In the U.S. general election in Georgia, the vote difference between the two presidential candidates was only 0.3%. Secretary of State Ravenspeg announced on November 13 that more than 5 million ballots across the state will be recounted. However, the signature verification procedure has not been implemented due to the recounting of votes. Wood took this to Atlanta Federal Court and included the members of the Secretary of State's election committee.

Lin Wood tweeted related news, claiming that the lawsuit was based on the unconstitutional behavior of the defendant, and the Secretary of State and the Election Commission had no right to change the method of counting absentee votes.

Wood asked the court to make the following ruling:
1. The defendant is prohibited from certifying the results of the 2020 Georgia elections
2. The defendant is prohibited from certifying the results of general elections that contain questionable absent ballots, even if the absent ballots have been repaired
3. The court issued an order, statement or injunction stating that the result of the 2020 general election is due to the above-mentioned unconstitutional behavior, and there are problems with the state general election, and the defendant is required to resolve the above-mentioned problems in a litigation settlement.
4. Or other handling methods deemed fair and reasonable by the court or fact finders.

Wood once tweeted on the 11th, “I believe Trump won a historic and overwhelming victory across the country on November 3. Please be patient. Biden will never become the president of our country. On the contrary, he will Become a prisoner with many others. Please be patient and trust Trump."

President Trump responded on Twitter on November 14, "The Georgia Secretary of State has made it impossible to verify ballots and envelope signatures with the approval of the governor. They have long known that they will defraud and must publish the real signature! …What do they want to cover up? They know, everyone knows, expose this crime!"

The article also revealed that the Secretary of State of Georgia signed an agreement to allow the state's election results to be falsified in favor of the Democratic Party. Their corrupt transaction with Hillary’s lawyer has now been exposed, and this secret agreement should not have been signed.

According to a report by Gateway Pundit, on March 6 this year, Georgia Secretary of State and Republican Brad Raffensperger signed a secret legal agreement with the Georgia Democrats, the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee about changing Georgia’s absentee voting procedures.

The lawyer for the Democrats is Hillary Clinton's planner, Marc Elias, who has been busy managing other secret Democratic elections across the United States.

Georgia’s two federal senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue stated in a joint statement on November 9 that the state’s election process lacked transparency and called for the resignation of Republican member, Secretary of State Brad Ravensperger.

Georgia is one of the six battlefield states where the Trump team filed a lawsuit, with 16 electoral votes.
