CCP military defector informed the US the CCP's secret bioweapon project plan

After Hong Kong virologist Yan Limeng fled to the United States, another member of the Chinese military fled Europe and informed the US intelligence agency the CCP’s secret biological weapons project plan.

The Washington Times published an article on Thursday (17 September 2020) (see reference at the end), quoting sources to reveal that the fugitive was from the CCP military and he was fleeing China. Later, he went to Europe and was protected by European national security agencies.

The fugitive believed that CCP agents had infiltrated the US government. So he was cautious about cooperation with the CIA and other Western spy agencies. Despite this, he provided the US government with some information about the CCP’s biological weapons program.

The U.S. State Department revealed new details of the CCP’s secret biological weapons program in a recent arms compliance report.

"The United States has regulatory compliance concerns about the toxin research and development of China's (CCP) military medical institutions because of its potential dual use and the possibility of being a biological (weapons) threat," the report said. "The United States does not have enough information to determine whether China (the CCP) has eliminated the biological warfare plan in accordance with the requirements of Article 2 of the (Biological Weapons) Convention."

This is the second fugitive to escape the control of the CCP and confirm to the US government that the CCP is conducting some biological research on potential weapon applications.

At the end of April this year, Hong Kong virologist Yan Limeng fled to the United States, accusing the Chinese authorities of concealing the epidemic and causing a global pandemic of the virus, causing global concern. This Monday (14th), Yan Limeng published the first report on SARS-CoV-2 (covi, in short, CCP virus), which is 26 pages in length.

The report pointed out that the Chinese Communist government "intentionally created and released SARS-CoV-2, and that the source of the CCP virus is probably not a natural evolution, but a complex transformation by the Wuhan Institute of Virology. It seems to be designed based on two bat coronaviruses stored in the CCP’s military laboratory.

The report also pointed out that the covi source is likely to be the two coronaviruses "ZC45" and "ZXC21" found from bats, which were transformed by artificial intervention. Her conclusion caused a sensation all over the world.
