First record of accidental preemptive UB-612 and AZ vaccine mixed vaccination
Editor : Zhuang Yating
Covi continues to mutate, and whether covi vaccine mixing can improve protection has become a topic of concern from all walks of life in the world. The command centre is still discussing whether or not it can be mixed in Taiwan.
The National Taiwan University Hospital and the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Linkou started to plan clinical trials of mixed vaccines, but the former Director of Health Yang Zhiliang broke out that he had already preemptively mixed vaccines, "UB-612 + AZ."
Yang Zhiliang had revealed a few days ago that he was invited by Zhang Fengyi, the vice president of Good Friend No. 3, to participate in the second phase of clinical trial of UBI Vaccine UB-612, and his first dose of vaccination is completed on 15 April.
In June, Yang Zhiliang revealed in the radio program "A Thousand Years" that he participated in the Phase II clinical trial of UB-612. After the injection of the vaccine, the result was that no antibodies were produced in the body. Therefore, he speculated that he might be a control group, and he was in the control group.
However, too late to wait for the unblinding results, Yang Zhiliang revealed to TVBS that the AZ vaccine was administered on him in June. He believes that since UB-612 has had results, the subjects should be accounted and reported, "I ask It took a long time for it to tell me that I am the experimental group.” Yang Zhiliang, the representative, has completed the mix of UB-612 and AZ vaccine.

Wuhan lnstitute of Viology once asked the U.S. on disinfection issues, Tedros pleads to CCP on covi source traceability transparency
Reporters : Wang Yuhe and Shang Jing / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/07/16/a103166884.html
The content of the email communication of the Wuhan laboratory was recently disclosed, showing that it had asked the United States for help regarding laboratory disinfection and sterilization. In addition, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus once again called on the CCP to cooperate with traceability investigations on Thursday.
Judicial Watch, an independent government monitoring agency in Washington, issued a press release on 8 July, disclosing a 301-page email between the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and other information.
The content of the email shows that in 2016, the Wuhan laboratory institute asked for help from outsiders, and asked American colleagues to help solve the laboratory's disinfection and sterilization problems.
Part of the letter stated that WIV hoped to obtain some suggestions on "the disinfectants for decontamination of airtight suits and surface decontamination" and "Recommendations for the selection of disinfectants".
The title of the letter is "asking for help", and the person who wrote the letter is Yuan Zhiming, director of the Biosafety Laboratory of the WIV.
RFI reported that the US media disclosed the security problems of the Wuhan laboratory through internal documents of the US diplomatic service a few months ago. The content of the above-mentioned email further confirmed the problems in the laboratory.
The content of the e-mail shows that the NIAID and the WIV are co-operating closely on funding and technology. They have funded the coHealth Alliance under the leadership of the controversial Peter Daszak 9 times to assist them in conducting research related to bat coronavirus in China.
Following the statement that the virus was leaked by the Wuhan laboratory, more and more attention has been paid, and experts, including Dr. Fauci and Tedros, have changed their positions.
On Thursday, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus called at a WHO press conference in Geneva that the CCP should be more transparent and open in the cooperation of virus traceability ("We ask China to be transparent and open and to cooperate." ), he called on the CCP to share raw data.
As the global death toll from the epidemic surpassed 4 million, Tedros said that we owe these victims an explanation.
He also said that some people have "prematurely pushed to rule out the theory that the virus may leak from the Wuhan laboratory managed by the Chinese government."
Indeed, shortly after the beginning of the epidemic, many experts stood up to rule out laboratory leaks, but so far no one knows what the virus is about, so it is about tracing the source. How could they determine it so early?
Tedros also said that he is an immunologist, "I have also worked in the laboratory before, knowing that laboratory accidents can happen, and it is very common."
His statement himself overturned the report of the investigation results of the WHO Wuhan investigation team released in March 2021.
With nearly 200 million confirmed cases worldwide and 4 million deaths, people demand the truth and hope that the truth will be revealed as soon as possible.

U.S. media explodes error in Wuhan's first patient data, WHO admits error
The Washington Post of the United States revealed the World Health Organization (WHO) and China jointly issued the Wuhan pneumonia (COVID-19, covid) investigation report, regarding the information on first patient in Wuhan was wrong, and the World Health Organization acknowledged the error in reply and stated on 15 July 2021 that a more dangerous variant of the virus might appear.
The Washington Post reported that the virus investigation report jointly issued by the WHO and China showed that the first patient was a 61-year-old market worker with a genetic ID of "EPI_ISL_403928". However, the first case of the disease announced in Wuhan is a resident of Wuchang District who became ill on 8 December 2019. There are also discrepancies between the WHO and China’s official “patient address” information, which are located on the north and south banks of the Yangtze River.
WHO spokesperson Tarik Jasarevic responded via email. According to the information available to the WHO, the first patient recorded in China was a 41-year-old man with a genetic ID of "EPI_ISL_403930". It appears as another person because of an "editing error." Jasarevich said this is actually not important, because the first patient known so far is probably not "patient zero."
The Washington Post asked the WHO to verify why the data of the first patient recorded by the National Genomics Data Center of China showed that symptoms began to appear on 16 December 2019, and there was a discrepancy with the WHO. Jasarevic said that the WHO is still investigating this matter and will find out why this date is one week later than the WHO's onset on 8 December 2019 but there is currently no answer.
The official website of the World Health Organization issued a statement on Thursday. Although countries around the world have made efforts for the epidemic, the pandemic is still far from being officially ended. The virus continues to mutate, and four high-profile variants dominate the global epidemic. , "The emergence of new and more dangerous variant viruses is highly likely to spread globally, and these variant viruses may be less likely to be controlled."

Are the same people behind the virus research and vaccine sales?
The Epoch Times mentioned in a report on 15 July 2021 that the Chinese Communist Party's Sinovac that produces Kexing vaccines (CoronaVac). Although its vaccine efficiency has been widely questioned, it was only released this year. In the first quarter, it earned 1.67 billion U.S. dollars from the sale of vaccines, which is equivalent to 10 billion yuan, and this is a "net profit." At the same time, Sinovac has a number of subsidiaries, behind which are hidden the figure of the CCP's Red powerful investors. For example, the "Kexing Zhongwei" listed in Hong Kong is backed by Zeng Qinghong, Jiang Zemin and Wang Qishan's family forces.
After the outbreak of the CCP virus (Wuhan virus, novel Coronavirus, covi, SARS-CoV-2), the “vaccine” is a “tool” for the Chinese Communist Party that can be used not only to exert influence on foreign countries, but also to make money. Mentioned the shareholders behind the "Sinovac", so after Sinovac made money, whose pockets did the money go to?
Everyone knows that the WIV, which is at the core of the CCP virus controversy, has a lot to do with Jiang Zemin’s son Jiang Mianheng. The people who are engaged in virus research and investing in vaccines are actually the same group. What is the situation?

U.S. Security Commission experts revealed that CCP began to deceive the United States since Deng Xiaoping era
Now, the mainstream view of the world is to resist the CCP. Du Rusong, Director of China Affairs of the National Security Council of the White House, also recently published a new book called "The Long War: The CCP's Grand Strategy to Replace the United States."
It is mentioned that the CCP’s actions from Deng Xiaoping’s “hide its powers and bide its time” to Xi Jinping’s so-called “major changes unseen in a hundred years” have actually been done for more than 30 years to weaken the strength of the United States and eventually replace the United States. His world status, and the other words on the surface are all pretense, bluffing, and deceiving. For more than 30 years, the CCP has always wanted to surpass the United States. In fact, the CCP already had such a mind when it first established its governance.
In his book, Du Rusong denied the CCP’s appeasement, or compromise, and tolerance of CCP’s bargaining. He believed that the essence of the competition between the United States and China is who will lead Asia and the world order. In many places, this is a "zero-sum game". "It is a big competition in which the winner must be distinguished.
Du Rusong further suggested that the United States should use an "asymmetric strategy" to weaken the power of the CCP. It is not that the CCP wants to fight a currency war, but a currency war. To expand the size of the navy, the United States will also expand. He believes that the United States should adopt measures lower than the cost of the CCP to weaken the CCP. For example, in advanced military technology, the United States has such asymmetric strength, including high-speed and long-range strike weapons, unmanned aircraft carrier attack aircraft, underwater unmanned aerial vehicles, and so on.
On 13 July, US Secretary of Defense Austin stated at an international conference that in order to strengthen military equipment involving AI artificial intelligence, the United States will invest 1.5 billion U.S. dollars in research and development of AI weapons in the next five years. The United States itself has very strong technology in this area, and further investment in development will make the Communist army even more unmatched.

The CCP will pretend to be a military exercise and then attack Taiwan? There is another way to prevent intrusion
Michael Beckley, a political science expert from Tufts University in the United States, has insights into the current situation of the CCP. He believes that regimes desperately embarking on an extreme road often think of adopting very radical behaviors because they feel that they are running out of time, such as Germany before the First World War and Japan during the Pearl Harbor incident.
In fact, the CCP is now in a state of "all-for-all". Its suppression of Hong Kong and Taiwan's cultural attacks and military intimidation are just like this.
Beckley recently accepted an exclusive interview with the Voice of America and also talked about the Taiwan issue. He said that based on his own observations, Beijing is indeed considering the so-called "armed reunification of Taiwan." This is because Beijing has lost all hope of a so-called "peaceful reunification." At the same time, Taiwan is moving further and further away from Beijing and closer and closer to the United States. Therefore, the Chinese Communist Party is considering the option of force. Beckley put forward a hypothesis that he believes that the communist army may be disguised as a "military exercise" at some point in the future, and then suddenly become an island landing operation against Taiwan, catching Taiwan, the United States and Japan off guard. But Beckley changed the subject and immediately said that even so, the CCP must have failed.
Beckley believes that the communist army wants to cross the Taiwan Strait itself, and Taiwan Island itself is a natural fortress. The east coast is a muddy beach, and the west and the side facing the mainland are not suitable for landing, and there are not many places suitable for landing. There are many risks in crossing the Taiwan Strait. Moreover, the operations to land on Taiwan are not like the Normandy landings during World War II. At that time, the German defense was mainly based on light weapons. Now, Taiwan already has precision-guided missiles, which will cause more trouble for the communists to land. .
As for how to defend Taiwan, Beckley put forward a very realistic point of view. He said that he does not recommend that the US military allocate too much manpower to the Taiwan Strait, because the US government will encounter great resistance, including some people’s antipathy to the war, or The exposure of the U.S. military in a particularly dangerous place has brought objections.
That’s why he said, “unmanned minefields” can be deployed around the Taiwan Strait, that is, minefields, and anti-ship missiles can be deployed on things that can float on the sea, or they can be hung directly on airplanes. The US military can develop a large number of them. The United States’ low-cost drones cruise around the Taiwan Strait, and at the same time launch some cheap satellites, specifically targeting Taiwan, as sensors for multiple defenses in the air. Through these inexpensive methods, the U.S. military can force the CCP to have no chance, like Japan back then. Like the attack on Pearl Harbor, attack any corner of the Taiwan Strait at will.

U.S. military plane stayed in Taiwan briefly to hand in secret documents
At present, the interaction between the United States and Taiwan has broken through more restrictions, which is also a good thing for Taiwan’s security. For example, on the morning of July 15th, Taipei time, a military administrative plane of the US military's Okinawa base landed in Taipei in a low-key manner, and flew away after only more than 30 minutes. The purpose of this plane's trip is to have a special plane personally hand over a "diplomatic document" to someone from the American Taiwan Association.
What are the important documents that are kept secret to such a degree that they need to avoid electronic transmission methods that are easily intercepted and submit them by means of special planes? The content of the submission is still unknown to the outside world, but it is foreseeable that the interaction between the United States and Taiwan will increase.

Community protests in Chongqing over parking fees on 14 July 2021
On 14 July 2021, in Chongqing, residents of a community of Evergrande Property Management broke out in protest. The reason is that the parking lot of this community was originally free to park, but the property sold the parking lot to a third-party company, and the third-party company began to charge parking fees as soon as it took over, so the residents of the community were dissatisfied and took to the streets to protest.
But the CCP’s routine has always been to not solve the problem, only to solve the "problem-proposed person." We can see from the local footage that a large number of residents took to the streets to protest. It was not the property company that faced them, but the property security and at least a few hundred CCP policemen. They also drove a police car for arresting people. The large buses arrived at the scene together, obviously aiming at arresting people and violently maintaining stability. Moreover, a female protest participant told the overseas The Epoch Times that the CCP minions who maintained stability at the scene pushed her to the ground, causing her arm fracture and skull fracture. Some people were also taken away that night. To be precise, they were "carried away".
However, there were a lot of people protesting at the scene, and everyone was angry, and the CCP police, which was able to maintain stability, retreated for a while.

National Health Commission: Covi vaccination follows the principle of voluntary
In recent days, there have been notices in many grassroots areas that people in China cannot travel without being vaccinated against covi, cannot enter the mall, cannot go to a stall, cannot enter the hospital, and public officials who have not been vaccinated have stopped paying their wages, making the covi vaccination a "mandatory" practice to protect themselves. Such preventive behavior has encountered various embarrassments. What are the facts?
The reporter learned from the CDC of the National Health Commission that the covi vaccination follows the basic principles of "informed, agreed, and voluntary". After China entered the normalization of the prevention and control of the covid epidemic, there have been local transmissions in many places in the country. After epidemiological traceability investigations, it was found that these epidemics were related to overseas inbound cases, indicating that the current risk facing China is still inbound cases, and China still s in the normalized prevention and control stage of "external defense input, internal defense rebound".
With the introduction of vaccines as a prevention and control method, both China and other countries are actively promoting vaccination; at the same time, they adhere to the current public health and social prevention and control measures, and maintain a good personal protection awareness to prevent and control the pandemic. The covi vaccine is an important means to prevent and control the import and spread of the pandemic, and it can also reduce the incidence of severe cases and deaths.
In accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases" and the relevant requirements of the covid "Class B Class A", people of the right age and without contraindications should meet all the requirements. The CDC of the National Health Commission has paid attention to the notifications of restrictions on groups that have not been vaccinated with the new coronavirus vaccine in individual areas, and has given guidance and regulations in a timely manner.
In fact, the National Health Commission has always paid attention to the use of compulsory methods to inoculate the covi vaccine. On 11 April 2021, the State Council’s joint prevention and control mechanism press conference stated that simplification or even one-size-fits-all vaccinations have appeared in individual places, and this practice must be resolutely corrected.

South Korea fears Fukushima ingredients, Tokyo Olympic Players Village will make homemade bentoes
The Tokyo Olympics will open on 23 July 2021, and delegations from various countries will arrive one after another. The Olympic Organizing Committee announced that it will use specialty products from 47 prefectures and prefectures throughout Japan to supply ingredients for the restaurants in the athletes’ villages. South Korea has decided to strictly control the food and ingredients provided by the contestants village in order to prevent its own contestants from eating dangerous foods that are contaminated by radiation, and formulate plans such as bringing their own lunch.
The person in charge of the Korean Sports Association said, “Considering the risk of radiation pollution, members have been advised not to eat food produced in Fukushima Prefecture and other places during meals.”
The South Korean side will open a "Meal Support Center" in a restaurant near the athletes’ village on July 20 to make lunches for willing Korean athletes and send them to the athlete’s village; in addition, 24 chefs and nutritionists will be sent to Tokyo, also from Korea. Bring in the must-eat kimchi, pickles, sauces, etc. for every meal, and make meals with high nutritional value on the premise of safety.
It is reported that South Korea has also prepared a cesium (Cesium) meter to carefully check the radiation energy of the ingredients during the cooking process. According to the statistics of the South Korean delegation, there have been 25 competition groups that hope to provide lunch boxes, which is estimated to be 420 per day. A total of 8,500 will be needed during the Olympics.
The President of the Korean Sports Association, Li Qixing, said before that “The International Olympic Committee is continuing to discuss the use of Fukushima ingredients with the WHO and the International Atomic Energy Agency.” “After the relevant institutions have carefully discussed the ingredients, we will Train local athletes on issues that need to be paid attention to when ingesting seafood."
The actions of South Korea caused criticism from the Liberal Democratic Party, the ruling party in Japan, who believed that South Korea "is really unpleasant to find such problems." Masahisa Sato, chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Diplomatic Group), said: “Japan has prepared the ingredients with great care and hospitality. This behavior (in South Korea) tramples on the hearts of the citizens of Fukushima.”
Japan also claimed that agricultural and aquatic products produced in Fukushima Prefecture and other places have been inspected for radioactive substances, and only products that meet safety standards can be shipped.
The Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Organizing Committee also stated that relevant inspection data have shown the safety of these products.
"Yonhap News Agency" reported on 28 June that according to the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Organizing Committee, a restaurant called "Casual Dining" in the athletes' village will provide food from 47 prefectures in Japan, including Fukushima Prefecture. The side-effect of Moderna second dose is "like being hit by a train"
The second dose of Modena was also dubbed by the outside world as the "little devil." Regarding this, Lin Shibi, a former infection specialist at National Taiwan University, said bluntly that it was because these people "did not see the horror of the second dose of Modena." The side effect of the drug is like being hit by a train.
Compared with Moderna, the first dose of AZ vaccine has more negative returns. "The really severe side effects, we have not seen yet." Many European and American friends joked that the first dose of Moderna was just a car accident. Hit, but the side effect of the second dose "is being hit by a train."
Do not think that choosing Moderna is foolproof. “The second dose is still very fierce.” Only the second dose of Moderna vaccine will produce 94 to 95% protection. According to Korean data, after the first dose of AZ vaccine of 14 days, the protective power reached 86%, while the second dose of protective power is just a little more, but the side effects are not significant.

Research reveals that the protective power of AZ vaccine is "effective for life"!
Editor :Chen Yiling
Taiwan currently supplies both AZ and Modena vaccines, but there have been repeated reports of sudden deaths from AZ, making many people only dare to vaccinate Moderna. In this regard, scientists from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and Swiss scientists found that the virus antigens produced by administering AZ, which is an adenovirus vector vaccine, can train the human immune system for a long time, and the protection can last up to a lifetime.
The Oxford University team in the United Kingdom published a study in Nature Immunology on the 15th. At present, the world's highest proportion of covi vaccines is the "Adenovirus Vector Vaccine". AZ and Johnson (J&J) belong to this The team also discovered that the adenovirus vaccine can induce the human body to produce strong immunity.

The report points out that after this type of vaccine is administered, adenovirus will enter the human body's long-lived stromal cells, and the virus antigens produced can train the body's immune system for a long time. According to experiments, it has been found that adenoviruses enter fibroblastic reticular cells, and these cells have the characteristics of "long life", and also have the function of soft texture and tissue protection.
Doctors exposed that "6 types of people beware" life-saving tricks revealed that the University of Oxford team revealed that due to the various characteristics of adenovirus, it can induce cytotoxic T cells after entering the human body. Coupled with the long-lasting antigen, it can make cytotoxic T cells redifferentiate and change for longer-lasting memory T cells.
According to the "The Sun" report, adenoviruses form a "killer training camp" after entering the human body. The protection may last a lifetime. Swiss researcher Burkhard Ludewig points out that these come from The T cells of the "killer training camp" seem to have very high adaptability and can co-evolve with humans for a long time.
In addition, Hualien County Health Director Zhu Jiaxiang also pointed out on Facebook that the adverse reactions caused by the AZ and Moderna vaccines are different. He heard a report from colleagues in the hospital and gave the second dose of Modena. The doctor had a fever and body aches, but the second dose of the AZ vaccine had no obvious discomfort. "So I said, AZ is eating sugar cane, and the bitterness is sweet. Modena eats sugar cane, happy and sad."

Burmese epidemic is severe, military hoards oxygen to protect itself, residents are shot

Since the Myanmar military launched the coup, the society has been hit hard. Now, the surge of COVID-19 cases has brought the country into a new dark period, and people in Myanmar are desperately rushing to buy oxygen and masks.
On Wednesday (14 July 2021), the Ministry of Health and Sports controlled by the military recorded 4,047 confirmed cases and 109 deaths. The total number of infected people in Myanmar reached 201274 and the death toll reached 4,036.
After the February coup d’état, the political situation was already very turbulent, and the lack of oxygen aroused greater anger among the Burmese people. According to doctors and residents, the Myanmar military government is hoarding oxygen and restricting people’s access to this life-saving medical resource as the third wave of epidemic rages in the country.
Health workers told The New York Times that for more than five months after the military seized power, the authorities prohibited private clinics from obtaining oxygen, and prohibited citizens from buying oxygen from oxygen producers because these manufacturers were used by the military. Accused of driving up prices, charity workers told the New York Times that the regime also restricted charities from providing oxygen to those in need.
According to the news website "The Irrawaddy" founded by Burmese exiled in Thailand, the military government claimed that citizens were hoarding oxygen supplies and ordered private oxygen plants not to replenish oxygen cylinders for those in need.
The staff of many private clinics in Myanmar are doctors who refuse to work in state-run hospitals, as part of citizens’ continued protests against the coup. Several of the doctors told the New York Times that they believed that the government intends to direct the country's limited oxygen supply to military hospitals, where family members of the military government mainly receive services.
Health professionals told the New York Times and Reuters that the lack of available oxygen has led to many deaths. This trend is unlikely to end anytime soon, because the authoritarian regime has also stockpiled most of the country’s vaccines, which will save lives. The sanitation mechanism is left to members of the army.
Earlier this week, in Yangon, Myanmar’s largest city, videos and photos on social media showed dozens of residents in long lines hoping to fill up or buy a limited number of oxygen cylinders. Witnesses told the New York Times that soldiers in the city opened fire on the queue of people. It is not clear whether there were any casualties.
"I want to know whether the military wants to survive by letting no one live in the country," Ko Thein Zaw, a resident of Mandalay, told the media.
Professor Zaw Wai Soe, the former Myanmar Minister of Health in exile in Australia, said in an interview with Australian SBS News that officials have greatly underestimated the true scale of the infection, and "the health system has been collapsing...a terrible collapse."
Professor Zaw Wai Soe said that since the February coup, at least 17 of his medical students have been killed, and many others have been beaten and arrested. He said: “The military pointed a gun at the public, then the medical staff, and then the health staff. How can we cooperate with it? This is why the medical system is completely paralyzed.”
According to reports from Myanmar’s state-run media this week, there are 5,000 cases in the country every day, and an average of more than one-third of the virus test results are positive. Public health experts believe that the actual infection rate may be much higher.

The FDA's decision is right! ICMRA: The second generation vaccine needs "immune bridging"
Source : Liberty Times Net
The International Federation of Drug Regulatory Authorities (ICMRA) stated that the second-generation Wuhan pneumonia vaccine requires immune bridging research. In this regard, Zhang Hongren, an adjunct professor at the Institute of Public Health at Yangming Jiaotong University, said, “No more doubts, our Food and Drug Administration decision last year is right!" Japan plans to launch a phase III clinical trial of its covi vaccine this fall. Moderna makes a comparison; the International Federation of Drug Regulatory Authorities (ICMRA) stated that the second-generation covi vaccine requires immune bridging research. In this regard, Zhang Hongren, an adjunct professor at the Institute of Public Health at Yangming Jiaotong University, said, “No more doubts. The decision made by the Food and Drug Administration last year was correct!"
The domestically produced "mRNA vaccine" developed by Japan's Daiichi Sankyo Pharmaceutical Factory is scheduled to start the final clinical trial for thousands of people this year. However, due to the increase in the number of people vaccinated globally, it is difficult to mobilize tens of thousands of people for large-scale clinical trials. Under medical ethics considerations, it is impossible to directly compare the effects of placebos and vaccines. Therefore, Daiichi Sankyo considers adopting "non-inferiority trials".
This test means that the vaccine under development and the practical Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are compared with the amount of antibodies in the body of the vaccinated to confirm the protection of the vaccine. It is similar to the domestic vaccines used in Taiwan's MVC and UBI vaccines. "Immune bridging" (immuno-bridging) method uses neutralizing antibody titers to evaluate vaccine efficacy. The standard for comparison is AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccine. Currently, pharmaceutical companies are discussing details with the Japanese government.
Zhang Hongren, an adjunct professor at the Institute of Public Health at Yangming Jiaotong University, said that he saw the news from Japan, "I immediately ask an old friend who retires from the Food and Drug Administration and has a doctor of pharmacy in Tokyo Teida to check Japanese information." According to the press release of the Alliance of Competent Authorities (ICMRA), the vaccines of the "future" must be used in clinical trials with "immune bridging". Therefore, "no need to doubt, the FDA's decision last year was correct!"
Prior to this, the International Association of Drug Regulatory Authorities (ICMRA) held a seminar to discuss future development of covi vaccine. A consensus was reached during the meeting to evaluate the effectiveness of the second-generation Wuhan pneumonia vaccine in the final clinical stage. If this practice is no longer in the future If feasible, it may be necessary to conduct immune bridging studies, that is, "non-inferiority trials" to predict vaccine effectiveness.

FDA officials: Pfizer's covi vaccine will be fully approved in advance
An official from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) told CNN on Friday (16 July) that the decision to fully approve Pfizer's covi vaccine will be "much faster", may be within two months.
Pfizer began to submit a full approval application-Biological Products Licensing Application (BLA) in May. The application has been designated as a priority for review.
This means that the US Food and Drug Administration must make a decision before January. But the official told CNN that the decision will be faster than this.
The official said that the US Food and Drug Administration considers this matter a priority. He requested anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.
All three vaccines in use in the United States—Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson—are used under emergency use authorization.
Last year (2020), Dr. Peter Marks, head of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Review, the US Food and Drug Administration's vaccine department, said that only when the review is close to full BLA approval The EUA will only be granted after the required review.

Hong Kong added to UK "Green List"
When the British epidemic rebounded, the local government updated its travel list on July 14 and Hong Kong will be included in the "Green list" on 19 July. Passengers entering the UK from green areas only need to be tested for the CCP virus before departure and within 2 days after entry. If it is confirmed that they are not infected, they do not need to undergo quarantine. The summer vacation coincides with the second peak wave of Hong Kong people moving to the UK. It is expected that the new policy of the British government may push up the wave of departures from Hong Kong Airport.
According to the latest announcement on the British government website, at 4 am local time on 19 July, the day the seal was released, Hong Kong and Bulgaria were included in the "green region list." This means that anyone who arrives from the above two places only needs to present a virus test certificate within 48 hours upon boarding, and there is no need to conduct self-isolation and two virus tests for 10 days after arrival. However, those who arrived from the two places before the above time are still on the "Amber list". Unless there have been two doses of vaccines designated by the British National Health Service (NHS) 14 days before boarding, including Pfizer and Oxford AstraZeneca. Otherwise, they will still have to be isolated at the residence for 10 days after arriving, and be tested for the virus on the second and eighth days.
The current green update list only applies to England for the time being, and the governments of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will have independent epidemic prevention policies, but it is expected that Wales and Northern Ireland will follow suit at a later time.
In addition, the authorities have included Taiwan and Croatia on the "Green Watch List". The measures for entry into the local area are the same as those in the "Green Area". However, due to the local epidemic, these areas may be reduced to the "Yellow Area List" and new ones added. Entry requirements. The authorities have earlier decided to reduce the Spanish Balearic Islands, a popular holiday destination, to the list of yellow regions.
In addition to the "green areas", the authorities have decided to start from next Monday (19th). If people entering from the "yellow areas" complete two doses of NHS vaccination at least 14 days before arrival, or are under 18 years of age, they will It is handled in accordance with the entry measures of the "green area" without isolation.

Slovakia donates 10,000 doses of vaccine to Taiwan
Following Lithuania’s donation of 20,000 doses of vaccine to Taiwan, Slovakia, which is also a member of the European Union, will also donate 10,000 doses of vaccine to Taiwan because of its gratitude that Taiwan had donated 700,000 masks during the epidemic. For this, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China expresses its heartfelt thanks.
The EU headquarters stated on July 15 that in response to the epidemic, its member states have donated vaccines to the world through the citizen defense mechanism, including the Slovak government's plan to donate 10,000 doses of vaccine to Taiwan, and the process is still being coordinated.
According to media reports, Slovakia is grateful for Taiwan’s donation of 700,000 masks during the epidemic, and expressed its willingness to donate nearly two months ago. Slovakia is the second EU member state to donate vaccines to Taiwan after Lithuania.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China, Ou Jiangan, said that Slovakia actively used the European Civil Protection Mechanism to express mutual support among friends and shape the cycle of good power in the world, saying that it would donate 10,000 doses of vaccine to Taiwan. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its sincere gratitude to Slovakia for its sincere friendship and goodwill.
Ou Jiangan said that Slovakia and Taiwan have close cooperation in various fields, and the government and the people have interacted and friendly at all levels. For example, Slovakia has included the Republic of China on the Green Safety List since October last year, and is the first EU member state that exempts Taiwanese citizens from quarantine. Last year, the government of the Republic of China and the private sector also donated a total of 700,000 masks to Sri Lanka.
Ou Jiangan said that in order to ensure the smooth completion of the donation through the EU mechanism, the Slovak government is currently in the process of final relevant legal procedures, including the confirmation of vaccine types and delivery schedule. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will maintain close contact with the Slovak government and explain to the people in due course.
The Slovak Economic and Cultural Office stated on Facebook that Slovakia has not forgotten its friends. A year ago, Taiwan sent charcoal to Slovakia and donated masks. Now Slovakia will also contribute its own modest effort by donating 10,000 doses of vaccine to Taiwan to express its support.
Chen Shizhong, the commander of Taiwan’s Central Epidemic Command Center, expressed his special thanks to Slovakia for donating vaccines to Taiwan through the European Union. I believe the bilateral friendship will get better and better, but the details of the vaccine brand have not been confirmed.
The President of the Legislative Yuan, You Xikun, said in a Facebook post that he was very moved when he heard the EU announcement that Slovakia will donate 10,000 doses of vaccine to Taiwan. Thank you Slovakia.

After being vaccinated with Moderna, the whole body was "covered with red rash" for four days
Reporter : Wang Haoci
After Moderna vaccination, some people in Taiwan developed severe allergic symptoms such as systemic urticaria. Even the scalp was itchy and regretted taking Moderna vaccine. In this regard, Chen Shizhong said that no matter which brand of vaccine is used, as long as there is an adverse reaction after vaccination, for safety reasons, it can be mixed.
The doctor also explained that the excipient used in the Modena vaccine is polyethylene glycol. People with a history of allergies are advised to vaccinate other brands or change the second dose of vaccine to AZ to avoid the BNT vaccine, which is also mRNA.
Dr Zhan Qianjun said, "Urticaria appears on many parts of the body." Her arms, neck and legs are covered with dense urticaria. It feels scary just to look at it. The doctor said that within a week, she encountered two of the patients had itch all over after being administered with Modena.
Dr Zhan Qianjun said, "It is more common for him to start from a large area of delayed rash to urticaria, to red palms to miliary rashes (occurrence), usually 5 to 8 days there will be a red rash phenomenon."
There is also a Miss Jane who was vaccinated with Moderna on Wednesday. She developed a large rash on her chest and back. It had not disappeared in 4 days. She bluntly regretted playing Moderna and hoped that the second dose could be mixed. Ms. Jian: "When I got home, I felt itchy on my body, and my scalp was itchy, but the itch was slightly itchy. In fact, I regretted Moderna vaccination. I want to get our domestic vaccine."
Command Centre commander Chen Shizhong remarked, "If he is allergic and severely allergic to Modena, he will be given another shot in the second dose. We can use other shots at that time. This is not for the benefit, but because there is no better choice."
Chen Shizhong said that no matter which vaccine was given in the first dose, as long as the serious adverse reaction is to be safe, the second dose can be mixed. The doctor also explained that compared with AZ and BNT, Moderna is because of the "excipients, polyethylene" in it. "Diol" is more likely to cause severe allergies such as urticaria. If people have a history of allergies, it is recommended to receive other brand vaccines, and the second dose is best to choose AZ to avoid BNT, which is also an mRNA component.
Dr Zhan Qianjun said, "For some cosmetics or people who are allergic to polyethylene glycol itself, try not to use it. Some people have reported that some people use hyaluronic acid, and a small number of people are allergic."
Pingtung also has the first legal case in Taiwan. In the case of mixed vaccination, a 50-year-old man who was given the first dose of AZ vaccine on 6 April was found to be unhealthy. He should be approved after evaluation and changed to Moderna on 22 June. However, if it is not evaluated by a doctor, it also meets the CDC guidelines and conditions, the public must not try illegally.

China's first human infection with "monkey B virus", a veterinarian died of fever after anatomy of 2 monkeys
Editor : Cai Minggen
The China CDC notified the first human infection of "Monkey B Virus" in the area on 16 July 2021. The patient was a 53-year-old male veterinarian who was engaged in primate research in Beijing. In breeding and experimental research, two dead monkeys were dissected in March 2021. Nausea, vomiting, fever, and neurological symptoms began to appear in April. He went to several hospitals for treatment, and finally died on 27 May.
According to CCP media’s "Health Times" report, the China CDC pointed out in its weekly report that there have been no cases of human deaths caused by monkey B virus infection in the local area, and no obvious cases of monkey B virus infection have been found in clinical practice. This case was discovered only after first-generation sequencing and real-time polymerase chain reaction.
The CDC report mentioned that monkey B virus was first isolated in 1932. It is an endemic alpha herpes virus in macaques and is usually transmitted horizontally through direct contact and exchange of body secretions. The monkey B virus is not obvious in the macaque host, but about 60 cases of pathogenic zoonotic monkey B virus infections occur sporadically, with a fatality rate of about 70 to 80%.
Although the risk of secondary transmission is small, there has also been a case of human-to-human transmission.
Previously, zoonotic monkey B virus infections were mainly North American primate veterinarians, animal care workers or laboratory researchers.
On 17 April researchers collected cerebrospinal fluid, blister fluid, blood, nasal swabs, and oropharyngeal swabs from the patient and two close contacts. They were sent to them on the 19th for analysis by the Mainland CDC.
Real-time polymerase chain reaction results showed that only in the patient's cerebrospinal fluid samples, the BV genome test was positive, and other specimens and all specimens in close contacts were positive. In addition, the tests for VZV virus, monkeypox virus and orthopox virus were all negative, which confirmed the first case of human BV virus infection in mainland China. The report calls for strengthening monitoring by veterinarians and related researchers.
The report concluded that the discovery of the first case means that herpes B virus in monkeys may pose a potential zoonotic effect to professional workers, such as primate veterinarians, animal care personnel, and researchers. They suffer from threats. It is necessary to eliminate the monkey B virus during the development of a specific pathogen-free rhesus monkey population, and to strengthen the monitoring of experimental rhesus monkeys and related professional workers in mainland China.
