Chen Wei also said, "However, our recombinant covi vaccine has been preparing for mass production since the Phase I clinical trial. There was a piece of news last month that everyone should remember that 40 Chinese workers were refused entry into Papua New Guinea because they had a certificate stating that they may have tested positive for nucleic acid because they were vaccinated. Papua New Guinea was very vigilant and asked the Chinese Embassy in Papua New Guinea to explain the situation. Instead of explaining the situation, the embassy lied through the Global Times, saying that these people had tested negative before departure, and said that Papua New Guinea invited them to enter the country to support reproduction. Does this mean that the CCP got the virus strain much earlier than the first case was reported to the international community?
On Monday (14 September), Dr. Yan Limeng shared the research report of her and the top US team on the preprint website (Zenodo.com) of the academic paper. She used sufficient professional argumentation and laboratory data to boldly infer from a professional perspective. The novel coronavirus is not produced naturally, but is artificially synthesized in the laboratory on the basis of bat coronaviruses ZC45 and ZXC21. She also described in the report that SARS-CoV-2 can be easily synthesized in the laboratory in only 6 months. She concluded that the virus may have spread in August 2019.

CanSino Biological Company was founded in 2009 by four "returnees" Yu Xuefeng, Zhu Tao, Qiu Dongxu and Mao Huihua. Three of them have Canadian citizenship, and Zhu Tao has Canadian residency. Zhu Tao was appointed as a member of the CPPCC National Committee in March 2018. He is not only a party member, but also an expert of the "Thousand Talents Project". He was engaged in bioinformatics and metabolic engineering research at the Chicago Comprehensive Genomics Company from 2004 to 2005. Then he joined the world vaccine giant-Sanofi Pasteur to engage in vaccine development. In 2009, he returned to China and founded CanSino Biological Company.
In addition, has "Chen Fei", the actual controller of "Shanghai Li'an" among the institutional shareholders of CanSino Biological Company, something to do with "Chen Wei"? Does it have anything to do with Jiang (Zemin)'s family? CanSino Bio is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of innovative vaccines. The company has not yet achieved commercialization of a vaccine, and has been at a loss since its establishment. CanSino was listed in Hong Kong in March 2019. At that time, its market value was about 4 billion Hong Kong dollars. Due to operating losses and poor performance, the stock price was hovering around 30 yuan for a long time. However, after completing the "Novel Coronavirus Emergency Response" exercise in Wuhan, CanSino's stock price began to move in October 2019. It began to increase in volume in mid-November. It was bought by investors and had doubled by the end of December. Who bought this stock so predictably in mid-November 2019? This makes people have to doubt that the vaccine has been developed at that time, and only such good news will drive the stock to soar.
If according to Dr. Yan Limeng's statement, it is a synthetic virus in the Wuhan laboratory, then it can explain why Chen Wei can take out the vaccine so early, because they already have the virus strain. Why did the CCP synthesize this virus? It is very likely to be doing research on biological and chemical weapons. However, whether this virus synthesized as a biological and chemical weapon was accidentally leaked or deliberately poisoned is still a question mark.
There is another situation. We just made a mistake about the vaccine. The CCP has not produced an effective vaccine at all. Everything is just a scam, that is, cutting leeks to make a lot of money. In either case, the CCP has already made a big mistake, except for the deceived Chinese, no one in the world can believe it.
