Two internal documents exposed on the Internet on 16 February 2020 show that the China Communist Party (CCP) has long known that covid is similar to SARS and is contagious. However the CCP has been hiding the truth and cheating the Chinese.

The two internal documents are from the CPC Navy Engineering University and the Public Health Clinical Centre affiliated to Shanghai Fudan University.

Navy University of Engineering begins prevention of COVID-19 on 2 January 2020

The "Notice of Strict Control of Foreigners Entering School" issued by the Police Commuter Service Company of the CPC Navy University of Engineering on 2 January showed that the CPC Navy had known the unknown epidemic prevention situation in Wuhan as early as 2019, and had issued the "2019" 298 prevention and control document. Wuhan Central General Hospital also knew about it.

The notice said that in order to do a good job of preventing and controlling the school's unknown pneumonia epidemic, it is required to strictly control the entry of outsiders into the school. Those who really need to enter the school must report to the Security Administration for approval, and must undergo door-to-door temperature testing. Those whose temperature exceeds 38 ° C are forbidden entry.

The above-mentioned internal documents show that the key departments of the CCP, especially the Chinese Communist Army, had an unidentified pneumonia as early as the end of last year, which was contagious, and began to take preventive measures. However, the CCP has kept the outbreak from  the public at large.

Experts recommend precautionary measures on 5 January

The Public Health Clinical Center of Shanghai Fudan University (Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center), an internal report issued to the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China on 5 January, said that the centre staff Zhang Yongzhen cooperated with Wuhan Centre for Disease Control (WHCDC) and Wuhan Central General Hospital to detect a SARS-like coronavirus from the respiratory lavage fluid of a patient with unknown pneumonia in the Wuhan Huanan Seafood Market in Wuhan, and the entire genome of the virus was measured.

The report states that the virus has 89.11 per cent homology with SARS coronavirus and is named Wuhan-Hu-1 coronavirus.

The report states that given the virus is homologous to the coronavirus that caused the SARS outbreak, the virus should be transmitted by the respiratory tract. "It is recommended to take corresponding prevention and control measures in public places" and to adopt antiviral treatment in clinical treatment.

The report was copied to Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Centre.

Current political commentator Shi Shi said, "The genome sequence of Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center was measured that day, and the results were immediately reported to the National Health Commission of the Chinese Communist Party and Shanghai Municipal Health Commission on the same day, and preventive measures were recommended."

"This shows that the Chinese authorities should report the epidemic as soon as the epidemic broke out. This is consistent with what the Mayor of Wuhan said before," Shi Shi said.

CCP hides outbreaks from Chinese people but informs U.S.

Wuhan pneumonia broke out in early December last year, but the CCP Party has been concealing the epidemic, arresting medical staff and the people who spread the truth about the epidemic, requiring informed medical staff not to spread the epidemic, and also declaring that the epidemic is "preventable and controllable" and that there were no human-to-human transmissions of the virus. The news has caused the epidemic to spread rapidly across the country.

It was not until 20 January that the Chinese leaders Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang first spoke publicly about the epidemic and closed Wuhan on 23 January but the epidemic was out of control and spread to many overseas countries and regions.

The CCP's concealment of the truth of the epidemic and the hassle of human lives has made the Chinese people angry. One after another, officials from Wuhan City and Hubei Province were asked to take responsibility for the concealment.

However, the mayor of Wuhan City Zhou Xianwang admitted in an interview with the CCP on 27 January that the disclosure of the epidemic in Wuhan was not timely, but he then said, "The disclosure was not timely. You must understand this because it is an infectious disease. The Infectious Diseases Prevention Law must be disclosed in accordance with the law. As a local government, I can only disclose this information after I have obtained this information, so I did not understand it at that time. "

Yang Gonghuan, former deputy director of the Chinese Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, also expressed the same view. He told China Media that after the SARS epidemic broke out in 2003, the CCP spent a lot of money to establish a direct epidemic reporting system to enable rapid monitoring. As long as infectious cases are found, especially pneumonia of unknown cause, the hospital should report the cases directly, and the CCP should receive them as soon as possible.

Xi Jinping met with the Director General of the World Health Organization in Beijing on 28 January, "For this epidemic prevention and control work, I have been personally directing and deploying."

The full text of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China held by Xi Jinping on 3 February shows that Xi Jinping presided over the work on the covid epidemic on 7 January.

What makes the Chinese even more angry is that the spokesman of the CCP’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated publicly that the CCP had notified the United States of more than 30 epidemics since 3 January but the Chinese have been kept in the dark by the CCP.

At the same time, scholars from the CDC, Wuhan CDC, and other institutions published a paper in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) on 29 January, showing that covid can be transmitted from "human to human" as early as mid-December last year. Seven medical staff were infected in early January 2020.

And the WHCDC and the Health Commission of the Communist Party of China declared on 19 January that the epidemic was "preventable and controllable" and "the possibility of limited transmission from one person to another was not ruled out.

Outbreak impacts Communist regime

Many foreign media said that the CCP concealed the epidemic, causing the epidemic to spread rapidly and severely impacting the CCP regime. Some foreign media also ridiculed that the CCP was more "poisonous" than viruses.

VOA reported that the epidemic was the worst crisis for the CCP and has a huge impact on the Communist Party’s system. It is the worst crisis that the Communist Party has faced since it came to power, at least the worst it has faced in the past 40 years, a serious crisis that may be second only to the famine of the 1960s.

Former Tsinghua professor Xu Zhangrun condemned, "Only the" institutional incompetence "responsible, especially the" moral corruption "of a self-serving government that puts hundreds of millions of people in the water and fire of "Bao Jiangshan ". The disaster, while revealing the moral defeat of the government, revealed an unprecedented institutional weakness. "

Xu Zhangrun said that the anger of the people has erupted like a volcano, and the angry people will no longer be afraid of CCP. The CCP ’s defeat has already begun, and the countdown begins.
