Earlier, the WHO sent two advance team members to China, but failed to actually go to Wuhan, which caused controversy; now the WHO has confirmed that the list of experts needs to be nodded by the CCP.

The WHO said that the international team of experts will try to understand how the virus crosses the species barrier and spreads from animals to humans, which will then cause COVID-19.
