The news broke that on the evening of 11 January 2021, at a nucleic acid testing site in Langfang, Hebei Province, many people were queuing for testing. At this time, a person next to the queuing crowd fell to the ground, and three first-aid personnel came to treat them and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
The video showed that emergency personnel were giving first aid to the person who fell on the ground, and the people nearby were onlookers, but they did not watch from close range. Some people used their mobile phones to take pictures. The man who filmed the video said, "First aid."
Because the CCP has always concealed covid (Wuhan pneumonia, novel coronavirus pneumonia) epidemics, the CCP's official media did not report on these phenomena.
