The World Health Organization has said that the second stage of an investigation into the origins of Covid-19 should include further studies in China and lab audits.
In a closed-door briefing to member states on Friday, WHO chief, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus proposed five priorities for the next phase of the investigation.
They included “audits of relevant laboratories and research institutions operating in the area of the initial human cases identified in December 2019”, according to a copy of his opening statement provided by the WHO.
He also suggested investigators should focus on “studies prioritising geographic areas with the earliest indication of circulation of Sars CoV-2”, the virus that causes Covid-19.

More studies on animal markets in and around Wuhan needed
He also called for more studies of animal markets in and around the Chinese city of Wuhan, where the disease was first detected.

Immature to rule out lab leak theory
The new information from inside China is consistent with that conclusion.
Although still a developing story, here is a summary:
- A fully-formed or nearly fully-formed COVID-19 virus arrived at the Wuhan Institute of Virology from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Eastern Theater Command in the early months of 2019.
- Contrary to the popular narrative, the COVID-19 virus was sent to the Wuhan Institute of Virology primarily for testing.
- The testing was assigned to a group of young virologists. The name of the leader of that group is known and the leader’s scientific background is consistent with that role.
- Testing was done on non-human primates.
The Biosafety Level 4 laboratory of the Wuhan Institute of Virology is in Jiangxia District of Wuhan, which is about 12 miles south of Wuchang District, the early epicenter of the COVID-19 outbreak.
It is not clear that the Biosafety Level 4 laboratory in Jiangxia District had the capability to conduct experiments using non-human primates.
The Chinese Academy of Sciences’ own website states:
The National Biosafety Laboratory, Wuhan (NBL4) has 2 cellular biosafety labs, 1 small-sized animal lab, 1 medium-sized animal lab, and 1 culture (virus) collection & use lab.”
In contrast, the Wuhan University Animal Experiment Center and the Animal Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory does have the capability to conduct non-human primate experiments."

U.S. Expert: For the benefit of China and the world, the CCP
should be eliminated
Reporter : Wu Wei / Editor : Lin Yan /
A former senior adviser to the U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee stated that the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party in July is not worth celebrating, but needs reflection. This day should also prompt people to think and analyze more to see the essence of the CCP, an increasingly authoritarian regime, which is the most serious threat to world freedom, peace and prosperity in the future.
Andy Keiser served in the US Congress for 14 days and was a
senior advisor to the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. He is
currently the head of the Navigators Global organization and a researcher at
the National Security Institute of the Anthony Scalia School of Law at George
Mason University.
Recently, Kaiser published an article on the "The
Hill" website entitled "The 100th Anniversary of the Chinese
Communist Party is terrible, not a celebration." The article analyzed Xi
Jinping’s speech on 1 July and pointed out that the CCP has brought harm to the
Chinese people for decades. The cruel persecution and suffering of the Chinese
Communist Party finally concluded that for the benefit of China and the world,
the CCP should be eliminated by history.
Kaiser first compared the very different political systems
between the United States and China. The United States, the country that has
maintained democracy for the longest time in the world, is based on the concept
of complete autonomy while the current Chinese government is managed by the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and has been established since 1921. Since then,
especially since the party took power in a bloody civil war in 1949, it has
been seeking top-down control of society in all aspects.

The CCP has brought too much suffering to the Chinese
He stated that the General Secretary of the Communist Party
of China Xi Jinping delivered an "important" speech on 1 July, and
satirically delivered a speech in Tiananmen Square, where the party brutally
suppressed people who made different voices in 1989. Xi Jinping took all the
progress of China into account. Credit to the party. This is a wrong choice
that the CCP leadership has forced the people to make since Mao Zedong: Either
let the CCP continue to rule, or the country will regress, or be occupied by
foreign powers again.
“When the CCP demonstrated its one-party authoritarian state
capitalism model to the Chinese people and the world, it declared that the
CCP’s autocratic system has lifted hundreds of millions of Chinese out of
poverty. It is like praising the arsonists for putting out the fire afterwards.
"He wrote.
Kaiser further elaborated on the suffering the CCP brought
to the Chinese people. Through the Cultural Revolution and man-made famine, Mao
Zedong and the CCP plunged the Chinese people into poverty, and tens of
millions of people died of hunger. It is estimated that Mao Zedong’s erroneous
decision alone led to the death of at least 40 million people, who died of
starvation, persecution, prison labour, and mass executions.
He asked, "How can this dictatorship system be said to be a role model for the world? If China cannot climb out of the abyss of despair that Mao Zedong and the CCP pushed China into, where will China go?"
Kaiser then talked about the CCP’s current persecution of
the Chinese. He first mentioned that Xi Jinping said in his speech, “Since the
day our party was founded, it has taken the happiness of the Chinese people and
the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as our ideals and goals. Mission.”
Kaiser wrote. Xi Jinping told the people in Xinjiang that systematic genocide
was taking place there, with the aim of eliminating and “changing” the minds of
the minority Uyghur Muslim people or told the people of Hong Kong that since the
United Kingdom handed Hong Kong over to the control of the CCP, the one
country, two systems promised for 50 years was destroyed. In Tibet, cultural
genocide is also going on in an attempt to obliterate the history and culture
of the Tibetan people.
CCP exports bully tactics overseas
He further exemplified the contradiction between the CCP’s
export of bullying overseas and the content of Xi Jinping’s speech. He wrote:
One more point, the CCP has always promised the whole world that it will rise
peacefully. Xi Jinping said in his speech, "We have never bullied,
oppressed or conquered the people of any other country, and we will
never."
Kaiser said: "Then please tell about Xi to Australia. The CCP is carrying out an economic blackmail, aggressive verbal threat and intimidation against Australia; or please tell about Xi to Japan, Malaysia or the Philippines, etc. For these countries, the CCP is aggressively demanding islands that these countries have claimed for generations. The CCP has even built new islands in the South China Sea and militarized key waterways."
He went on to write that in terms of resources, minerals, and fishing rights, the CCP hardly considers any other country, nor does it consider the possibility of being restricted by international treaties it has signed. The CCP has carried out predatory economic activities on a global scale and has drawn so-called allies into a debt trap. All the agendas pursued by the CCP are purely to strengthen its rule.
Kaiser also talked about the CCP’s wolf-of-war diplomacy. He wrote that now, with President Xi Jinping’s lifelong life and the display of his "wolf-like" diplomacy, all the disguise of the CCP’s intentions no longer exists. As Xi Jinping said in his speech, “Anyone who tries to do this will find himself colliding with the Great Wall of Steel built by more than 1.4 billion Chinese people.” This does not sound like a country seeking a peaceful rise.
At the end of the article, Kaiser wrote that Xi Jinping often talks about national rejuvenation, but the focus of the CCP regime is not the rejuvenation of China or the Chinese people, but the rejuvenation of the party. "For the benefit of China and the world, let us hope that we will stop celebrating the founding of the CCP in a century. On the contrary, let us hope that, with the attention and determination of the world, the CCP regime can, as President Reagan announced, the destiny of all Marxist-Leninist regimes is 'eliminated by history'."

Xinhua recalled the "Iron Hat Kings"
On 11 July, the mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party
Xinhua News Agency published "Xi Jinping's Story of a Well-off
Society", mentioning that no one is exonerated from the "Pill Book
Iron Voucher", no one is the "Iron Hat King", especially named
Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, Guo Boxiong, The six "big tigers" Xu Caihou,
Sun Zhengcai, and Ling Jihua, and Lai Xiaomin, the former chairman of Huarong
Group, who was executed on January 29 this year. Since then, the official
website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, People's Daily
Online, Qiushi.com and other major CCP mouthpieces have reported, which aroused
the attention of the outside world.
He Qinglian, a traveller in the US, once wrote an analysis in the Voice of America that only Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong qualified for serious corruption in the CCP and could be called the "Iron Hat Kings."
Jiang Zemin is the former top political and military leader of the Communist Party of China, and Zeng Qinghong is a former member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China and vice chairman of the country. Jiang was once the leader of the Jiang Zemin faction within the Communist Party of China.

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection issued
44 articles mentioning "struggle"
On 1 July, Xi Jinping delivered a speech with a strong smell
of gunpowder at the Tiananmen Gate, calling on the whole party to "dare to
fight and be good at fighting."
On 12 July, the official website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection published a commentary article "Dare to Fight and Dare to Win". The word "struggle" appeared 44 times (including the title). This article echoes the article of Xinhua News Agency, and is a "struggle" message that closely follows Xi Jinping's next move.
The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection is a tool for Xi Jinping to clean up his political opponents. It is certainly not just shouting slogans. After that, there may be heavyweight officials falling in the “struggle”.

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China
mentioned “supervision” 126 times
On 1 June 2021, Xinhua News Agency released the Central
Committee of the Communist Party of China "Opinions on Strengthening
Supervision Leaders' and Leading Groups". Among them,
the word "supervision" was mentioned as many as 126 times. The
document requires "effective supervision and management of the 'critical
minority'."
On 2 February, the website of the Central Commission for
Discipline Inspection stated that 5,836 “top leaders” at county level and above
were filed for review last year. This is the wake-up call for the Xi Jinping
authorities to "top leaders" at all levels. The above-mentioned CCP
Central Committee document was issued on 27 March. This is Xi once again
sounding the alarm for "top leaders" at all levels. Xi may feel that
it is not enough to publish the document internally, so on June 1, this
document was published publicly. This is the third time that Xi has sounded the
alarm for top leaders at all levels.
However, Xi is also the "top leader." Overseas
media with Jiang sects have asked whether the General Secretary of the CPC
Central Committee will also be supervised?

Substitution of Director of the Central Security Bureau
According to a Hong Kong "Ming Pao" report on 15 July
2021, Major General Zhou Hongxu, who was the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army
in the Northern Theater, has taken over as the head of the Central Security
Bureau. Fujian Major General Chen Denglu, a former political commissar of the
91st Infantry Division of the 31st Group Army of the Zhangzhou Army in Fujian Province,
served as deputy director of the Central Security Bureau and political
commissar of the Central Guard Corps in November last year.
The Central Security Bureau is subordinate to the Joint
Staff of the Central Military Commission and is directly led by the Director of
the General Office of the CPC Central Committee. The first secretary of the
Party Committee of the Central Security Bureau has always been concurrently
served by the Director of the Central Office. Its main responsibility is to
protect the personal safety of the General Secretary of the CPC Central
Committee, the President of the State, the Chairman of the Standing Committee
of the National People's Congress, the Premier of the State Council, the
Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, and
the members of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China. Usually
only undertake the security work of the Standing Committee of the Political
Bureau of the Communist Party of China and Zhongnanhai.
In recent years, Xi Jinping has been in the rumours of a
"coup". It is mainly the army (the barrel of a gun) and the political
law (the knife) that can engage in a coup. The Central Security Bureau is an
important source of support for the high-level CCP to engage in a coup.
On 6 October 1976, the Chinese Communist Party leader Hua
Guofeng and others planned to arrest Mao Zedong’s wife Jiang Qing and other
"Gang of Four". It was Wang Dongxing, then director of the Central
Office, who commanded the Central Security Bureau to be responsible for the
implementation.
Therefore, the deputy director of the Central Security
Bureau must be the person Xi Jinping trusts most. In December 2014, after the
former director of the Central General Office, Ling Jihua, known as the
"career" was arrested, Xi carried out a major cleansing of the entire
Central Security Bureau.
The current directors and deputy directors of the Central
Security Bureau are not promoted from within the Central Security Bureau, but
from the field army. The replacement of the director of the Central Security
Bureau this time highlights Xi's deployment for the "coup d'etat
prevention".

Three Commanders Changed in Less Than a Year in the
Western Theater
On 5 July, after the party celebration of the 100th
anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party ended, Xi Jinping was promoted to
four generals, including Xu Qiling, commander of the Western Theater Command.
Xu is the third commander to be replaced in the Western Theater in less than a
year.
In December 2020, Zhang Xudong succeeded Zhao Zongqi
(currently deputy chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National
People's Congress) as the new commander of the Western Theater Command. Zhang
Xudong served as the commander of the Western Theater Command for just over 6
months before he was replaced by Xu Qiling.
Both Zhang and Xu were born in 1962. This replacement is
obviously not due to age; there are reports that Zhang Xudong has been ill, but
this news cannot be confirmed; now, Zhang Xudong's whereabouts are unknown. If
he was purged, it may be a serious matter.
In addition, Ju Qiansheng, the commander of the Strategic
Support Forces, who was promoted to general on July 5th, his predecessor, Li
Fengbiao, was less than 62 years old and had at least three years to retire. He
left his post in June this year for unknown reasons.
On 18 December 2020, Xi Jinping was promoted to four
generals. His predecessors were Zhang Shuguo, Zhao Zongqi, Zheng Weiping and Wang
Ning. The latter three all joined the National People's Congress in February
this year, but Zhang Shuguo has no news, and I don't know if something went
wrong.

Zhang Guotao and Wang Ming are repeatedly mentioned
On 1 May, the publication of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, "Seeking Truth", published an article by Zhang Qingli, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
In particular, it talked about: In June 1935, after the
First Red Army and the Fourth Red Army joined forces, Zhang Guotao had a
disagreement with the Party Central Committee on the issue of
"northward" or "southward". Take the road of splitting the
Party and the Red Army. In November 1937, after Wang Ming returned from the
Soviet Union, he regarded himself as the "imperial commissioner" of
the Communist International, placing individuals above the Party Central Committee,
disrespecting and disobeying the leadership of the Central Committee, and
seriously interfering with the implementation of Mao Zedong and the Party
Central Committee's correct claims. Cause great ideological confusion.
On 24 June, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection
website published "The Origin of the "Four Obediences"" in
which the article again mentioned Wang Ming and Zhang Guotao.
Why does the CCP now mention Wang Ming and Zhang Guotao
again and again? Outsiders suspect that at present, the high-level CCP is
thought to have people like Wang Ming and Zhang Guotao who disrespect and
disobey the core of Xi; engage in divisions and independence, refuse to
implement the resolutions of the Central Committee of Xi; and publish the
Central Committee without the consent of the Central Committee of Xi.
Resolutions and meeting opinions; leaking CCP secrets to foreign countries and
using international pressure to put pressure on the CCP; there may be a new
"line struggle" at the top of the CCP.

"Never rebel against the party" and two
high-ranking officials defected to the U.S.
On 9 June 2021, when Xi Jinping inspected Qinghai, he
specifically asked the majority of party members and cadres to "never
rebel against the party" and "to follow the party with iron heart and
never regret nine deaths."
Nine days later, on June 18, Xi Jinping led senior officials
at the deputy national level or above in Beijing to review the party oath at
the Chinese Communist Party History Museum and vowed to "conserve the
party's secrets" and "never rebel."
On 19 June, the website of the Central Commission for
Discipline Inspection published "Never Betraying the Party is More Than
Just an Oath", specifically referring to the notice issued by the Central
Committee of the Communist Party of China on 21 May 1931 to expel the traitor
Gu Shunzhang from the party and call on the entire party to fight the traitor.
In April 1931, Gu Shunzhang, the head of the Special Branch
of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, "rebelled against
the party." Later, CCP leader Zhou Enlai personally took people to Gu
Shunzhang's home and strangled more than a dozen adults in Gu's home.
On 4 June 2021, the Associated Press reported that the
American "Fox News" anchor Carlson pointed out that the American
intelligence community revealed that "the highest level Chinese (CCP)
defector in history" has cooperated with the U.S. Defense Intelligence
Agency (DIA). In August, he disclosed the CCP’s "Biological Weapons
Program" and other news to the United States. This explosive news caused a
sensation in the international community.
Since then, the American media "Red State" has
repeatedly reported related news, including the specific content of the leak.
Yu Huaisong, a senior member of the U.S. Republican National Committee,
revealed that there are two senior CCP officials who defected to the United
States.
The above situation shows that someone at the top of the CCP may have "rebelled against the party." At the same time, the CCP is warning the "rebels". Gu Shunzhang is a lesson for the past; if the defection of the top CCP officials is confirmed, it will surely cause an uproar among the top CCP officials.

DIDI was purged
On July 16, the Cyberspace Administration of the Communist
Party of China, together with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of
National Security, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of
Transport, the State Administration of Taxation, and the State Administration
of Market Supervision, jointly entered the Didi Chuxing Technology Company to
conduct a cyber security review. This is Xi Jinping's latest move to purge Didi
Travel.
DIDI Chuxing is the world's largest travel service platform,
with 580 million users by 2021. On June 30, Didi Chuxing was listed on the New
York Stock Exchange. This is the largest initial public offering (IPO) of a
Chinese Communist Party in the United States since 2014.
On 1, 4, 7, 9, 19 and 16 July 2021, Xi Jinping's authorities
attacked DIDI Chuxing in six consecutive attacks, including issuing 8 antitrust
tickets against 4 subsidiaries of DIDI. The application was ordered to be taken
down and so on.
DIDI Chuxing’s investors include Sequoia Capital, Alibaba,
Tencent, Softbank, etc., as well as nearly 20 state-owned investors, such as
China Merchants Bank, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, CICC
Jiazi, and Poly Capital. Behind every capital tycoon stood one or several red
powerful families, including the Jiang Zemin family and the Liu Yunshan family.
This time Xi Jinping's purge of DIDI Chuxing was quicker and
more vigorous than that of "Ant Financial". On the surface, it is to
maintain the so-called "network data and national security", and it
actually involves the CCP's internal fighting, that is, the internal fighting
between Xi Jinping and Jiang Zemin and other powerful families.

External anti-Xi activities continue
On 10 July, Fred Kempe, chairman of the American think tank
Atlantic Council, wrote on CNBC's website that a similar blow to Chinese
companies such as Didi Chuxing could cost China up to US$45 trillion in capital
inflows by 2030. Xi's move caused such a huge loss, and it is natural that Xi
will be responsible for it. In January of this year, the Atlantic Council
published an article "Longer Telegram," with the main point being to
replace Xi Jinping.
Roger Garside, the former British diplomat in China,
recently published a new book "China's Coup: A Great Leap Forward to
Freedom" in California. The book is a fictional story about Vice President
Wang Qishan, Premier Li Keqiang, and Vice Premier Wang Yang, who "planned
a coup to overthrow Xi Jinping and then initiate democratic
transformation". For a period of time, Garside has published articles and
accepted interviews many times, expressing his views on forcing Xi to step down
through a coup.
The U.S. State Department, and the parliaments of the United
Kingdom, Canada, the Netherlands, and Lithuania have passed motions affirming
that the CCP has carried out "genocide" in Xinjiang. On March 9, an
independent report issued by more than fifty experts on human rights, war
crimes and international law showed that the CCP’s actions in Xinjiang violated
all the provisions of the UN Genocide Convention. The spearhead of these
accusations was also aimed at Xi Jinping.
These external pressures are transmitted to the country,
which will inevitably intensify the struggle between the various factions of
the CCP and promote the escalation of internal fighting.
Conclusion:
The above-mentioned nine major signals indicate that there
is overwhelming internal conflict in Zhongnanhai.
Regarding the power distribution at the 20th National Congress of the Communist
Party of China in 2022, there is likely to be a fierce battle among the
various factions of the Chinese Communist Party in the second half of this
year.
