Three swing state legislatures start fraud hearing from 25 November 2020

For the latest progress of the US general election, US President Donald Trump’s team issued an announcement on 24 November. Starting from Wednesday (25 November) US time, the Congress members of the disputed states of Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan will gradually open public hearings on allegations of election fraud. The dates for the hearings are 25 November (Pennsylvania), 30 November (Arizona) and 1 December (Michigan).

The team's announcement on 24 November states that state senators from three controversial states including Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Michigan will successively start fraud allegation public hearings of this election.

In the first hearing in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, every senator in attendance will speak for five minutes before the witnesses testify. Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, will also speak.

The Trump team’s announcement read, “The state legislature has the unique qualifications to hold hearings on election violations and fraud before the electors vote. According to Article 2 Section 1.2 of the US Constitution, the state legislature is the only person who has the power to elect the electoral college and provides an important guarantee for preventing voter fraud and election manipulation."

Historian and current affairs commentator Zhang Tianliang said, "After the veto, who has the final say, whether the state legislature has the final say or the governor has the final say, it will be a lawsuit. There is no precedent in American history for this kind of lawsuit. If you really have a lawsuit, it will take a long time, so in the end, I feel that all the problems must be submitted to the Supreme Court to resolve."

The Governor of Arizona has stated that the election result will not be certified until the legal objection is clarified.

Current affairs commentator Zhang Tianliang said that a lot of evidence can be presented at the hearings. If the state assembly draws a favourable conclusion against Trump, then Trump will have a greater chance of winning in the Supreme Court.

Lin Wood announces cooperation with Powell, sues Georgia on Wednesday

Reporter : Li Yun / Editor: Deming / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2020/11/25/a102994808.html / Translation, editing : Gan Yung Chyan, KUCINTA SETIA

Former federal prosecutor and well-known lawyer Sidney Powell said recently that she has explosive information and intends to file a lawsuit against Georgia. President Trump's team barrister Lin Wood announced on 24 November that he will cooperate with attorney Powell and will file a lawsuit in Georgia on Wednesday (25 November).

Lin Wood tweeted on 24 November that he has worked closely with Powell’s lawyers in recent weeks and Powell will file a lawsuit in Georgia on Wednesday (25 November). Below is his tweet:

I have worked closely with @SidneyPowell1 & others over recent weeks.

The lawsuit Sidney will be filing tomorrow in GA speaks TRUTH.

Enemies of America will deny its allegations. Do NOT believe them.

Believe Sidney & me. We love America & freedom. Our enemies do not. pic.twitter.com/JyLkqCMd3W

Linwood also tweeted that day that he would seek to issue a subpoena to the State Farm Arena. The subpoena requires all the video recordings recorded at the site between midnight on November 3 and midnight on November 5, as well as all documents related to the indoor pipeline.

Local officials said in the evening of November 3 that a pipe burst in the "State Agricultural Arena" on the morning of election day. This plumbing incident delayed the work of the ballot counting room for absent ballots by two hours.

Lin Wood tweeted at night of 23 November, “The eyes of the camera will not lie. How will the election officials suspected of this matter no longer make election fraud?”

On 21 November, the Trump team asked Georgia to recount the votes because of the lack of signature matching and other "important guarantees" to ensure meaningful recounts.

The Trump team said in a statement: “Today, the Trump campaign submitted a petition for recounting votes in Georgia.” “We are committed to complying with Georgia’s laws and the U.S. Constitution. All legitimate votes are counted."

The well-known lawyer Powell said in an interview with Newsmax TV on 21 November that she has already possessed explosive information and intends to file a lawsuit against Georgia.

She said that the voting system Dominion Voting Systems involved a wide range of voter fraud, "We have a lot of evidence, so much that it is difficult to combine all this information. This is a huge project."

Powell revealed that the fraud involved thousands of people. This major crime is shocking. “The hundreds of criminals in our prisons are much lighter than the crimes of these people.” “Georgia is likely to be me the first state to be conquered."

She revealed in this interview that Biden's vote was 1.25 times the original after being "watered", while President Trump's vote was only calculated 75%. The evidence she has shows that every Democratic candidate has been given 35,000 fake votes.

Powell said that after the statutory voting deadline, someone changed the voting machine; some government officials were suspected of blending with Dominion Voting Systems to earn rebates, and she hinted that the governor of Georgia and others were involved.

Powell is the defense attorney for Flynn, a former national security consultant. He was regarded as Trump's defense lawyer because he attended the press conference with the lawyers of the Trump campaign team. Rudy Giuliani, the head of the Trump campaign’s lawyers, issued a statement on the 22nd, saying that Powell is not a member of the lawyers and will carry out legal actions independently.

Powell and Lin Wood, as civil justice lawyers, may focus on Dominion and other voting machine scandals, as well as complaints against state election officials.

Pennsylvania judge's major decision halts vote certification

Reporter : Erin Coates / Publisher : The Western Journal

A Pennsylvania judge has ordered the state to temporarily stop any actions to certify its 2020 election results until Friday when the appellate court holds a hearing on a lawsuit seeking to void millions of potentially unconstitutional mail-in ballots.

Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough entered a preliminary order Wednesday granting an evidentiary hearing on a lawsuit that claims Pennsylvania’s October 2019 expansion of “no-excuse” mail-in voting “violated the state constitution’s limits on who can cast an absentee ballot,” Law360 reported.

The order said Pennsylvania should stop any further steps toward finalizing the election results until the hearing is held.

“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election (the “Election”) for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the order read.

“Inasmuch as Respondents, based on their Press Release and briefs, have not undertaken certification of any of the other results of the Election, Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from certifying the remaining results of the Election.”

The lawsuit was filed by a group of Pennsylvania Republicans, led by Rep. Mike Kelly and 2020 congressional candidate Sean Parnell, and seeks to toss out the major voting reform bill that was passed last year, according to Business Insider.

Attorneys for the state that passed the expanded voting bill argued the request to halt the certification of election results had come too late. However, the challengers filed a supplemental application for emergency relief Tuesday night with alternative steps the court could take to help stop the certification, Law 360 reported.

“Should it be absolutely necessary, in order for this court to be empowered to provide adequate relief, petitioners may seek for leave from this court to join the slate of presidential and vice presidential electors as additional respondents in this action, and move to enjoin them from taking certain action,” the petition said.

“Because the electors, by law, must perform their duties at the ‘seat of government of this Commonwealth,’ this court may also enjoin respondents from permitting the electors to assemble at such location.”

According to Pennsylvania law, any voter can choose to vote by mail. However, to qualify for an absentee ballot, Pennsylvania voters must provide a valid reason to request such a ballot.

Voters who qualify for an absentee ballot include college students, people whose work takes them away from the Municipality where they live, people with physical disability or illness, members of the military and people who may have a conflict due to a religious holiday.

Act 77, which was signed into law in October 2019, created no excuse mail-in voting for all Pennsylvania voters and a 50-day period for voters to request and submit these ballots.

According to the lawsuit, these ballots should be deemed “unconstitutional” because it overrides legal limitations on absentee voting.

“Act 77 is the most expansive and fundamental change to the Pennsylvania voting code, implemented illegally, to date,” the plaintiffs wrote.

“[It] is another illegal attempt to override the limitations on absentee voting prescribed in the Pennsylvania Constitution, without first following the necessary procedure to amend the constitution to allow for the expansion.”
