Lockdown measures are useless, residents believe covid deaths in Beijing and Shanghai have risen

Expert: Lockdown measures are useless, and the number of deaths from the epidemic has increased

Reporter Luo Tingting Comprehensive Report / Chief Editor: Fan Ming / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/01/24/a103039051.html / Translation, editing : Gan Yung Chyan, KUCINTA SETIA

The SARS-CoV-2 (CCP virus) epidemic is heating up globally again, and countries have adopted lockdown measures to contain the epidemic. However, experts said that the data showed that the lockdown measures did not work, but caused more deaths.

The American financial media Zero Hedge reported on January 22 that Steven Hedge, professor of infectious disease dynamics at Imperial College London, UK, cited a React study showing that after the United Kingdom announced a national lockdown on January 4, the infection rate from 6 to 15 January did not decrease, but increased.

Riley said, "The time is long enough. If the lockdown is effective, we should see a decline in the number of epidemics, but current research cannot support this conclusion."

A study by researchers at Stanford University found that compulsory lockdown measures, compared with voluntary measures such as social distancing, cannot better prevent the spread of the CCP virus.

Researchers have found that no country has shown that more restrictive measures have a significant curb effect on the growth of cases. On the contrary, a large amount of research data shows that more people will lose their lives.

Duke University, Harvard University and John. Scholars at Hopkins University warn that the consequences of the blockade are that there may be more than one million additional deaths in the next 20 years.

On 19 May 2020, more than 500 doctors jointly sent a letter to then President Trump urging him to lift the blockade. In the letter, the doctors called the "lockdown" a "mass casualty incident," and they warned in the letter that 1.4 million people would die due to the blockade of untreated tuberculosis infections.

Medical and economic experts in many countries have issued warnings that if the blockade is not lifted, the loss of life will far exceed the loss directly caused by the virus itself.

An internal study leaked by the German Ministry of the Interior found that due to the untreated patients suffering from other serious diseases, the impact of the German lockdown measures may eventually lead to more deaths than covid.

The latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics of the United Kingdom shows that the number of deaths caused by influenza and pneumonia is three times the total number of deaths from covid in 2020.

A data analysis association in South Africa asserted that the country’s economic lockdown meaures will cause 29 times more deaths than the virus itself.

Professor of Internal Medicine and Epidemiology, Lund University, Sweden, Peter. Peter Nilsson pointed out, “During the economic downturn, the deaths caused by COVID-19 will be far fewer than those caused by social blockades and economic destruction.”

On the anniversary of Wuhan’s lockdown, the authorities remain silent

On 23 January, one year ago, Wuhan officials announced the closure of the city at 2 am. Hundreds of thousands of people fled Wuhan in various ways that day. After daybreak, the citizens of Wuhan who had not fled began to rush to buy all kinds of civilian materials. In an instant, prices soared as if they were on a plane.

After the city was closed, the unprepared citizens fell into desperation. The hospital was overcrowded. In order to see the disease, the patient knelt down and begged the doctor. Some patients were queuing to see a doctor, but fell on the ground and never got up. The medical staff cried bitterly in front of the sudden fear because they had no medical supplies and could not treat the patients.

For such a painful day, the Chinese Communist Party seems to be deliberately ignoring it, as if nothing happened. The official media silenced the first anniversary of Wuhan’s lockdown, but touted Xi Jinping’s speech at the fifth plenary session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

One year later, the CCP did not even mention the 76-day lockdown. Moreover, on January 19, the spokesperson of the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hua Chunying, said, “By January 1, 2020...only more than forty cases have been detected at that time.” He also said, “From the discovery of the epidemic to the closure of Wuhan, there were only three There were only more than 500 cases reported in Wuhan at that time."

In fact, the shameless Hua Chunying should really be sent to Wuhan at that time and let her hold a press conference in Wuhan. The leaders of the Chinese Communist Party should also be sent to Wuhan, so that they can hold a New Year's tea party in Wuhan.

The Chinese counting on the Chinese Communist government is nonsense.

Zhang Hai from Wuhan made a special trip back to Wuhan in December last year. His father's ashes were still lying in the Wuchang funeral home. In January last year, his father went to the hospital for treatment of a broken bone, but he was infected with the CCP virus in the hospital and died within half a month.

Zhang Hai believes that if the CCP had not deliberately concealed and played down the epidemic in the early stage of the outbreak, his father might not go to the hospital and might not be infected with the virus.

When Zhang Hai returned to Wuhan, the sign of "Life First, People First" was hung at the gate of Wuhan Convention and Exhibition Center. This made Zhang Hai feel very ironic, "If life is supreme and the people are supreme, there will be no such concealment and crime in Wuhan."

Zhang Hai said that the CCP "always emphasized the achievements it made later, but deliberately erased the key point in the previous period of concealment. This behavior is disrespect for these dead. Those dead were once alive. ".

Wuhan closed the city for 8 hours...

Ai Xiaoming, a former professor at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, went through the entire lockdown of Wuhan and spent 76 days in Wuhan. He told the "Apple Daily" that things came in a hurry during that period and the medical system soon collapsed. Especially during the 20 days in February, “Every day there are a large number of deaths, requests for help, and news of hospitals seeking help from the society. Seeing that a large number of people cannot enter the hospital, there is no protective clothing in the hospital, and there are not many things. It's painful."

Ai Xiaoming wrote in his diary on 11 February, “Bad news has become daily life, and happiness is rare. Who will be a happy person?” He said, “In terms of numbers, one, one thousand people die, Ten thousand is just a number. But for every family, in the eyes of parents and children, the pain is not a number that can be imagined."

Ai Xiaoming met a family in Wuhan. His mother was killed by the CCP virus, and his father also had sequelae. She once recommended this story to the publishing house, but the publishing house told her, "You can't touch the Wuhan epidemic."

Zhang Haohao was a taxi driver in Wuhan. When Wuhan was shut down by the official announcement, he had no idea in his mind. After being woken up by a friend for the first time, he only knew that "business is coming" and he had to get up and get out of the car quickly.

Zhang Haohao drove the car very slowly, and there were many people beckoning to stop the car. In four hours, his car was barely available. Passengers ignore the red sign "carrying passengers" on the roof and stop when they see the car.

The train station was already full of people, and many people were pulling their suitcases, panicking and trying to escape. Zhang Haohao said, "A piece of black river, like the Spring Festival, but also like fleeing famine." Through the walkie-talkie, Zhang Haohao learned that the city's taxis were "saturated". At this time, Zhang Haohao finally realized the seriousness of the situation.

At nine o'clock in the morning, Zhang Haohao sent another female passenger, whose ticket was 10:30. At this point in time, it is still about an hour before the lockdown of Wuhan is implemented.

Zhang Haohao advised her not to go in, "meaningless". But the female passenger insisted on trying, and entered Wuhan Station. But not long after, she called Zhang Haohao again, and the train she was going to take was cancelled and could not go.

Near ten o'clock, the police began to drive the crowd outside the station. Zhang Haohao let the female passenger board the bus, intending to take her directly out of the city to Xiaogan North Station, 147 kilometers away. On the way, there was another couple who could not catch up with the intercity bus, and a student from Xi'an who was intern in Wuhan. A taxi squeezed four passengers along the highway.

Through the specific broadcast of the rental company, Zhang learned well that there were no taxis on the road in Wuhan. As the red line at ten o'clock approached step by step, the people still in the city became more and more anxious. "As long as you can get out of the city, any money will do."

At ten o'clock, the railings of 30 expressways in Wuhan fell. Wuhan Railway Station, Hankou Railway Station and Wuchang Railway Station were closed simultaneously. The closure of the airport was relatively late. After the last flight left at 12:55, Wuhan Tianhe Airport also closed the departure channel.

From that moment on, Wuhan, a thoroughfare of nine provinces, was disconnected from the outside world, traffic inside and outside was stopped, and the whole city fell into a dead silence.

Tragedy under "Preventable and Controllable"

Mr. Hui, who was far away in Shanghai, left Wuhan two days before the lockdown. His mother died before the lockdown. The mainland Sohu.com reported that it was January 6th that my mother developed fever and other symptoms. She was admitted to the fever clinic of Tongji Hospital on the 13th, but the person died on the 15th.

The middle-aged Mr. Hui did not understand that on the day of his mother's death, the doctor asked to be sent to Hankou Funeral Home for cremation that night. The death was caught off guard, and now it was about to be quickly erased. Mr. Hui didn't even figure out what disease his mother died of.

Liu Rong's mother-in-law died before the city was closed. On January 21, the elderly died in the intensive care unit of the Houhu District of Wuhan Central Hospital. Many medical staff believe that the elderly are infected with the CCP virus. But because there was no chance to do a nucleic acid test, the death certificate said "community-acquired pneumonia".

More people believed the propaganda of the authorities, believing that the virus was "preventable and controllable," and they were killed alive. On the day of the lockdown, when Huang Wei had a reunion dinner at her parents' house, her mother actually had symptoms of coughing. But no one cares, because the news is that the epidemic is "preventable and controllable" and the virus is "not spread from person to person." But 14 days later, his mother passed away, and Huang Wei and her father were also diagnosed with the virus.

Auntie Jin, 64, who works as a cleaner in the central hospital, also believed in the propaganda of the authorities. Although the total number of emergency and fever clinics in the central hospital reached 1,521 on January 21, she still believes the news of the authorities. But six days after the city was closed, she was diagnosed with the CCP virus. On February 9, Aunt Jin's husband was also diagnosed with the infection, and died four days later.

Similar tragedies have been staged in countless families. After the city was closed for 76 days, the CCP gave a set of figures. A total of 50,340 people were diagnosed with infection and 3,869 people died. But besides the CCP’s self-entertainment, who would believe this figure?

The CCP owes the world an answer

The New York Times article stated that "China owes the world an answer." In fact, it is not that China owes the world an answer, but the CCP owes the world an answer. The CCP is the culprit responsible for this global humanitarian disaster. The leaders of the CCP should bear the main responsibility for this unprecedented catastrophe. They should give the world an explanation. During the outbreak of the epidemic, what did they hide, and why did they hide it? Should they be sent to the trial platform?

In its comments, The New York Times called on all countries in the world to put pressure on the Chinese Communist government. The article stated that the world needs to make it clear to Xi Jinping that the CCP "uses the diseases that cause more than 94 million infections and more than 2 million deaths for political propaganda". For Beijing, "it is very dangerous and not worthy of respect." of".

The article pointed out that the CCP often shifted focus, claiming that China is not the source of the epidemic, and even asked the World Health Organization to go to Spain and other countries to investigate the epidemic. Then the CCP destroyed the report, blocked the information, and cleaned the South China Seafood Market in Wuhan, which was considered the source of the epidemic. . However, the article emphasized that "the virus first appeared in China, and China has the primary responsibility to trace the source."

Two tragedies under the epidemic in Suihua, Heilongjiang

One year has passed, and now the second wave of the epidemic has returned. The epidemic situation continues to spread in many provinces of the mainland, and all regions are like enemies. There are currently 6 high-risk areas and 66 medium-risk areas in the mainland. In order to control the epidemic, various places have implemented strict lockdowns and door locks, and another suicide tragedy has occurred.

According to a video posted on a mainland website, a resident of Baoding Community, Hailun City, Suihua, Heilongjiang Province, hanged himself on a horizontal bar in front of his home. The local Xiangyang police station confirmed to The Epoch Times that "there is indeed something", but the specific situation must be notified by the police.

A nearby resident said, "People are locked up at home and don't know the specifics." A person named "Becoming a Better Me" said, "It may be that the epidemic has caused me to run out of money. I hope that one day I will not appear in the news like this." Another netizen said, "It was all caused by this epidemic, and there was no way out."

Also in Suihua City, another resident committed suicide by jumping off a building on the 20th. Suileng County Police reported that a 48-year-old woman, Zhao, jumped to her death due to being tired of the world. And on the 19th the day before Zhao jumped off the building, Suihua introduced "the most stringent control measures." The authorities require all residents to be prohibited from going out, and they will be punished if they refuse to obey; they will be quarantined for unauthorized travel and they will pay for themselves.

Beijing's prices soar

Beijing today notified 3 new confirmed cases, all of them residents of Ronghui Community, Tiangongyuan Street, Daxing District. At present, the government has strictly closed five key communities in Tiangongyuan Street and implemented strict closed management measures on 13 communities. For areas that are not blocked, "day roll call and daily notification" will be implemented.

Affected by the epidemic, prices in Beijing are surging. A Beijing citizen told The Epoch Times that ordinary people can only choose a limited number of lower-priced foods.

Ms. Wu said that Beijing’s meat, eggs, and green vegetables are all rising sharply. “Tofu cost four yuan per catty; green onions used to cost three yuan a catty, but now they are eight or nine yuan per catty; eggs used to be four yuan per catty. ,Now it has risen to six or seven yuan; green vegetables have doubled."

Ms. Wu said that the food in Beijing is mainly from Hebei and Shandong, but now "Hebei is basically surrounded, and some places have been sealed, so you can’t eat. Some places are unsealed, depending on where you live; Shandong’s food goes inside. Enter, basically there will be less in the future."

Ms. Wu said that she and her family basically don't eat pork now because it is too expensive. Before African Swine Fever, the best meat was more than ten yuan per catty. But now it's forty yuan, and the pork belly has risen to more than forty. Ms. Wu said that their family never eat pork belly, it is too expensive.

Ms. Wu also revealed to reporters that the Beijing Municipal Government now allows people to eat the "oldest three"-carrots, potatoes, and cabbage. Ms. Wu said that when she was young, "About thirty years ago, we were the third child, the third child in winter, cabbage, potato and radish, (now) it is equivalent to back to that era, that feeling. Don’t eat expensive dishes. Yes, I only eat cabbage, potatoes, and radishes."

Everyone knows that in order to ensure the supply of vegetables in Beijing, the authorities have always had a "vegetable basket project." The authorities have spent a lot of money to stabilize prices in Beijing. Therefore, although Beijing residents are not in the vegetable area, the prices of vegetables they actually buy are not very high, and the prices of some vegetables are even slightly lower than those in general third- and fourth-tier cities.

And now even Beijing residents who are regulated by the authorities’ non-staple food cannot afford to eat vegetables, and can only return to the “oldest three”. One can imagine how high prices are on the mainland.

The mainland media reported that in the second week after the new year, the price monitoring of the mainland's national agricultural product wholesale market showed that the increase of Chinese cabbage and white radish was between 11.3% and 19.3%. If this continues, how long can people stay strong when they eat the "oldest"?

Two places in Baoshan are locked down, and residents fell repeatedly to the ground

In Baoshan District, Shanghai found an abnormality, and then it was reviewed. At the Shanghai Press Conference on Epidemic Prevention and Control yesterday afternoon, a reporter asked Wu Zhuolei, director of the Shanghai Health and Health Commission, what the suspicious results of the nucleic acid test in Baoshan District had to do with this confirmed case.

Wu Tiolei did not answer positively, but emphasized that the test result of the sample was found to be positive during the active investigation. But in fact, today there are a large number of epidemic prevention personnel who have implemented closed isolation in the community where the relevant Baoshan case is located.

Shanghai citizen Ms. He introduced in the video, "The Baoshan area is locked down and the shops inside need to be closed." One of them was a coffee shop. Not long after a few women went in to sit down and drink coffee, a staff member came over and asked the merchants to close their doors and not to enter or leave. The women were locked in the coffee shop and could not get out.

Ms. He said that this is near Dahuakou in Baoshan District, which happens to be at the junction with Putuo District and the opposite is Putuo District.

Through Ms. He’s introduction, I think Putuo District will also be locked down, because this virus knows no borders. It will not say that it only infects Huangpu District and Baoshan District, but it does not infect Putuo District. As long as people move around, the virus may be spread. Moreover, the virus spreads in the air, just separated by a road, will the virus not cross the boundary? So I suggest people in Putuo District pay more attention.

Ms. He affirmed that, “There must be an epidemic, but the official has not announced it. The news will say that Baoshan has found a positive nucleic acid test, but does not recognize it as a suspected case, but actually closed their community.”

Ms. He said that the closed areas include the vicinity of Zhabei Park and Baoshan Lingshi Road. The surrounding neighborhoods are also rapidly isolated and investigated, and Henan Road, Shandong Road, Fuzhou Road and Yan'an Road are all under control.

Some citizens went to Fuzhou Road to check on the spot and saw a lot of people standing in white protective clothing, as well as a large number of police cars and special police officers. They were shocked, "I didn't dare to go by halfway, and I didn't dare to video anymore."

Yesterday, a large number of epidemic prevention personnel appeared in the first and second villages of Linjiang, Baoshan District. The authorities have listed Linjiang New Village (including one village and two villages) in Youyi Road Street, Baoshan District, as a medium-risk area.

In the WeChat Moments, a message is circulating that a patient suddenly fell to the ground in Jing'an District.

Shanghai citizen Ms. Wang confirmed to The Epoch Times that on the 21st, a woman with fever in a pharmacy at the intersection of Lingshi Road and Pingli Road in Jing'an District suddenly fell to the ground while buying medicine, saying that she wanted to buy medicine for fever.

Some citizens said that after the pharmacy called the police, a large number of people in white appeared in the Lingshi Road community and surrounded the community. However, a netizen said in a video last night that Lingshi Road is “already normal and okay.” The enclosed cordon was not visible in the video, and there were no epidemic prevention personnel at the scene.

However, some students revealed on the Internet, “There is a student of Shanghai Theatre Academy. The test was positive, and the Shanghai Theatre Academy was also closed.” ,“One case has just been diagnosed at No. 599 Nanjing West Road, and the entire building is also closed.”, “The Shanghai Medical College is also closed.”

In addition, a person familiar with the matter disclosed to The Epoch Times that there have been many incidents of citizens arriving at any place in Shanghai Metro Station recently. A subway staff member revealed to The Epoch Times that recently the market has seen people fainting on platforms and cars, "very frequently". Among them are both elderly and young boys. When he was working at his station, he also saw someone feverish, dizzy and vomiting on the platform for several days. Finally, the station master called 120 to the hospital for treatment.

This subway worker said that the time when Shanghai collapsed was just 14 days after the Northeast epidemic went out of control.

The Shanghai authorities announced today that in rail transit, all personnel entering the station must wear masks and take their body temperature. Every subway station attendant must persuade passengers to wear masks. If the station master on duty checks and implements surveillance and finds that he has not persuaded passengers to wear masks twice, he will be immediately dismissed. "The Shanghai Metro has now entered a first-level combat readiness state."

According to the staff member, because he was worried that the Shanghai epidemic would get out of control and that he would infect his family members after being ill, coupled with the low wages, "recently many front-line station workers have left their jobs."

He said that in many units in Shanghai now, the first thing employees do when they go to work is to take their body temperature and show the travel code and health code. "It feels that the epidemic in Shanghai may have broken out, but the city government strictly prohibits news reporting..." "A friend is posting on WeChat. I lost contact with the scene of the Madang Road Xintiandi epidemic, and my account was blocked.”

People run out of food for help, Jilin builds 1186 square cabins

The epidemic situation in Jilin is getting more and more serious. The city of Tonghua is urgently building an isolated shelter hospital. According to mainland media, this project is located in the Tonghua Bonded Logistics Center in Gangwu District. It is expected to build 1,186 isolated cubicles in the original three supervised warehouses, with a total construction area of 48,000 square meters.

At least 260 technical management and construction workers are currently working on the site. 42 cars and 949 sets of isolated shelters have been delivered. The construction speed is an average of 10 minutes to build one set, and it is estimated that the construction will be completed on the 27th.

Judging from the construction speed of the authorities, the epidemic situation in Jilin is already very serious.

Today, Tonghua disciplined 14 CCP officials, 10 of whom were warned or severely warned by the party, 3 were removed from the party or government affairs, and one was removed from the party.

But these contents are not what people want to read. The message boards below are all requests and complaints from local netizens. Someone said, "No one wants to see this, so I just want to ask how the people’s material problems can be solved? 300,000 people use two platforms to buy vegetables, and it takes a few days for the vegetables to be delivered. How can the people live?"

Some netizens said, “The people don’t need to worry about it, they don’t want to look at these things, they just want to eat and drink. I hope the government will pay attention to it and don’t let the citizens who cooperate with epidemic prevention be chilled. I hope that people’s livelihood, distribution, and purchase can be truly guaranteed. Because there are really many people who have run out of food at home, please pay more attention to these substantive basic people's livelihoods. Don't just stay on the documents."

Some netizens also said, "No matter how you eat! Don't be afraid of riots? Many people don't even eat at home, but the medicine is out!" "People's food is in a hurry! Medicine is in a hurry! Toilet paper is in hurry! Hope to get more continuous attention and support !"

Tonghua began lockdown at 11 pm on 18 January and has been fully closed to the present. Some local residents reported that the household closure order was only notified 3 hours before the implementation, which caught the public off guard. It was also disclosed that “the community had been closed for a long time before the tenants were closed” and “there was really no food for ten days.”

A friend with the screen name "Sui Tieta" said, "We are all going to starve to death. After the city is locked down, all supermarkets are closed. The broadcast car calls every day that someone will take the initiative to contact the people and solve the problem of eating. It has been a week. Basiccally no one asked, no one cares. One bag of instant noodles for one day and one potato soup for two days, we can’t hold on for a few days.”

Another "beef tendon noodles without noodles" said, "We have been at home for eight or nine days...I have not eaten anymore...The entire city has been sealed with seals, so why can't we not get attention? Lack, why no one cares!!!"

Posts like this are everywhere. Netizens who are "naughty and mischievous" said, "Shenzhen is a hot search case. There are more than 100 cases in Tonghua. Nobody cares. The people are closed and the people are out of food. Help Tonghua."

Many hospitals in Beijing refuse to diagnose patients from severely affected areas

Reporter : Zhang Bei / Editor : Lin Yan / https://www.epochtimes.com/gb/21/1/23/n12707806.htm / Direct translation

Recently, mainland Chinese media reported that "certain" medical institutions in Beijing refused to diagnose patients from severely affected areas. But netizens disclosed that this is a common phenomenon in Beijing, and that hospitals did so because of political pressure.

The Beijing Municipal authorities held a press conference today (January 23) and mentioned that recently, the media reported that "individual" local hospitals refused to diagnose patients from medium- and high-risk areas.

Li Ang, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, confirmed the existence of this phenomenon at the meeting, and said that he had already interviewed the heads of institutions and relevant health committees where the problem of refusal was relatively concentrated, and asked them to correct immediately and eliminate the problem of refusal again.

Although the authorities did not disclose the specific hospitals, netizens have provided information on Weibo.

Someone said, “Beijing Tiantan Hospital does not accept patients from Shunyi Daxing at all, and the admission screening will not pass. No matter what risk area you are in, as long as you hear it is in these two areas, you just refuse it.”

"I went to my colleagues yesterday, but the hospital was not allowed to enter, saying that Hebei is in the itinerary code, and it must be 21 days to enter."

"Cancer hospitals are not allowed to enter the Langfang itinerary. How many cases have Langfang classified as high risk?"

In addition, Union Hospital, Chaoyang Hospital, and the Third Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (the third affiliated hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) were also named. Someone said, "This is a common phenomenon in Beijing. As long as there is a problem with the itinerary card, you can't even enter the hospital gate."

There are also netizens who "call for injustice" for the hospital, thinking that they are not the source of the problem.

Someone said, "Did you know? There are internal requirements. If the hospital has a patient, then the leadership of the hospital will be responsible." "One size fits all at the top, one size fits all at the bottom, and then the top says you can't make one size fits all at the bottom."

Li Ang also said at the meeting that the Beijing Municipal Health and Health Department will strengthen its connection with the 12345 citizen hotline, and "will coordinate and properly handle the complaints of medical institutions in the jurisdiction as reported by citizens."

Netizens’ messages show that the 12345 hotline is not a responsible information processing platform.

The netizen "Liu Wuliu..." said, "Is 12345 useful? I called it last year... It was complaining that the hospital did not give the patient chemotherapy, but the hospital called me, and the attitude was still tough, but it was not admitted...

The netizen "Master Monkey..." said, "Don't make trouble, and connect with 12345. The masses complained that the Transportation Committee has restricted local people from buying cars for so many years. Has the Transportation Committee changed? It is recommended to expose these medical institutions so that the people outside don't go to these hospitals, don't delay the treatment of the people."

Infected? Multiple incidents of citizens falling on the ground in Shanghai subway

Reporters : Gu Xiaohua and Gu Qing'er / https://www.epochtimes.com/gb/21/1/23/n12707177.htm / Extract translation, editing : Gan Yung Chyan, KUCINTA SETIA

An insider broke the news to The Epoch Times that many incidents of people falling down happened at a Shanghai subway station. However, it is impossible to confirm whether these people were taken to hospital because of the disease.

The epidemic in Shanghai has recently escalated. On 23 January, the authorities listed Linjiang New Village (including the first and second villages) community in Youyi Road Street, Baoshan District, as a medium-risk area. On 22 January, Zhaotong residential area in Huangpu District of Shanghai and Zhongfu Shifuhui Hotel were listed as medium-risk areas.

An insider revealed to The Epoch Times a few days ago that there have been many incidents of citizens falling on the ground in Shanghai subway stations recently.

A subway staff member told The Epoch Times that recently, people fainted frequently on the platforms and carriages of the Shanghai subway, including elderly people and young boys. When he was working at his station, he also saw someone vomiting on the platform with fever and dizziness for several days. Finally, the station master called 120 and was sent to the hospital for treatment.

He said that the time when the incident occurred in Shanghai was just 14 days after the Northeast epidemic went out of control.

On 17 January 2021, a white-clothed man in the Caobao Road compartment of Shanghai Metro Line 1 fainted and was carried out of the compartment by station attendants and police.

Recently, the Internet revealed that in Suihua, Heilongjiang Province, Langfang, Hebei Province, and other places that were hardest hit by the epidemic, residents had fallen to the ground. This was similar to the situation in Wuhan at the end of 2019.

On 15 January 2021, an informed netizen posted a post and video on social media. The post disclosed that on December 25, 2020, a case of collapse occurred at the gate of Runfengyuan Community in Suihua. At that time, the epidemic situation may have started to be serious in Suihua City, but everyone did not notice the severity of the epidemic, which made Wangkui County of Suihua City so serious.

The video showed that the man lying on the ground was lying in front of the police room at the gate of Runfengyuan Community in Suihua City, motionless. Many people walked up and watched closely. Some people were wearing masks and some were not wearing masks.

On 12 January 2021, another netizen broke the news. On the evening of 11 January at a nucleic acid testing site in Langfang, Hebei Province, many people were queuing for testing. At this time, a person next to the queuing crowd fell to the ground, and three first-aid personnel came to treat them and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Shanghai officials announced on the 23rd that in rail transit, all personnel entering the station must wear masks and all personnel entering the station must take temperature measurements. The Kunshan section of Line 11 has initiated code verification measures for passengers entering Shanghai.

An official said, "The severe epidemic in Shijiazhuang has caused the local subway to be suspended. The subway station is a place with a high population density. As long as there is one case, the entire station will be closed. The Shanghai subway has also entered a state of first-level combat readiness. Recently, every subway employee has to After recite the question and answer about the epidemic situation, the leader should go to each station for random checks."

He also said, “Every subway station attendant must persuade passengers to wear masks. If the station master on duty is checking real-time platform camera monitoring and finds that you have not persuaded passengers to wear masks twice, you will be dismissed immediately.”

Another Shanghainese said, "I am worried that the Shanghai epidemic will get out of control, and I am worried that I will infect my family members after being ill. In addition, my salary is low. "Recently, many front-line station attendants have left their jobs..." .

There are currently 9 local confirmed covid cases in Shanghai. However, outsiders generally question the data reported by the CCP.

He said, "Now in many units in Shanghai, the first thing employees do when they go to work is to take their body temperature, show the itinerary code and health code, and supermarkets and shopping malls also require this. As a citizen, I feel that the epidemic in Shanghai may have broken out. The city government strictly prohibits news reporting... …".
