The CCP held a commendation meeting for fighting the SARS-CoV-2 (CCP virus) epidemic. Confirmed cases have appeared in Nanjing, Jiangsu and Henan while Ruili, Yunnan has entered a wartime situation. Shanghai doctor Zhang Wenhong said on 20 September that the second wave of epidemics in China this winter is inevitable. He said that 80% of people are asymptomatic, which is very scary.

Ruili City, Yunnan Province, China, was shut down due to a new confirmed case of the Chinese Communist Party virus, followed by nucleic acid tests throughout the city, and hurriedly built a shelter hospital with thousands of beds. Although the residents who went for mass testing were diagnosed negative, mainland Chinese media reported that Yunnan Province held an epidemic prevention and control scheduling meeting on 19 September, requiring all levels and localities to "come into a state of wartime" and strengthen border control.

On 20 September, Dr. Zhang Wenhong, Director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, said at the event that with the second wave of epidemics in Britain and France and other European countries, Chinese people have been asking if there is a second wave of epidemics this winter. He said, "The second wave is inevitable."

Zhang Wenhong also said that many people say that the global epidemic cannot be controlled, and there is a great imbalance between countries. In the final analysis, this has a great relationship with the characteristics of the virus. The virus has a very wide spread and has become a powerful enemy of the entire human race.

He revealed that China is still facing the risk of new cases. In the past two days, the Chinese Communist Party has organized a delegation to various provinces to inspect the infectious disease prevention and control system and cannot allow the epidemic to break out again. He said, "80% of people are asymptomatic, which is very scary."

Zhang Wenhong pointed out that a virus with such a strong spread will always exist. The practice of Western countries is to wait for a vaccine. The vaccine will protect the vulnerable population and reduce the mortality rate to the normal flu level.

On 7 June, Zhang Wenhong said in an interview in Shanghai that the second wave of the global epidemic is about to emerge. Many countries do not know when the peak will come, so the number of infected people does not know when it will come down. Initially, the global epidemic is always moving forward, and the strength of the rebound has even exceeded the first wave.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, who has long been concerned about the recovery of the survivors, once told the media that if the global CCP virus epidemic breaks out again, it may cause countries to enter anarchy and may even lead to the end of mankind.
