CCP internal documents leaked, Guangdong Jieyang is preparing for war

Reporter : Chen Han  / Editor : Wang Ziqi

The Epoch Times recently obtained an internal document from the CCP, revealing that the Guangdong Jieyang authorities are strengthening military preparations and are also using private enterprises to participate in national defense. The commentary pointed out that Guangdong's military preparations are mainly to deal with the situation in the Taiwan Strait and the South China Sea. The CCP’s military-civilian integration has severely undermined international norms.

The Epoch Times recently obtained a work report from the Office of the Military-civilian Integration Development Committee of the Jieyang Municipal Committee of Guangdong.

Documents show that in addition to mining various corporate resources with military value, the local authorities of Jieyang are also preparing for the Guangdong air defense struggle, setting up a civil air defense command center in Jiedong District, strengthening the construction of civil air defense command communications, and improving civil air defense emergency preparedness capabilities. The goal is "Can fight and win wars."

The document also stated that it is necessary to "use preparations for air strikes as a guide, and continue to do a good job in civil air defense projects and air defense command construction.

Tang Jingyuan, a current affairs commentator in the United States, said that Guangdong is geographically close to Fujian and Hainan, and the CCP's military preparations there are mainly to deal with the Taiwan Strait and the South China Sea.

Tang Jingyuan commented, "So this kind of military preparation in Guangdong is actually a front-line support area for the Taiwan Strait and the South China Sea. Especially at present, we see that it is constantly The atmosphere of rising conflicts is becoming more and more tense. For the Taiwan Strait, Fujian and Guangdong have such a large number of military-related units, and in fact they are beginning to enter a state of war preparedness to varying degrees. "

Zheng Haochang  believes that at present, it is not true that there is going to be a war, but it can reflect the sense of crisis of the top CCP.

Xi Jinping may think about his enemies, prepare for war just in case

Zheng Haochang said, "Now that Sino-US relations are so tense, Xi Jinping has been bored in Zhongnanhai for more than a year and has not been abroad. He may think about who wants to seize his power all day long. There are a lot of enemies inside and outside. Of course we must prepare for war just in case!"

After Xi Jinping came to power, he has repeatedly proposed to deepen military-civilian integration, and it has also been elevated to a "national strategy", saying it is a "strategy to strengthen the military."

This document also mentions that one of the military-civilian integration work undertaken by the local authorities in Jieyang last year was to coordinate the transformation of Guangdong Jiqing Cable Company into a "civilian army" enterprise to "ensure emergency emergencies and fight in war."

However, affected by the epidemic, the company is currently in a state of semi-stop production.

The document also revealed that the authorities are actively signing agreements with local enterprises, companies, hospitals, etc. for pre-collection and pre-storage of military and civilian general equipment.

CCP is integrating civilian companies and military units secretly

Zheng Haochang said, "The CCP's nationwide system seems to be powerful, but it is very rigid. If you rely solely on the military's national team, its military technology will only lag farther and farther from that of the United States. But for private enterprises, the mechanism is much more flexible! So the CCP has to pull private enterprises into the water."

Tang Jingyuan said that there is another important background to the CCP’s efforts to integrate military and civilians. After the massacre of students and citizens on 4 June, the CCP was severely sanctioned by the international community, especially in military technology and equipment. Many sanctions have not been lifted so far.

Tang Jingyuan said, "In order to break this situation, the CCP has begun to engage in so-called military-civilian integration. That is to say, it has manipulated many private enterprises to carry out various cooperation with the West, indirectly obtaining many sensitive technologies and equipment, and then again. It is secretly transferred to the CCP's military for use. The main reason is that the CCP lacks the ability to develop independently. The CCP's military cannot directly obtain these technologies or equipment. So it adopted this method. A curvilinear stealing method to enhance the CCP’s military power."

In recent years, the West has begun to resist the CCP’s military-civilian integration.

The United States has repeatedly sanctioned companies related to the CCP’s military-civilian integration.

On 8 April, the U.S. Department of Commerce included seven supercomputer-related companies in mainland China on the export control blacklist.

Tang Jingyuan said that there is usually a strict boundary between the armies and enterprises of Western countries. The military can purchase products from companies, but it will not use government power to secretly manipulate these private companies.

Tang Jingyuan said, "So the legal issue (the CCP's military-civilian integration), I think it is of course illegal! It does not mean that we generally understand the military and private enterprises to cooperate, it is essentially the military's direct manipulation. This is a private enterprise. But on the outside, it also maintains a disguise of a private enterprise. It severely undermines the norms of international business."

According to internal documents obtained by The Epoch Times in May, as early as the beginning of the Sino-US trade war, the CCP had secretly deleted information on military-civilian integration online.

Perhaps the CCP also feels that the so-called military-civilian integration cannot continue to remain on the table in an open manner.

Cubans take to the streets during the epidemic to demand freedom

Cubans took to the streets during the epidemic. Officials said it was because of the US economic blockade, but the Cubans demanded freedom.

Cuba's covi revolution

In mid-July, public demonstrations broke out in various parts of Cuba, demanding freedom, justice, and solving communism. In a free society, marches and protest demonstrations are commonplace, even in dictatorships. Many people may not take the Cuban demonstrations seriously. In fact, this is a bit earth-shattering. Why do you say that? Because of the Cuban Communist Party's control of domestic speech, the means of stifling anti-Party speech and behavior in the cradle can be said to have reached the pinnacle.

Wall Street Journal columnist Mary Anastacia O’Grady published an article that revealed that in 1991, the Cuban American National Foundation visited Moscow and met with a former KGB official, Diag. Diego Suarez was one of the participants. He said this was named Oleg. A senior KGB official from Oleg Kalugin told him that the Cuban Ministry of State Security had more control over the people than in Moscow. A former senior U.S. intelligence official also mentioned this Oleg. Klukin went to the United States in 2001 and said the same thing to him, that the internal control methods of the Cuban government are more effective than those of the Soviet Union.

Cuba secret police predominate the Cuban population

To what extent does Cuba rule with an iron fist? The core department is called the Protector Revolutionary Committee. The spies are spread all over Cuba. The purpose is to monitor and promptly report the so-called counter-revolutionaries. In addition, there are a large number of revolutionaries and fast-acting organizations who want to take to the streets to protest? They may be arrested before they go out; there are also police, rapid reaction forces and even special forces. According to observations made by the Cuban Database, the Cuban secret police now account for a larger proportion of the population than in East Germany. Cuba is such an iron curtain country. The goal is to let the people live in fear without any dissent.

However on 11 July, thousands of Cubans publicly demonstrated at once. At first it was only confined to San Antonio de los Banos, 40 kilometers from the capital Havana. A few hours later, it spread to three. In more than a dozen cities and towns, some media reported that it spread to more than 60 cities and towns. The Cuban Communist Party immediately dispatched plainclothes police and riot police.

About 5000 Cubans arrested, house-to-house searches continue

According to sources, about 5,000 people were arrested, followed by house-to-house searches throughout the city, not to spare a counter-revolutionary. Many of the protesters are young people. The Cuban economy is not a livelihood for the people, and the covi is even worse. The young people risk their lives and hope that the high-level people can hear the public opinion. It really played a role.

The nephew of the Cuban military chief uploaded a video. The video criticized Havana’s repression and called for reform. Some intellectuals and artists also took action, such as the famous director Carlos Lechuga directly referred to the Cuban president as a murderer on social media, and there are signs that the families of the powerful are stepping up to leave Cuba.

The Cuban authorities blamed the US economic blockade for the demonstrations, but what Cubans demand is freedom and justice.

The U.S. is committed to helping Cubans break through the network blockade

Unlike the CCP and the DPRK Communist Party, which are far away, the Cuban Communist Party (CCP) is in the backyard of the United States. The Biden administration is fully capable of helping the Cuban people, breaking through the Havana network blockade, letting Cubans know the truth, and letting the world know the truth about Cuba.

News (7)

Cubans came up with network breakthrough software

Biden told reporters that the White House is assessing whether the United States has the ability to restore the Cuban Internet. The answer is simple. Yes, Cubans are already using a network breakthrough software called Psiphon; the United States can also release high-altitude WiFi balloons. Google once tried it, but gave up because it did not make money, but produced high-altitude WiFi balloons. The factory is still there.

A high-altitude balloon the size of a tennis court can provide Internet signals for an area of 4,000 square miles. Cuba’s land area is only 40,000 square miles. Ten balloons are enough. It depends on whether Biden has this. That is political boldness.

Sellin: More evidence leaked from China on the deliberate release of COVID-19 by the CCP military

Reporter : Joe Hoft, The Gateway Pundit

The following information was provided by a source inside China who has knowledge of the circumstances and has been vetted.

COVID-19 was created in a laboratory by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and fine-tuned as a bioweapon, according to Lawrence Sellin, a former U.S. Army colonel and AstraZeneca pharmaceutical expert.

It was specifically designed to be highly contagious, but often asymptomatic, have low lethality, but produce uncontrollable variants and possessing characteristics providing plausible deniability as a bioweapon.

According to Chinese military doctrine, such bioweapons are used prior to a declaration of war for political or international strategic needs, where the use of which can be denied. The intent (underlined) being:

Even if the academic evidence, virological evidence and animal experiment data could possibly prove (that the virus comes from lab), we can just deny it, stop (investigation), suppress (scholars), make sure the international organizations and honest people’s work is futile.”

A fully formed sample of COVID-19 was ready for testing in early 2019, while a parallel vaccine program was underway.

Scientists from the Wuhan Institute of Virology were chosen to participate in non-human primate (monkeys) transmission testing, simulated coronavirus release and response exercises such as at Wuhan’s Tianhe airport in September 2019 and an actual test release of COVID-19 at the 2019 Military World Games from October 18–27, 2019.

The source mentioned special health screenings at the Military Games, perhaps as a means of monitoring the results of a small, short-term test release of COVID-19.

A statement allegedly made by a Chinese People’s Liberation Army officer at the time was “Let the white pigs have some.”

The release of COVID-19 at the Military World Games was also a test of the longer term effects of that type of bioweapon because foreign visitors to the Games would carry it back to their own countries and the consequences could be observed.

Because COVID-19 was designed for plausible deniability, infections could not be easily traced back to China and it could also be attributed to a natural origin.

The source explained that the subsequent outbreak in Wuhan was entirely unexpected. That is, there was no laboratory leak, but the unintended spread among the Chinese population of Wuhan of a virus for which they had underestimated its transmissibility.

Beijing learned about the silent spreading of COVID-19 by the beginning of December, but kept it quiet and allowed international flights from Wuhan to continue.

The source speculated about the COVID-19 test release and why the Wuhan outbreak was then leveraged by the Chinese Communist Party.

COVID-19 was meant to hit United States, its allies and the whole western world because of China’s economic problems and the trade war being conducted by President Trump. The effects of a pandemic might cause Trump to lose the election.

If the U.S. military was disrupted by COVID-19, further pressure could be applied to Taiwan, perhaps even invasion, and the uprisings in Hong Kong could be suppressed under the guise of public health measures.

If China escapes responsibility for COVID-19 and its bioweapons program is allowed to continue, there will likely be another, perhaps more deadly, attack.

Officials downplay Henan floods, number of victims questioned

Reporters : Chang Chun, Li Yun / Editor : Li Qian / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/07/25/a103174154.html

Continuous heavy rainfall in Henan has caused severe flooding caused by flooding from reservoirs in many places. Among them, the Zhengzhou flood disaster was particularly tragic. However, the officials deliberately played down the situation of the disaster. The officially announced number of victims has been strongly questioned by the outside world. The number of family seekers posted online has far exceeded the official data.

In the afternoon of 24 July, the Information Office of the Henan Provincial Government held a press conference, claiming that from 16 to 24 July at 4 pm, heavy rainfall caused more than 9.3 million people in 137 counties (cities, districts) and 1,373 towns in the province. 63 people are missing.

However, this figure is difficult to convince the outside world. The large number of posts on mainland social media looking for missing relatives has far exceeded official figures. Among them, only one webpage of "Netease Shufan" listed the personal data of at least 130 missing persons.

Among them, Lu Yanghan, an 18-year-old girl from Haigouzhai, Cuimiao Town, Xingyang City, Henan Province, was washed away from her home by floods. There has been no news so far.

A villager in Haigouzhai, Xingyang County, Henan Province said, "(She) was at home, and then the water overflowed to the second floor. The second floor was completely flooded and washed away. There are several households under our village, and one of them was not found, and one died. It’s in the house. The water in many places in the south has accumulated there, passing through our river, so the houses under us are all flooded, very serious."

The missing person’s information showed that on the afternoon of the 20th, 33-year-old Liu Kai went missing on a pipe gallery construction site at the intersection of Jinxiu Road and Xianghunan Road in Baisha Town, Zhongmu County, Zhengzhou.

Another young man, Sha Tao, took Zhengzhou Metro Line 5 on the afternoon of July 20, after which the subway was flooded and stopped. After 6 o'clock in the evening, Sha Tao lost contact. Sha Tao’s name is not among the officially announced subway victims.

Recently, heavy rains in Henan Province have caused disasters. On 20 July, the upstream reservoir of Zhengzhou suddenly released floods without warning, causing floods in Zhengzhou to run wild. The people didn't know it, and a large number of pedestrians and vehicles were trapped, flooded, or even washed away. The flood filled some sections of Metro Line 5 and the Jingguang Road tunnel, which was extremely tragic.

In addition, the disaster situation in Xinxiang and other places is also very critical. Therefore, the authorities claimed that only a few dozen people had died, which aroused widespread suspicion.

Xing Tianxing, a commentator on current affairs in the United States, said, "Although there are natural disasters involved in the CCP's history, the most important thing is the man-made calamities of CCP officials. Therefore, the CCP has always tried to cover up the facts of these disasters. "

Xing Tianxing said that due to the CCP’s long-term fraudulent propaganda, many people lacked understanding of CCP officials’ dereliction of duty and the evil that caused man-made disasters, which directly increased the casualties in the disaster.

Xing Tianxing said, "A considerable number of people are still there waiting for the so-called official rescue. It can be seen that this is actually the CCP's long-term propaganda that convinced them that the so-called (CCP) government can come to rescue them, but the facts themselves may be at the cost of life before they realize it."

After the disaster, the government used the media and the Internet to conduct public opinion-oriented propaganda, downplay the disaster, whitewash disaster relief, and block true information. But even so, some of the information flowing out of the people is enough to pierce the official statement.

Xinxiangli Ms. Li said, “It’s mainly the flood discharge from the reservoir above. Anyway, we didn’t notify us. I heard that four reservoirs are discharging floods last night. At present, if we are on the second floor, we can still be able to stay. If the water level rises again, I can’t stay on the second floor. The car and the household appliances at home are all incapable. They are all soaked in water."

A person responsible for collecting relief supplies revealed that the disaster was very serious and there was an urgent shortage of medicines and food and other supplies.

Ms. Qiu, a citizen of Zhengzhou, said, "They were trapped in the flood, and they had nothing to eat or drink. They only had to send things there. We are very serious here. For example, Xinxiang, its county town and Xinxiang county are all flooded. Then people can't get in at all, only rescuers with kayaks can get in."

Although the disaster in Henan is serious and the people are in a difficult situation, the headline on the front page of the official media "Henan Daily" on the 24th is Xi Jinping's visit to Tibet, and the news is the so-called toilet revolution. The Henan disaster is placed at the bottom, and it is the so-called "important instruction" that requires learning from Xi Jinping.

Xi Jinping's inspection of Lhasa is very strange

Xi Jinping's inspection of Lhasa was very strange. Compared with the floods, Tibet currently has no emergencies, and there is no need for leaders to pay for the inspection. Speaking of laboring the people and hurting the wealth, after watching the front and shouting, so many extras are still sending two people on both sides of the road to throw Hadas on the car. Who are these people?

Lhasa: In 1951, the population was about 25,000 + 15,000 monks. The Tibetans in Lhasa experienced two great escapes. In 1959 and 1989, the CCP repressed twice. A large number of Tibetans and monks left, and most of them were Han Chinese.

In this census, there are 600,000 Tibetans in Lhasa and 230,000 Han people, but excluding the army that is not included in the census. According to estimates by the Tibetan government in exile and human rights organizations, Tibetans are a minority in Lhasa. The resident of Lhasa is dominated by party and government agencies. Even Tibetans are related to the party and government of the CCP. Therefore, most of the people who donate Hada are party and government agencies, and Tibetans are not ruled out.

Xi Jinping's visit to Lhasa has two functions: 1) to avoid the embarrassment of inspecting the disaster area; 2) to draw attention to man-made disasters by visiting news spots. Just look at the first page of the "Henan Daily" on  24 July.

Deng Xiaoping could not have done anything back then
This is different from Deng Xiaoping's situation back then. Deng could not do anything at that time (of course, even if he did, he might not do it). The situation at the time was that the country was in chaos. Zhou Enlai was unable to cope with his physical condition and had to use Deng Xiaoping; Mao was in charge of the revolution and did not control production or construction. (The party leader is in charge of the revolution, the government leader is in charge of production, and the leader in charge of the revolution is also in charge of the revolution. The troubles responsible for production have been the case since the Mao era, and it is still the case now).

Deng Xiaoping needed to balance Mao’s revolution with his being activated to save the economy, and also to deal with Mao’s thugs Jiang Qing and Zhang Chunqiao. Jiang Zhang was looking forward to Deng’s negligence or loopholes, and it was in 1975. Re-use Deng (Vice Chairman of the Military Commission, Chief of General Staff, and First Deputy Prime Minister) in November to re-use Deng Xiaoping in November (Criticizing Deng's counterattack against the right-turning case).

Even if there is a saying of playing bridge, it would be helpless. Deng Xiaoping later strengthened his power to really play bridge. This is not an excuse for Deng. The nature and responsibility of Deng's subsequent 89 Tiananmen massacre and the dam failure of the Banqiao Reservoir in 1975 are different. What I am talking about is how the high-level CCP politics works.

Everyone avoids floods. What is the difference between Xi and Deng?
In the Zhengzhou disaster, Xi Jinping held the highest authority, and it is not an exaggeration to say nothing. Although there is a high-level power struggle, it will never affect the decision-making and implementation of disaster relief, that is, it is impossible to shirk responsibility. A visit to Lhasa will not add points to his struggle within the party and the layout of the 20th National Congress.

In the two major disasters in Henan in 1975 and 2021, Deng and Xi Jinping's avoidance, shirk responsibility, and even escape are incomparable. As for whether someone digs a hole for him, he has to jump down to dig the hole. This is like saying that the Gang of Four deceived Mao Zedong. Whoever wants to believe will believe it.

The number of victims and vehicles in the Jingguang North Road Tunnel
The official report is that there are more than 200 cars, Caixin.com reported that 2 people were killed, and the paper reported that 4 people and more than 200 cars were reported to be difficult to verify. But everyone who drives knows that there is no way to go in a traffic jam. Before the flood, the tunnel was in a state of traffic jams. It is impossible for the Jingguang North Road Tunnel to have less than 300 vehicles.

Some people have photographed extended trailers pulling out many suspected corpses wrapped in white cloth from the tunnel. The actual death toll may be difficult to know from the outside world.

News (14)

The death toll of the two major incidents is still a mystery

We know that the death toll from two major incidents so far is still a mystery. The 89 Tiananmen Square and Wenchuan Earthquake, the former was wiped out by the army, and the latter, civilian volunteers collected a partial list. With the intervention of the army or armed police this time, it is difficult for the outside world to get a closer figure. Anyway, the official figures are by no means credible.

Disaster in Xinxiang, dozens of villages were flooded
Another issue worthy of attention is the Xinxiang disaster. The "Communist Canal" broke its dyke, flooded the Weihe River, and Weihe broke its dyke. The cause may be that the four reservoirs in the upper reaches of the river were broken or flooded, causing dozens of villages in the lower reaches to be flooded, only one village. It is said that 10,000 people are trapped. The water outside the village is 8 meters deep, and the water is 1.8 meters inside the village. The water is still rising. The local truck driver used a car to enter the breach and fill it in invalid.

The armed police all went to Zhengzhou to block news and show off. Sacrificing the countryside to protect the city is also a major feature under the CCP’s rule. "Ode to Longjiang" talks about this. It is called losing the pawn and protecting the car. The key is not whether to protect the city or not, but that the sacrificed countryside should be promptly rescued and compensated.

The CCP armed police have sufficient resources. If they cannot do it, there are only two situations: they are unwilling to do it, or they are incapable of doing it. The latter shows that the CCP’s military is actually incapable of combat. Examining the strength of the military means major disasters and actual combat. Exercises are not counted as exercises by the CCP’s military.

Major disasters can test intelligence collection, analysis, decision-making, army mobilization, deployment, communications, and the ability to reach the destination under harsh conditions.

U.S. cracks down on CCP Fox hunters

The U.S. Department of Justice updated the indictment, prosecuting 9 people who participated in the "Fox Hunt". I talked about this case when I first started working on the YouTube channel in October last year. This time a new defendant was added.

From 2016 to 2019, the defendant threatened, harassed, monitored, and intimidated someone who had lived in New Jersey since 2010 (Xu Jin, the former director of the Wuhan Development and Reform Commission and his wife Liu Fang, a hundred Hongtong staff) and a daughter of a woman2, Live in California. This is part of the CCP’s "Fox Hunt" and "Skynet Operation". Participants were sent from mainland China, there were also Chinese living in the United States, and even hired in the United States.

In 2017, three mainland officials took Xu's father to the United States and forced Xu to return to China for trial along with the suspect. Participants included an hired American private detective, some were responsible for collecting Xu's personal information, some were receiving mainland officials, some were operational logistics, some were tracking and monitoring Xu's daughter and using photos for cyber threats; some went directly to Xu's home and knocked them out. They knocked on the door and left a threatening note.

In October 2020, 8 people were prosecuted, and this time Tu Lan was added, an official of the former Hanyang District Procuratorate.

In this way, there are at least three people sent directly from China: Hanyang District Procuratorate (picture blue), Hanyang District Public Security Bureau, and a retired physician from Xiangyang Central Hospital (taking care of Xu's father along the way) to find the rest directly in the United States.

Here are a few issues worthy of attention.

1. Does Fox Hunt violate the sovereignty of the host country?
The U.S. prosecution was made under the pretext of acting on behalf of a foreign government that did not notify the U.S. Department of Justice, acting and conspiring as an illegal agent of the People’s Republic of China without notifying the Attorney General in advance, and was involved and conspired to be involved in cross-state and transnational kidnapping . Tulan and Zhu Feng also charged for obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice (20 years).

There is an article in the country saying that this is nothing at all, but just contacting the wanted person and telling him the domestic policy towards him. In fact, it cannot be tolerated by any sovereign country, but some small countries cannot do anything about it.

This is a routine operation of the CCP, and it is indeed done in many countries. It is also in Hanyang District. In 2018, another Hongtong officer was arrested in Kenya and returned to China, and the Fox Hunting Working Group of the Ministry of Public Security led the Hubei police to catch it. , Claiming to have the cooperation of the Kenyan police.

Why didn't the Ministry of Public Security be sent to the United States, but the Hanyang District came to the United States by itself and then asked for help? I knew that it was against American law and I didn't dare to do that.

2. Why doesn't the United States cooperate?
As I said, all countries are not required to cooperate with the red circular. The conditions for cooperation are generally that the same criminal facts are also similar crimes in this country, and there must be sufficient evidence.

This has nothing to do with whether this person committed a crime, but whether the Chinese police can provide evidence acceptable to the US Department of Justice. The CCP knew that it could not provide it, so it could only kidnap it sneakily.

This is not the U.S. protecting criminals, because the CCP refused to provide criminal evidence. In fact, it did not refuse, but did not communicate with the U.S. Department of Justice at all.

3. Overseas Chinese cannot accept CCP orders
Another point is that overseas Chinese need to pay attention to the fact that official personnel from the mainland ask for help. Many of them violate US laws and cannot be accepted casually. Strictly speaking, they should be rejected at all.

This time the main person in the United States is Zhu Feng, a resident of Queens, and a permanent resident. Zhu Feng confessed to the US government that he is only a close relative of another person who was brought back to China by the fox hunting operation. He was required to cooperate with the police because of that relative’s case. . The others seemed to be found by his relationship.

In this mode of operation, the CCP sent a small number of people to temporarily form an action team in the United States to perform its tasks. This situation should be common. Once it was cracked and prosecuted as a foreign spy, no one could help.

CCP  criticized Reuters for showing an ugly photo of Chinese weightlifter

The CCP’s news censorship has extended from domestic media to Western mainstream media. On July 24, Reuters reported on the news about the Chinese women's weightlifting gold medal in the Tokyo Olympics, and was scolded by the Chinese consulate abroad and a group of party media, saying that the report was deliberately ugly.

The Reuters report said that Chinese women's weightlifter Hou Zhihui won the second gold medal for China in this Olympics in the 49-kg competition, with a photo of Hou Zhihui lifting a barbell.

It was this photo that angered the CCP. The Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka reposted the report on Twitter that same day and criticized Reuters for deliberately choosing an unsightly photo, saying that it can only show their own ugliness.

Subsequently, the Chinese Communist Party media Global Times and others also made comments and criticized Reuters.

However, some Chinese netizens criticized the CCP: “People with an ugly heart look ugly at everything. What's so strange that the photos look like this when lifting weights? There are also photos of athletes from other countries. The photos of the players were taken ugly. Has this war of wolf diplomacy been so bad?"

Insufficient vaccines in Taiwan! The second dose may be mixed with MVC? Internationally, it’s "AZ+This"

Reporter : Wang Yihui/ Photographer : Chen Jianming

The volume of vaccines purchased in Taiwan is quite unstable. In order to speed up the coverage of vaccines, "mixing" is a strategy that has to be considered. Now more and more countries have begun to mix, and it is reported that both Taiwan University and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital are conducting clinical trials of the "AZ+Moderna" vaccine.

What should the person who vaccinate with Moderna in the first dose do? Experts and scholars believe that it is time to do mixed-play research.

Taiwan is facing a shortage of vaccine arrivals and the onslaught of variant viruses, coupled with the international trend of vaccine mixing, and now the mixing strategy that can increase the flexibility of vaccination has attracted considerable attention. For example, a total of 15 million doses of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine/Comirnaty have been donated by the private sector, and it is likely to be included in the assessment of mixed vaccination.”

Those who received the first dose of Moderna, now except for the officials in the first category, the second category, and the first category. First-line epidemic prevention personnel, as well as the third type and pregnant women, can make an appointment to give the second dose of Modena. The second dose of other people seems to be nowhere near.

The command centre will give second doses of Moderna in 4 weeks. The original setting is directly extended to 10 to 12 weeks, but the arrival quantity and protection are full of uncertainty.

Li Jianzhang, clinical professor of the Department of Emergency Medicine at National Taiwan University Hospital, said, "Comirnaty + Moderna vaccine, this is considered by Canada, because they also encountered the same situation, that is, the supply of these two is not so stable. Something, because of its structure or content, the two vaccines are too alike. So from this theoretical point of view, the interaction of the two Comirnaty or Moderna vaccines is actually irrelevant. It may not have much impact in terms of immunology or safety, but if you go to vaccinate like this, it will indeed add more flexibility to the government's vaccine scheduling."

Mixed vaccinating may have become the direction of thinking, and the command center is now reluctant to consider launching a small-scale local study to assess the feasibility of high-end vaccine mixing. After all, domestic vaccines do not have international mixing materials to refer to, and currently according to National Taiwan University and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital the clinical trials of AZ and Moderna vaccines and mixed vaccines are being carried out.

According to the research report on AZ mixed rvaccines recently published in Sweden, people who have given two doses of AZ vaccines and mixed vaccines are compared. The concentration of protein antibody differs by more than 20 times, and the concentration of neutralizing antibody is also increased by 10 times. However, common side effects such as fever, fatigue, headache and so on are also 30% more.

The research of AZ mixed Comirnaty is now more international. Huang Limin, Dean of National Taiwan University Children’s Hospital, said, "(International) current mixed vaccinating is mainly focused on the first dose of AZ vaccine, and whether the second dose should be replaced with another vaccine. That is mainly to replace the mRNA vaccine. From the experimental data, it seems that, If the second dose is replaced with mRNA vaccine, the overall clinical effect is greatly improved. In theory, you have also avoided the risk of thrombosis in the second dose of AZ vaccine. Therefore, most of you currently support this method and many countries have included it in their national policies. As for future chaos, it may be mRNA and mRNA chaos, or mRNA followed by protein. For example, Novavax has a better effect and is a protein vaccine. Of course, some data on mashing will be needed in the future, but from a theoretical point of view, these can be done."

Mashing is a research direction, the vaccines are too new

Doctors and scholars believe that mashing is a research direction, and the vaccine is still too new for the world. All of them are gradually looking for answers in the fog, and Taiwan must also quickly catch up with the international footsteps.

Shi Xinru, Director of the Center for Emerging Virus Infection Research of Chang Gung University, said, "In the future, the detection of neutralizing antibodies can become an immunization passport. As far as I know, many countries, such as Singapore and the United States, have passed more and more models. A test reagent for antibody quantification indicates that this demand is needed, especially when the entire vaccine is sufficient. There are indeed some people who are vaccinated earlier, or because of their physique, certain vaccine platforms are right. As far as he is concerned, it is less likely to produce a response. If the measured amount is relatively low, you can add it, or use the neutralizing antibody to prove that you have indeed been vaccinated and have sufficient protection. It is feasible, but it will take some time.”

The covid epidemic is a new topic for the world. CCP virus (covi) is an unkillable virus. We have to find ways to make ourselves stronger, cautiously and actively use science to find a solution.
