On 16 February 2020, a screenshot was suddenly circulated in the circle of friends in the Chinese online community, showing that Wang Yanyi, the Director of the Wuhan Institute of Virology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, sent a message to the institute staff on 2 January 2020. The e-mail requested that the disclosure of research information related to the unexplained pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan be strictly prohibited, and emphasized that this was a request made by the National Health and Medical Commission. Someone previously disclosed to the overseas as an "informed person" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences that Wang Yanyi's husband, Shu Hongbing, was an important child of Jiang Mianheng, and his wife indirectly controlled the Wuhan Institute of Virology, an important site involving military and biochemical weapons. When the epidemic in Wuhan was so fierce and the two levels of government in Wuhan Province, Hubei were dismissed, the news was very intriguing.

Wang Yanyi's e-mail reveals a hidden corner of Wuhan's epidemic

On 16 February, local time, the WeChat public account "Your House Uncle" posted that a message widely reposted in the circle of friends today is very intriguing. The main body of the message was Wang Yanyi, Director of the Wuhan Virus Research Institute, posted to  all the members a screenshot of an email.

From the screenshot, the email was sent on 2 January 2020 at 10:28 am, entitled "[Important Reminder] Notice on Rigorous Disclosure of Information Related to Unknown Cause of Pneumonia in Wuhan". The main content has three points : 1. Unknown cause of pneumonia has caused social panic; 2. Related research work of the virus research Institute is underway; 3. The National Health Commission requires that disclosure of any relevant information to the media, self-media, social media, and cooperating technology companies is strictly prohibited information on this epidemic."

If the post is true, it means that the National Health and Medical Commission issued internal instructions on the covid epidemic before 2 January and requested that it should not be announced to the outside world to avoid causing panic.

The screenshot of this email believed to have been posted by Wang Yanyi to all members of the Wuhan Institute of Virology immediately attracted great public attention. Many netizens said that this screenshot was "a lot of information", and the deep meaning behind it was worth analyzing carefully, and expressed that they were waiting for Wang Yanyi to come forward to explain this news.

Is Wuhan's epidemic full of political shame behind it?

It is worth noting that before the Beijing authorities won the first-ranking officials of Hubei and Wuhan and the first- and second-ranking officials of the Hubei Health and Medical Commission, foreign scientists have discovered the novel coronavirus in Wuhan and found that the virus is very likely to be an artificial virus, and the spearhead of public opinion at home and abroad soon pointed to the P4 level Wuhan Institute of Virology

At noon on 4 February, Xu Bo, the chairman of Dow Network, posted a long post on Weibo, and announced in high profile that he had reported in real name that the Wuhan Institute of Virology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences had suspected a virus leak and caused the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in 2019. Rarely, his very sensitive report was not deleted by the China Communist Party's network administrator for quite some time.

Prior to this, an independent review website posted a post on 1 February  stating that the husband of Wang Yanyi, the Director of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, is the wife of Shu Hongbing an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Shu is the son of Jiang Mianheng while Mianheng is the son of former CCP leader Jiang Zemin. Wang Yanyi is a "vase" character manipulated by her husband.

Data show that Shu Hongbing, born in 1967, was mainly engaged in the research of signal transduction of immune-related cells after working. He was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011. He is currently a professor, vice president, and dean of the Academy of Medicine of Wuhan University.

On 7 February, Mr. Q, a person with knowledge of the Shanghai Academy of Life Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, confirmed to Yan Ming Times Review that Shu Hongbing was indeed Jiang Mianheng's son. The person disclosed that after Jiang Mianheng entered the Chinese Academy of Sciences system, he controlled major research projects in the biological field by establishing a circle of interest in the Shanghai helper system composed of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Academy of Biological Sciences, Shanghai Universities, Shanghai Hospital, and Army Hospital and Research Institute. Project establishment and huge allocation of funds have formed the inside story of Shanghai's government and business interest groups in the field of medical biotechnology.

Mr. Q bluntly said that Shu Hongbing was an important member of the Shanghai help-labour system's interest circle. He was introduced to Wuhan University by Jiang Mian Heng and indirectly controlled the important site of military-industrial and chemical weapons in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Mr. K said that Wang Yanyi is only a puppet who plays a small role at the front desk. Her position is caused by Jiang Mianheng's manipulation through several important personnel within the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Beside her husband, Jiang Mianheng, Shu Hongbing, and Jiang Zemin,  the family and the Shanghai gang are important agents in the Shanghai and military biotechnology system.
