126 new local confirmed covid cases in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Hebei, Beijing, Shanxi and Shandong
According to the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 144 new confirmed cases for 20 January 2021, including 18 imported cases (9 in Shanghai and 5 in Tianjin) , Beijing 1 case, Hubei 1 case, Guangdong 1 case, Guangxi 1 case, 126 local cases (68 cases in Heilongjiang, 33 cases in Jilin, 20 cases in Hebei, 2 cases in Beijing, 2 cases in Shanxi, 1 case in Shandong). There are no new deaths. There are 5 new suspected cases, all imported cases (all in Shanghai). There were 113 new asymptomatic infections (16 imported from abroad). Out of these cases, 56 confirmed cases (1 imported from overseas) were converted on the same day.

A few days ago, the "Work Plan for the Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemics in Rural Areas in Winter and Spring" deployed related epidemic prevention work in rural areas and returnees. Who are the returnees mentioned in the work plan? The National Health Commission responded that the returnees mentioned in the work plan refer to those who have returned to rural areas from other places.
The returnees mainly include: first, people returning to their hometowns across provinces; second, returning people from cities in the middle and high-risk areas of the province (in principle, people in the middle and high-risk areas do not flow); third, employees of imported cold chain food and ports in the province that are in direct contact with key groups such as employees of imported goods, employees in isolation places, and employees in transportation vehicles
Returnees can be tested at any medical institution, disease control institution or third-party institution with nucleic acid testing qualifications at the place of departure or destination; the village committee will check after returning home; return home with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 28 January - 8 March 2021; return home less than 14 days and monitor the actual return time at home

A suspected case in Shanghai Fudan University Tumor Hospital, two medical institutions in Shanghai closed today
In the evening of 20 January, the Cancer Hospital of Fudan University issued a notice: The hospital found that one person had suspicious test results during the routine nucleic acid test for outsourced logistics support personnel. Medical workers from this hospital and other hospitals arrived in batches. The staff of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, Municipal Disease Control and other hospitals also entered the hospital in batches to carry out related investigations and epidemiological investigations.
On 21 January, the Cancer Hospital of Fudan University issued a notice: Due to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the outpatient department of Xuhui Branch of Cancer Hospital will be closed from 21 January. In the early morning of the same day, the medical service account of Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine issued a notice: Due to the need for epidemic prevention and control, since 21 January, the outpatient department of the West Campus of Renji Hospital was closed.

Heilongjiang adds 68+85
At 4 am on 20 January, 68 new cases of covid were confirmed in Heilongjiang Province (65 cases in Wangkui County, Suihua, of which 19 cases were converted to asymptomatic infections in Wangkui County, 2 cases in Hailun City, Suihua, Harbin 1 case in Shidaoli District). One confirmed case was cured and discharged (Aihui District, Heihe). 85 new cases of asymptomatic infections (48 cases in Wangkui County, Suihua, 7 cases in Hailun City, Suihua, 1 case in Suileng County, Suihua, 3 cases in Anda City, Suihua, 14 cases in Limin Development Zone, Harbin, Hulan City, Harbin) District 5 cases, 2 cases in Nangang District of Harbin, 1 case in Zhaozhou County of Daqing, 3 cases in Fulaerji District of Qiqihar, 1 case in Jianhua District of Qiqihar. 1 case of asymptomatic infection was released from medical observation (Linkou County, Mudanjiang).

33+6 newly diagnosed local cases in Jilin
At 4 am on 20 January, 33 newly diagnosed cases in Jilin Province (29 cases in Tonghua, 2 cases in Changchun, 2 cases in Songyuan), 28 of them (24 cases in Tonghua, 2 cases in Changchun, 2 cases in Songyuan) were previously notified asymptomatic infections converted to confirmed cases. Up to now, the province has reported a total of 162 confirmed cases of the imported epidemic (123 in Tonghua, 37 in Changchun, and 2 in Songyuan), of which 4 are critical, 9 are severe, 114 are ordinary, and 35 are light. As of 21 January, the province has reported a total of 300 local confirmed cases, a total of 136 cases were cured and discharged, 162 cases were treated in isolation in the hospital, and 2 cases died.
On 21 January, 6 new cases of asymptomatic infection (6 cases in Tonghua) were added in the province. As of 21 January, there are 39 cases of asymptomatic infection in the province (28 cases in Tonghua, 9 cases in Changchun, 2 cases in Songyuan).

Hebei adds 20+4
On 21 January, Hebei Province added 20 new confirmed cases of covid (5 cases of asymptomatic infection were converted to confirmed cases), all of which were reported by Shijiazhuang. Four new cases of local asymptomatic infections were reported from Shijiazhuang. As of 21 January, Hebei Province currently has 830 locally confirmed cases (9 critically severe, 30 severe, 663 ordinary, 128 light), and 2 imported overseas confirmed cases (general).

Beijing adds 1+1
On 21 January, 2 new confirmed cases of local covid and 1 asymptomatic infection were added. There are no new suspected cases. There is 1 new imported confirmed case, no new suspected cases or asymptomatic infections. 2 cases were cured and discharged.

Two new cases of local diagnosis in Shanxi
On 21 January, 2 new confirmed cases of covid in Shanxi Province (both asymptomatic infections were converted to confirmed cases in Yuci District, Jinzhong), and 1 new asymptomatic infection (Yuncheng) 1 case in Jiangxian, imported from abroad).

Shandong has added 1+1 residence history in Suihua, Heilongjiang Province
According to the website of Qingdao Municipal Health Commission, on 20 January 2021, Pingdu City added 1 confirmed case of covid and 1 case of asymptomatic infection from other provinces. The two are husband and wife and now live in the compound of Jisiyi Home Furnishing Factory at 617 Shenzhen Road, Pingdu City. They have a history of living in Anda City, Suihua, Heilongjiang Province.
