The 71st anniversary of the CCP’s usurpation of power has triggered anti-communist movements around the world. In 61 cities around the world, a total of 150 Chinese groups have launched the "Resist CCP, Free China" campaign. The five-star flag-raising ceremony is held at Chinatown Garden Corner in San Francisco every year, but this year it was cancelled due to the efforts of the Chinese community.

On September 26, "Sing Tao Daily" held a flag-raising activity in San Francisco's Chinatown to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the CCP's usurpation of power, which was resisted by members of the local Chinese People's Movement Association.

According to boycott participant Bob, the "Sing Tao Daily" raised the flag this year on the roof of the American Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Garden Corner, Chinatown. The protesters were just downstairs of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, holding "No National Day, only National Death" and so on. Slogans and chanted "Boycott CCP" and other slogans to prevent live broadcasts.

This protest is part of the "Global Removal of the Five-Star Blood Flag" campaign that began in August. Since then, pro-democracy activists in San Francisco have gone to Garden Corner Square every weekend to urge those associations or businesses that fly the flag of the Chinese Communist Party to take off the flag by distributing leaflets.

The CCP virus (also known as the novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2) has ravaged the world, allowing people around the world to see the CCP regime’s bullying ambitions. Western countries led by the United States have begun the process of decommunization. The regime ushered in the 71st year of its establishment. On October 1st of previous years, overseas organizations representing the CCP, such as the Chinese consulate, had to celebrate. This year, in front of the Chinese consulates around the world, Chinese groups came to protest the tyranny of the CCP.

Chinatown in San Francisco, the United States is a place where the CCP's penetration is very serious. In August of this year, the San Francisco democrats launched a campaign to remove the five-star blood flag of Chinatown. They set up a plaque in the garden corner of the central area of Chinatown, which explained the CCP's usurpation in detail. For the heinous crimes committed against the people since then, I advise Chinese friends to follow the trend of the world and stay away from the CCP. Organizers lead the people to visit the overseas Chinese organizations with blood flags every weekend and urge them to remove the blood flags.

Due to the efforts of the Chinese democratic organizations, the public flag-raising activity that had lasted for many years at Garden Corner in the Central District of Chinatown was cancelled on October 1. However, the staff of the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco were still reluctant to give up the ceremony and decided on September 26. A flag raising event was held on the building of the Chinese Consulate. Unexpectedly, people in the San Francisco Bay Area gathered in front of the Chinese consulate on that day to protest the flag-raising activities. They only saw the people holding in their hands: "There is no National Day, only a national death", "Eradicate the CCP, remove the blood flag", "Shut down the CCP spy agency", " The placard of "Expulsion of CCP spies" and shouting slogans in unison. The Chinese consulate raised its flag and ended hastily amid public protests.

In Boston, in the east of the United States, on the morning of September 30, dozens of residents of various ethnicities from China, Vietnam and other places protested at the city government, calling on the Boston city government to take off the CCP’s five-star flag. Ms. Lu, a resident of the state who participated in the protest, told the interviewer: "This flag represents the sins of China (the Communist Party), just like the sins of the Nazis. They even hurt Americans. Because of the 'Chinese Communist Party' virus, many Americans lost their jobs and even lost their lives. The mayor (Boston) did not come out to condemn the CCP government's crimes, but gave them the right to raise the flag. What a shame to Boston!"

October 1 was designated by the overseas Chinese as "National Day of Death." Chinese democratic groups around the world called for a global alliance to disintegrate the CCP.

In Sydney, Australia, Dr. Qin Jin, Chairman of the Front for a Democratic China, said, “The CCP has committed heinous crimes in China. More than 100 million people have died under the CCP’s iron feet in China.” She called on the righteous forces of the world to unite and suppress the CCP: “ I believe that this plague will wake up people all over the world, and people will be able to see the evil of the CCP more clearly."

Chinese groups also participated in demonstrations in Berlin, Germany. Liao Tianqi, vice chairman of the International PEN Peace Committee, said that on October 1st this year, activities to protest against the violation of human rights by the Chinese authorities were "very meaningful." She believes that this means that Chinese and local people all over the world have a clearer understanding of the Chinese Communist regime than ever before. This year, the epidemic broke out in Wuhan. The CCP deliberately concealed the epidemic, which caused a global spread, to force the Hong Kong National Security Law, the Xinjiang Uyghur concentration camps, the suppression of Mongolian and Tibetan languages and religions, and even dozens of military planes flying over the central line of the Taiwan Strait.  All these have made people in the democratic world highly vigilant of CCP.
