The source of the epidemic in Nanjing was the irregular cleaning, protection and elution of the airport on Russia's entry CA910 flight, which caused infections
On 30 July 2021, Ding Jie, Deputy Director of the Nanjing Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, introduced that the current round of the epidemic in Nanjing is the same transmission chain. The source of the epidemic in Nanjing was the inbound flight CA910 from Russia. According to reports, the virus gene sequencing of 52 related cases of this epidemic has been completed, all of which are Covi72 (synonym for Delta variant). The gene sequences of these viruses are highly homologous, suggesting that they are in the same chain of transmission. The gene sequence of the cleaner case reported early in the epidemic was consistent with the gene sequence of an imported case on a CA910 flight from Russia on 10 July.
The investigation found that these cleaning staff participated in the cleaning work of CA910 flight. After the work, due to irregular protection and elution, individual cleaning staff may be infected and spread among the crowd of cleaning staff. The company’s cleaners are also responsible for the garbage removal on domestic and international flights. Other staff at the airport have been infected due to contact with the cleaners or the contaminated working environment.

Henan Reservoir continues to discharge flood water level rises, civilian rescue is blocked
On 29 July, due to the continuous flood discharge from the reservoir, the water level of the Weihe River was still rising. The county seat of Junxian County, Hebi City, Henan Province was in a hurry, and the river embankment had leaked. In addition, the water level in Weihui City is still high, but the local government lied that the water has dropped, blocking civilian rescue and causing public grievances.
According to villagers in Junxian County, due to the continuous flood discharge of the reservoir to the Weihe River, all the villages and towns along the river were submerged, and the county town is in emergency. On the night of the 29th, the water level was still rising and the river embankment was leaking. Volunteers were urgently solicited to go to the intersection of the Fourth Ring Expressway.
Live video: "Everyone, hurry up, the water has been rising, this embankment has been leaking, and now young people and student volunteers for digging the embankment are here."
It is understood that the villages and towns along the river in Junxian County have been in the flood for many days, and the reservoir continues to discharge floods, making the villagers who lost their homes feel desperate.
Ms. Liu, a villager in Junxian County, said, "The situation is very critical. I am on the side of the Weihe embankment. The flood discharge directly threatens me here. It is really dangerous. The county town is also urgent. Zhengzhou, Henan’s six flood discharge areas, I occupy four of them here. A flood discharge area, no hope."
Mr. Zhang, a villager in Junxian County, said that on the 29th, after Wangzhuang Town digs its mouth to release the flood, Wangzhuang Town will definitely be affected, and neighboring towns and villages will also fall, and the county may not be protected.
Mr. Zhang added, “There are some people who stay on the embankment to patrol the embankment. We can’t let it burst anymore. We need some anti-flood equipment. We have to pump water outside because we have a total power outage and we need headlights, Generators, pumps. We have two towns above Wangzhuang in Junxian County. Now when we speak, those two towns are all finished, and there is only one county seat left."
In addition, Weihui was severely flooded due to a breach in the "Communist Canal", and the city fled on the 26th. The water level is still high so far. Some people have posted videos denouncing the local government for lying.
Live video: "I'm here to break the rumors that the water is falling. Who said that the water is falling? Even the children know that the water is rising. The Weihui government will not give you the truth."
In the Henan flood disaster, civilian rescuers and volunteers from all over the country spontaneously and quickly rushed to the front line of rescue. However, it has recently been reported that the civilian rescue was requested to evacuate by the Weihui government and prevented rescuers and vehicles from entering the urban area. In addition, a WeChat group contacting rescue information was also pressured and forced to disband.

On 30 July, the Xi'an Qin Shihuang Mausoleum Museum and the Huaqing Palace scenic spot were temporarily closed due to epidemic prevention requirements. It is reported that a couple who was diagnosed in Chongqing had traveled to Xi'an a few days ago. At present, many scenic spots in Xi'an have been closed.
The Mausoleum Museum of the First Emperor of Qin issued a notice on 30 July, according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control work, the museum will be suspended from 12 pm on 30 July 2021, and the opening time will be notified separately.
According to the staff of the Qin Shihuang Mausoleum Museum, the closure was due to the impact of the CCP virus epidemic, and the recovery time is yet to be determined.
At the same time, the staff of Xi'an Huaqing Palace scenic spot also said that the scenic spot is temporarily closed, and when it will resume is to be determined.

On the mainland Weibo, some netizens left a message, "My sister and I changed to the subway and sat for a long time to Huaqingchi Station. Then the staff there told us that we were all closed, let's go back, me???"
"The two confirmed cases in Chongqing visited Xi'an. Xi'an immediately entered the prevention and control level last year. The scenic spots visited by the patients were closed, related buses were suspended, and Huimin Street was closed for disinfection."

CCP forcibly repatriates North Korean refugees in violation of international law
The CCP is repatriating North Korean refugees. Once these people return to North Korea, they will almost certainly be detained, tortured, and even more terrifying. The CCP’s actions violated the international law prohibiting the forced repatriation of refugees (ie, anti-refoulement). This has become another reason for imposing economic sanctions on the CCP, including the gradual and complete decoupling of the CCP’s economy in the future.
According to a report by the Financial Times on 23 July, more than 1,100 North Koreans detained by the CCP may be sent back to the Kim Jong-un regime, where they will almost certainly be subjected to security officials' torture. According to a July 22 article by Lina Yoon, a senior researcher in the Asian Department of Human Rights Watch, among these North Korean refugees, 450 were detained in Changchun, Jilin Province, 325 were in Tumen, and 47 people are in Changbai County, 104 people in Linjiang, 180 people are in Dandong, and 64 people are detained in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.
"Last week, the Chinese authorities forcibly repatriated nearly 50 North Korean refugees. They are now facing torture, imprisonment, sexual violence, and forced labour. The relatives of these people are increasingly concerned." Yin wrote, "Accordingly, the North Korean authorities' severe punishment will be imposed on anyone who tries to flee the country, and the fear of these families is increasing."
According to an earlier report by the Financial Times, North Korean refugees repatriated by the CCP may be killed by the North Korean authorities. Reporters Bryan Harris and Michael Peel said, “When they return to North Korea, they will face cruel interrogation. If the police think they have been planning to escape to South Korea, then they will end up being sent off. Going to a concentration camp, starving and even being executed immediately."
With the help of aid organizations and intermediaries, North Korean refugees fled to various parts of China. They settled the refugees in safe houses and took them through armed patrols. These aid organizations include Liberty in North Korea (LiNK) and Helping Hands Korea (Helping Hands Korea). These organizations take refugees across China for several days by rotating drivers and providing safe accommodation. They cross the border path of Yunnan Province and enter Laos or Myanmar. Finally, they drove several hours to Thailand, and from there they flew to South Korea. If the aid team is not in trouble, the cost of this modern underground passage is at least two thousand dollars per person. The intermediary charges up to five thousand dollars. The cost of bribing North Korean border guards to allow refugees to pass could be as high as eight thousand dollars.
However, the increasing development of electronic surveillance technology is making this brave trek more difficult. As the international community’s focus on North Korea has shifted from human rights violations to its nuclear missile threat to international security, donations to aid organizations are drying up. Therefore, according to a report in the Financial Times, the number of refugees who have successfully defected from North Korea has dropped from nearly 3,000 in 2009 to 1,000 in 2019 and 229 in 2020, compared to only 2 in the second quarter of this year (a record low number).
Although the CCP claimed that the North Korean refugees were economic immigrants and found an almost untenable legal reason for violating the anti-refoulement law, Yin Lina pointed out that “the CCP acted as the 1951 Refugee Convention and the 1967 Protocol "(Protocol) and a signatory to the UN Convention against Torture, the CCP has an obligation not to force anyone who is at risk of persecution or torture to return to China after returning."
Human Rights Watch’s claim is correct, that is, the CCP should provide asylum for North Korean refugees, allow them to safely go to a safe third country, such as South Korea, and allow the United Nations Refugee Agency to perform its duties and provide services to refugees. The CCP regime regards refugees as human slaves and forcibly sends them back to North Korea. Such human rights abuses should be condemned. Severe economic sanctions should be imposed not only on North Korea, but also on the CCP. The international community must better implement the human rights principles of the CCP, otherwise the violations of human rights may increase exponentially.

In the future, it is expected that the infection rate will be higher than that of general influenza. But the severe illness and death rate may not increase sharply, but will decrease."
Dean Nakamura also encourages people to think clearly about their purpose in life, let go of fear, and do what they should do bravely.

Looking back at my draw table, the world's top 4, except for our 3rd, the remaining 3 have played and won. This is really an incredible journey to the Olympics." Li Yang said, “It’s hard to imagine being able to advance from the preliminaries. At the moment of defeating the opponent today, I still want to say that this is true? But I’m really grateful to my partner. We are always improving. Just enjoy the final gold medal match."
