Secrets of the decline in the confirmed covid (from "COVID-19") cases in mainland China have been revealed. Asymptomatic patients are no longer diagnosed in the country for covid.

In recent statistics of the China Communist Party (CCP)'s covid epidemic, the daily increase in confirmed cases outside Hubei has been declining one after another. The legal media quoted the news as saying that the reason behind it is CCP has changed its diagnosis plan, and all asymptomatic patients will no longer be diagnosed even if a nucleic acid test result is positive.

France and Guangzhou reported on 12 February 2020 that the CCP official and WHO announced a few days ago that although the total number of infected cases is still rising, the daily increase of new infection cases has shown a downward trend. The WHO also issued a contradictory statement on Tuesday, claiming that the epidemic was "stabilizing," while emphasizing that novel coronavirus still threatens the world.

According to several sources, the report pointed out that, in addition to the overall lack of credibility of the official statistics of the CCP, the reason for this situation includes the CCP's manipulation of statistical standards and excludes patients who do not have symptoms from the diagnosis.

On 6 February 2020, the Health Commission of CCP issued the "Notice of the General Office of the National Health and Health Commission on Printing and Distributing a Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Fourth Edition)", which revised the statistical standards for confirmed cases of pneumonia in Wuhan and stipulated that all asymptomatic infections of covid will no longer be diagnosed as positive.

The "Notice" stipulates that the classification of new cases of covid in mainland China is divided into 4 types: "suspected cases", "clinical diagnosis cases", "confirmed cases", and "positive tests". The "positive test" specifically refers to the so-called "asymptomatic infection" that is positive for nucleic acid testing but has no symptoms of covid.

The "Notice" also clearly stipulates, "If the reported "asymptomatic infected person "has clinical manifestations, the patient will be promptly corrected to "confirmed case ". This shows that even if the test is positive, as long as there are no symptoms, the patient will not be further diagnosed. The patient will no longer be included in the confirmed novel coronavirus cases of mainland China. Previously, positive nucleic acid tests could be included in confirmed cases.

After the notice was announced, the Heilongjiang Provincial Health and Health Commission reduced 14 confirmed diagnoses on 8 February, sparking heated discussions from all walks of life. The official response stated that this was because asymptomatic infections are no longer counted as confirmed cases in accordance with the amended National Health and Health Commission regulations.

Despite the decline in the number of confirmed cases outside Hubei Province, similar changes have not occurred in Hubei. According to the above notice, the authorities have specially added a "clinical diagnosis case" classification for Hubei, meaning Hubei can report cases with clinical diagnosis that meet certain criteria.

CCP authoritative experts point out that the accuracy of nucleic acid detection is only 30 per cent to  50 per cent, and a large number of "false negative" patients cannot be diagnosed. However, the CCP has only granted the right to report "clinical diagnosis cases" to Hubei, where the epidemic is severe. Other regions do not have this power to report clinical diagnosed cases. They can only report "suspected cases" of covid.

The surface changes of the CCP statistics only reflect the changes of internal rules, but its overall data is still widely suspected of fraud. Overseas experts rarely use the official data of the CCP as a research basis, but have created various models to derive the actual data of the epidemic.

So far, the CCP has claimed that only one thousand people have died. However, according to an independent investigation by The Epoch Times on 4 February 2020, a person in charge of a Wuhan funeral parlour told an unannounced reporter that only the largest Hankou funeral parlour in Wuhan burned at least 225 dead bodies of new crown pneumonia a day.

The person in charge revealed that 38 per cent of the dead bodies of Wuhan covid patients came from hospitals, and 61 per cent of corpses came from patients' homes.
