petition filed by the Trump camp in Georgia.
Nevada is an important swing state for this year’s general election. Trump’s legal camp has accused that during this year’s Nevada general election, there were thousands of verifiable cases of election fraud. The Trump camp accuses counties in Nevada, especially Clark County, which is controlled by Democrats, of serious election fraud and illegal behavior during the 2020 Nevada general election.
The main representative of Trump’s legal camp in Nevada and chairman of the American Conservative League, Matt Schlapp, said in an interview with Fox News on the 25th that the Nevada District Court will hear the election fraud case on December 3 is great news.
He said: “Many media people in the United States have been saying,'If you have evidence of election fraud, take it out.' We have thousands of witnesses who have seen election fraud with their own eyes, and I think they can show evidence to the court is a big step forward."
"In many of the states we talked about, including Georgia, the most serious problem is that a large number of mail-in voter votes in these states are not legally signed. A quarter of Georgia's ballots are mail-in votes; half of Nevada's ballots are mailed ballots; and these mailed ballots are not legally signed, obviously in Clark County, and these mailed ballots are the highlight of the illegal ballots in this year's election."
"In our case, there were 15 witnesses and tens of thousands of testimonies about mail-in vote fraud, which was enough to change the election results in Clark County."
The Trump camp also stated that they hoped that the judge would order thousands of mailed ballots in Clark County to be invalidated because these ballots were not validly signed and verified as required by the state before they were counted. Electors in the county used machines to authenticate voters' signatures but this violated Nevada’s election laws.
The Trump team is also preparing to show evidence that the county's dead voters and many people voted multiple times in multiple jurisdictions, as well as the "gifts" provided by the county Democrats to voters in order to buy Nevada votes.
Jesse Binnall, a lawyer for Trump’s legal team, added that the Trump camp’s witnesses were also preparing to testify. At midnight on November 3, at the same ballot counter, the hard drive storing the election ballots suddenly appeared on the screen to show the ballots, and then the questions that recurred repeatedly.
Binnar said in an interview with Fox News last week, "We believe that once election fraud and irregularities are ruled out, President Trump will win Nevada."
White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said on Twitter, “Americans (December 3) will be able to hear the testimony of first-hand witnesses. This will be important for correcting illegal votes and achieving election transparency."
Meadows then tweeted, “The 11th Circuit Court of Georgia has just approved an expedited review of the Trump camp’s accreditation petition for the state’s election. More information will be announced on December 1. Stay tuned!"

On December 3, the United States Voter Rights Organization notified the Department of Justice that the Nevada State Election E-mail System has connections between a Pakistani company and a company related to the military and intelligence departments.
After the election on November 3, the election integrity organization True the Vote (TTV) asked the Nevada Secretary of State for voter files. The state government subsequently attached a voter profile to the reply email, but TTV found that a copy of this information was also sent to waqas@kavtech.net, the e-mail of Waqas Butt, CEO of Pakistan Kavtech Solutions Co., Ltd.
TTV received the email on November 29.
Catherine Engelbrecht, the founder and president of "Real Votes", said in a letter to the U.S. Undersecretary of Justice John Demers that she was concerned about the copy of the email I was shocked to find Pakistan’s mailing address in the column.
Engelbrecht wrote: "In fact, this company is on a copy of an email sent, and this email contains access to the Nevada voter registration database, which seems to be in the Nevada Secretary of State Mail System Evidence of loopholes."
"Obviously, the problems that this loophole may prove include (this company) can at least obtain voter registration information for residents of Nevada. In the worst case, it may expose a loophole that allows foreign forces not only to enter Nevada. The state system can also monitor anyone through the Nevada (government agency) email system."
The letter stated that Kavtech Solutions Ltd. is headquartered in Lahore, Punjab province, Pakistan.
According to the company's website, Kavtech Solutions specializes in data management, including data management services for government customers. The company also provides facial recognition software for three airports, provides data visualization services for a small number of customers, and has developed more than 500 game software.
The website does not seem to have any cooperation with Pakistan’s military and intelligence services.
Kavtech Solutions did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
On November 17, the Trump (Trump) campaign filed an election lawsuit in Nevada. After being rejected by a judge, the campaign team is planning to appeal to the state Supreme Court.
This lawsuit alleges that tens of thousands of ballots were cast illegally in Nevada, enough to invalidate the election results. At the hearing, the Trump team's lawyers stated that one of their witnesses pointed out that the total number of votes on the USB flash drive was tampered with overnight.
