A trial on Trip.com on retrieving SingapoRediscovers Vouchers shows that a person may exhaust 100 Singapore Dollars for a staycation booking. The web-site states, "The excess will only be returned in denominations of $10." For instance, for a room booking that costs S$86.73, only a denomination of $10 will be returned. There is no return of exact dollars and cents.
For attraction and tour bookings, the vouchers are only open to family or group bookings and only up to 30 Singapore Dollars or less of the vouchers can be used to complete the bookings.
