However these votes and those below have not been entirely certified before the U.S. Electoral College. Biden is clearly not the president-elect.
Every Legal Vote states that excluding considerations of voter fraud and without voter fraud, Trump currently leads the election by 232 electoral votes while the Biden has only secured 214 electoral votes.
Without voter fraud, the map shows that Trump has won the election, securing 318 electoral votes while Biden slips to 220 electoral votes.

Georgia has ended the manual recount on 20 November but the Trump team believes that the signature verification procedure has not been implemented and the result is still invalid, and on 21 November (Saturday) it submitted an application for another recount.
In addition, the attorney in charge of the Georgia lawsuit, Lin Wood, tweeted, "There is ample evidence that voting machines and ballots/documents are being destroyed or tampered with.
