Head and chairman of the Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes that election fraud is taking place in the states where the votes are still being counted. If there is failure to comply with the law, this US election will be "unlawful". He also said that the lawsuit filed by Trump's campaign is a "very valid accusation."

The Epoch Times reported that Trey Trainor said on the "National Report" program on Newsmax TV on Friday (November 6) that the places where observers are not allowed to watch the vote counting process may be related to election fraud.

He said, "I do believe that election fraud occurred in these places." "Otherwise, they will allow observers to enter."

Trainor: Pennsylvania and other states did not count votes in a transparent manner

U.S. President Trump's campaign team won a court order to send observers to watch Pennsylvania ballot counts from six feet away but Trainor said, "The ballot observers did not have an effective way to enter the ballot counting location. "

He said that when observers were allowed to watch the counting process, the court ordered a distance of six feet. Trainor said, "They (observers) did not get an effective opportunity (to supervise the counting process)."

He added that the election is not transparent.

Trainor said, “Our entire political system is based on transparency to avoid corruption.” He pointed out that Pennsylvania and other states did not count votes in a transparent manner.

He said, "State law allows those observers to be there (supervision)."

Trainor added that if the law is not followed, the election is "illegal."

Earlier on November 5, a federal judge and Democrat Christine Fizzano Cannon ordered, "All candidates, observers, or candidate representatives are allowed to supervise (Philadelphia) vote counting. The process... and all aspects of the counting process can be observed within 6 feet."

That afternoon, Trump’s campaign assistant Pam Bondi told reporters outside the Pennsylvania Convention Center that the election officials inside had moved the interception line to within 6 feet of the counting zone. But at the same time, they disobeyed the court's order and moved all the ticket counters to the back of the building so that (the observers) could not see them.

Officials from the Trump campaign stated that the Philadelphia Republican observers were still unable to effectively monitor the counting process, and the Philadelphia police refused to help enforce a judge’s order.

Trainor: Trump's lawsuit is a valid allegation and needs a full court review

Trainor also said that the lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign is a "very valid allegation" and needs to be "fully reviewed" by the court system.

He predicted that certain legal challenges may eventually be submitted to the Supreme Court.

On Saturday (November 7), former Vice President Biden declared his victory on his own. President Trump said that the lawsuit is ongoing and the election is far from over.

Trump said in a statement, "Starting from Monday (November 9), our campaign team will begin court prosecutions to ensure that the election law is fully defended and that the legitimate winners are in the throne. Americans should have an honest election. This means counting all legitimate votes, not counting illegal votes. This is the only way to ensure that the public has full confidence in our election. What’s shocking is that the Biden campaign refused to agree to this basic principle and hoped (All) ballots are counted, even if they are forged, artificially made, or from unqualified or deceased voters. Only the party who committed the wrongdoing would illegally prevent the observer from entering the counting room-and then in court prevent observers from entering."

Federal Election Commission

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is an independent agency designed to supervise the use of campaign funds in the US federal elections. The committee was established after the federal election law was revised in 1974.

The Federal Election Commission consists of six members, all nominated by the president and subject to the approval of the Senate. The term of office of each committee member is six years, and two of them are replaced every two years. According to the law, no more than three members of the committee can be from the same political party. The resolution of each committee requires at least four members to agree. The Head of the commission is rotated by six members, but each member can only serve as chairman of the committee once in each six-year term.
