Former Philippine politician: Smartmatic machines can be preloaded with ballots

A former Philippine congressman and lawyer said in an interview with Newsmax recently that he believes that Smartmatic and Dominion voting machines have been controlling the Philippine election for ten years. Up. He revealed that, in fact, these voting systems can even "pre-load" votes, which means that they can transmit thousands of votes before voting starts.

The Filipino politician named Glenn Chong recalled what happened in the elections in Manila that year.

"'Pre-installed' is the word. In Manila, I use this word, pre-installed ballots. I showed the audience the documents they signed." Glenn said. "We have 70,000 votes, of which 4114 votes have been scanned on 145 machines before the election, which is roughly equivalent to 6%-7% of the votes."

This person himself encountered the same thing as Trump in the election.

"The same thing happened to President Trump in my Biliran constituency in the Philippines. I took the lead on election day, and then my lead was deleted the next day. It happened to me. The same thing, I was passed at 5-6 o'clock the next day." Glenn said.

He also cited the example of another Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr.. This candidate led his opponent by 940,000 votes on election night, but at 3 a.m. the next day, these leading votes were all deleted.

Glenn and other officials in the Philippines used the original evidence to expose the deception of Smartmatic, which was a sensation at the time.

"I'm sorry, but I must say that although it is a bit cruel, they are not selling an electronic voting system. No matter who pays, they are selling a fraudulent method." said former candidate Markus.

Like the Dominion officials who fled before the Pennsylvania public hearing last week, the Philippine Smartmatic executives did not dare to clarify the accusations, but quickly left the Philippines, including Venezuelan Heider Garcia.

Surprisingly, Garcia is currently the first person in charge of the election committee of Tarrant County, Texas.

According to local media reports, in August 2019, the county purchased 3,000 voting machines, including Dominion’s voting system. Then, the county that had been a Republican state since the 1960s became a blue Democratic county overnight.

After this interview with a former Philippine official was exposed, many Americans, including the newly released General Michael Flynn, reposted this video.

Economic and political commentator John Adams said on Twitter, "All Americans must watch this video immediately. A former Filipino politician tells how Smartmatic software steals tickets. The conspiracy against Trump is true!"

People have posted that this is a "third world" product, and the result is naturally the result of the third world. Other countries in the world know this is rubbish. Why are so educated and wise Americans also using this kind of junk? The U.S. is really becoming "the laughing stock of the world", which is ashamed.

Others suggested that everyone should now go to those Democratic states, such as California, to see if they have "pre-installed" 3% of the votes in advance. What makes many people think the election is even more incredible is: The high price of a voting machine company full of fraud scandals turned Garcia into a local election official in Texas.
