The CCP has always claimed that once the vaccine is successful, it will be provided to the world and become a global public health product. Therefore, reporters keep asking whether the CCP is willing to join the COVAX organization, but the spokesperson of the CCP’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been perfunctory. This time the deadline is up, and it seems difficult to avoid it.
Wang Wenbin only replied, "After the vaccine is developed and put into use, it will be used as a global public product", but not to discuss whether to join the COVAX organization, only said that "continue to actively negotiate with the above organizations."
The CCP is fighting with the WHO and it is eager to promote vaccine diplomacy, but it does not support the COVAX organization of the WHO, which is puzzling.
Wang Wenbin added extravagantly that “11 vaccines have entered the clinical trial stage, among which 4 vaccines have been approved for overseas Phase III clinical trials, which are at the forefront of the international... Laws and regulations".
The reporter did not ask about the development of the vaccine, but just wanted to confirm whether to join the COVAX organization. In other words, the reporter wants to confirm whether the CCP will really treat vaccines as a global public product. The response of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the CCP should disappoint the outside world.
Wang Wenbin took the initiative to disclose the vaccine research and development situation, which is unusual. He also deliberately emphasized that "we attach great importance to safety and effectiveness, and strictly abide by international norms and relevant laws and regulations." The outside world is indeed questioning the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine developed by the CCP, but the reporter did not raise such a question. However, Wang Wenbin seemed to have a guilty conscience and deliberately clarified, which again aroused the reporter's new interest.
What does the CCP deliberately hide?

The top CCP leaders also lack confidence in vaccines. Vaccines, medicines...cannot rely on random inspections and unannounced inspections." Li Keqiang, the leader of the epidemic prevention leading group, is very aware of the real situation of the vaccine.
On 14 September, at the EU-China Video Summit, Xi Jinping proposed "strengthening cooperation in vaccine research and development", but the EU did not respond positively. He neither wanted to share technology nor was interested in the CCP's technology. Of course, these cannot be disclosed. The CCP is unwilling to participate in the COVAX organization for the same reason.
No matter which country contributes vaccines to COVAX, experts first need to check the effectiveness and safety. The CCP’s vaccine does not want to be scrutinized by the outside world. If it does not participate in the COVAX organization, there will be no such problem. In addition, when experts examine vaccines, information about the source of the virus may be involved, and the CCP has to cover it up.
The CCP tried again to dump the pot
Recently, US media reported that the CCP virus may have spread to the United States in December of last year, and the CCP used this to stage another game of dumping the pot.

The CCP cannot escape the blame for the epidemic, and it wants to play with vaccine diplomacy again, which may be another big failure.
