In order to prevent Pennsylvania from certifying the results of the general election on Monday (November 23), Trump’s comrade in Congress and Congressman Mike Kelly of the Republican of Pennsylvania filed a lawsuit on Saturday (November 21), requesting that 2.6 million mailed ballots be invalidated.

Mike Kelly is a member of the House of Representatives in Butler County, Pennsylvania. He filed a lawsuit in the Pennsylvania Court, saying that a law passed by the State Assembly in 2019 allows residents to mail ballots without any excuses. This violates the Pennsylvania Constitution and that the law is "unlawfully implemented."

Kelly asked the court to prohibit Pennsylvania from certifying election results containing mailed ballots, or overturning the entire election results, and appoint the state legislature to select 20 electors to form the electoral college.

According to Pennsylvania law, once the election result is certified, Governor Tom Wolf will select electors based on the winner of the state's popular vote to form the electoral college.

Kelly stated in the complaint that the state assembly has no power to expand the scope of remote voting. If they want to do this, they must modify the Pennsylvania Constitution.

Pennsylvania Governor Wolf and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar said that once the counties are certified, they are ready to certify the results of Pennsylvania voting and form an electoral college. The deadline is November 23.

In addition to Kelly, the plaintiff in the lawsuit also includes five Republican voters and two Republican candidates for Congress.

Recently, the Republican camp conducted a telephone survey of Republican voters in Pennsylvania. Data analysis shows that 100,000 mailed ballots have problems. In Pennsylvania, Biden leads Trump by 82,000 votes.

Steven Miller, a professor of Mathematics at Williams College, analyzed data collected by the Trump team and 2,684 telephone interviews, and found two problems with mail voting. One problem is that some mailed votes are not counted. Another problem is that some ballots do not seem to be mailed by registered voters, that is, someone asks for ballots to be mailed under an illegitimate name.

Miller estimated based on data that between 37,001 and 58,914 people faked registered Republican voters and asked to send votes. 38,910 to 56,483 people sent ballots but the ballots were not counted.

Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainor told the conservative news agency "Just the News" that Miller's analysis provided new evidence for fraud in the 2020 election.

The telephone poll is the "Voter Integrity Project." Project director Matt Braynard said that the problems implied by Miller's analysis not only exist in Pennsylvania, but also in many other key states that can influence the outcome of the election.

Trump appealed to the circuit court in the Pennsylvania case, hoping to enter the Supreme Court as soon as possible

President Trump appealed a decision by a federal judge in Pennsylvania on Sunday (November 22). The judge dismissed the Trump campaign's lawsuit the day before to prevent Pennsylvania from certifying the election results.

Trump and other plaintiffs filed an appeal with the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Sunday. The day before, Federal Judge Matthew Brann for the Central District of Pennsylvania dismissed the Trump team’s allegations of widespread violations of mailed ballots and allowed Pennsylvania to continue the process of validating election results.

Brann is a judge appointed by former Democratic President Obama. He accused the Trump team of asking the court to "cancel the right to vote for nearly 7 million voters."

The Trump team advocated the equal protection clause, but Brann retorted: “Some counties may choose to implement the guidelines (or not implement) or implement it in a different way. This does not constitute a violation of equal protection.”

In response to Bran’s ruling on Saturday, the Trump legal team said, “Today’s ruling actually helps us to quickly embark on the strategy of the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we totally disagree with this ruling, we thank the judge appointed by Obama. Make this expected decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out of time." Trump’s lawyers Giuliani and Ellis wrote.

The Trump team stated that there is a lot of evidence that in Pennsylvania, Democrats deprived the 50 witnesses and other evidence they presented. This evidence shows that election officials flagrantly ignored Pennsylvania law and refused independent review, resulting in 682,777 ballots were cast illegally, intentionally or unintentionally. The statement pointed out that "this is just an extension of the review of major facts that the American public needs to know by big technology companies, big media, and corrupt Democrats."

The Trump team eagerly hope that the case will reach the Supreme Court as soon as possible. They said: “We hope that the Third Circuit will be as generous as Judge Bran and make a decision of one kind or another on our appeal as soon as possible. This is another one that seems to be moving quickly to the United States. Supreme Court case."

Trump tweeted on Saturday to criticize Brann and vowed to appeal.

"This is completely the continuation of the never-ending witch hunt." Trump condemned that Judge Brann "not even allowed us to submit our case or evidence", but the Trump team will certainly appeal.

Thanks Mark. It's all a continuation of the never ending Witch Hunt. Judge Brann, who would not even allow us to present our case or evidence, is a product of Senator Pat “No Tariffs” Toomey of Pennsylvania, no friend of mine, & Obama – No wonder. 900,000 Fraudulent Votes! https://t.co/17rk2KsUPs

On the same day that Brann dismissed Trump's lawsuit, a Pennsylvania congressman also filed a lawsuit accusing Pennsylvania of unconditionally allowing voters to mail ballots in violation of the Pennsylvania Constitution and requiring that Pennsylvania-related 2.6 million mailed ballots be invalidated.

Mike Kelly, who filed the lawsuit, is a member of the House of Representatives in Butler County, Pennsylvania. He sued the Pennsylvania Court, alleging that a law passed by the state legislature in 2019 allows residents to mail ballots without any excuses. This violates the Pennsylvania Constitution and that the law is therefore "illegal implemented."

Kelly asked the court to prohibit Pennsylvania from certifying election results containing illegally mailed ballots, or to overturn the entire election results, and designate the state legislature to select 20 electors to form the electoral college.

Kelly stated in the complaint that the state assembly has no power to expand the scope of remote voting. If they want to do this, they must modify the Pennsylvania Constitution.

A recent telephone survey conducted by the Republican camp of Republican voters in Pennsylvania revealed that about 100,000 Republican voters had problems with their mailed votes, while Biden only led Trump with 82,000 votes in Pennsylvania.
