Dalian Airlines goes all out to ensure that college students leave school and return home

In order to do a good job in guaranteeing the transportation of students from Dalian to their hometowns, Dalian Airlines attaches great importance to, carefully deploys, and organizes in an orderly manner. It actively implements the initiative to serve the travel needs of college students, ensures safe operation and epidemic prevention and control, formulates guarantee plans, implements epidemic prevention measures, arranges exclusive services, optimizes route adjustment capacity and other whole-process service guarantee work to ensure that student passengers achieve "smooth departure from school gate", "enter the cabin with peace of mind", and "reach home safely", let college students feel warmth and relieve their homesickness during winter. Dalian Airlines strengthened the communication and coordination with the education authorities of Dalian and the universities in Dalian, and formulated the guarantee plan as soon as possible. Through statistics on the travel of college students and sorting out key demand cities, the Dalian Airlines Sales Department formulated products with preferential prices and proactively resumed Dalian-Hefei flights; encrypted Dalian-Beijing, Dalian-Shanghai, Dalian-Chengdu and other flights. For some non-direct flights, Beijing and Tianjin are used as transit points to provide connecting flight products. At the same time, the service process is innovated and the exclusive demand channel of the transfer connecting QR code is opened to fully meet the diverse travel needs of students. In order to further improve the full-process service guarantee work, Dalian Airlines actively coordinated with Dalian Airport, refined the guarantee process several times, and opened the flight check-in function for more than 4 hours in advance to facilitate the students arriving at the airport in advance to complete the relevant procedures and reduce the on-site check-in procedures.

Giving full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of party members, and assigning special personnel to the special check-in counters for students of Air China and Dalian Airlines (check-in counters 35-36 at Dalian Airport) to be responsible for travel guidance, Dalian Airlines has been assisting students and passengers on connecting flights to go through and complete the procedures, remind and explain the work and coordinate with Air China’s Beijing and Tianjin ground service guarantee departments in advance to ensure that students go through the transfer procedures and board the plane smoothly.

At the same time, an assigned person is responsible for the monitoring of students’ checked luggage to ensure that students’ luggage arrive on the same plane.

Dalian Airlines has also adopted measures such as optimizing crew power allocation and increasing in-flight heart-warming services to ensure smooth connection between air and ground services, helping students and passengers to travel home, and using practical actions to implement the people-centered development concept.
