The second wave of the outbreak in Beijing broke out. In the early morning of 24 June 2020, the "301 Hospital", which was dedicated to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, suddenly issued a notice "dispelling rumors", saying that the outbreak of the 301 Hospital was a rumour. Many questions were raised. Some media have traced the whereabouts of the Chinese Communist Party's high-level officials and found that the 7 standing committee members have strange whereabouts. They are suspected of leaving the Beijing area to escape the epidemic, and Zhao Leji and Han Zheng may have been infected.
In the early morning of 24 June, the Communist Party of China proclaimed that it mobilized all the party media, social media, and self-media, and all of them uttered voices to "dispel rumors" for the outbreak of 301 hospital. Official media also claimed that the recent news about the list of more than 100 closed communities in Haidian District is a rumour, requiring netizens not to listen, believe or spread.
Strangely, the CCP did not mention the details of the rumours, and no trace of the list of more than 100 closed communities in Haidian District was found on the Internet.
The official media of the Communist Party of China took the initiative to refute rumors, causing more questions from netizens. I think this is a superfluous move for "three hundred and two without silver".

The Epoch Times reporter interviewed the residents of the Beijing military compound exclusively and learned that the Beijing Municipal Government and various party media's "dispelling rumors" came from the Chinese Communist Party on the 24th and was a notice issued by the Chinese Communist Party within the party, government and military.
Zhang Bo (pseudonym) of the Beijing military compound said that he lives near the 301 Hospital, where there are all kinds of military compound, and one of the artillery compound is infected. Three people were determined to be positive on 1 June.
Recently, Zhang Bo's mobile phone received an internal notification that patients and close contacts have appeared in many military camps and military rest centers due to the outbreak of the 301 Hospital. Please take extra precautions. The notice also attached a list of newly added closed communities in Haidian, and reminded everyone not to go to the above-mentioned communities. Once entered, the mobile phone health code will turn yellow.
The "rumours" released by the CCP in the early hours of the 24th should be directed against this internal notice.
301 Hospital is located in the Haidian District of Beijing. It is the General Hospital of the Chinese Communist Army. It is currently a deputy military-level unit directly under the Central Military Commission’s joint logistics support unit. It is the largest comprehensive hospital in the military and one of the important health care bases of the Chinese Communist Party. The medical care work of the military commission and its various departments. It is also the attending hospital of Zhongnanhai and the high-level military.
A new round of outbreaks in Beijing is out of control, and some media have tracked the whereabouts of the 7 Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China and found that since 11 June, the party media has not released reports of meetings of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China. Even if there are meetings, it is also a video conference to reduce each other. Engagement, and committee members also significantly reduced appearances.
The Epoch Times published a commentary article saying that after the Beijing epidemic was announced, Xi Jinping had only participated in two videoconferences on 17 and 22 June, but neither was a public appearance. Other reports are Xitong telephone, congratulatory letter, and order issuance.
Li Keqiang made one public appearance on 15 June. He attended the China-Europe video conference on 22 June. On-site photos showed that the meeting place was in the Beijing City Hall. There should be no health concerns.
Li Zhanshu appeared for four consecutive days from the 19 to 21 June to host the conference. Health should also be normal.
After the outbreak, Wang Yang made a total of three appearances, conducted research in Xinjiang and participated in the CPPCC meeting. Although it is impossible to confirm whether Wang Yang is in Beijing or abroad, at least it can be judged that his health should be no problem.
Wang Huning only participated in the video conference once on the 17th and was not a public appearance. Han Zheng only presided over the work meeting of the Winter Olympics on the 12th. In addition, Zhao Leji did not report on his activities throughout June.
Crossroads Moderator Tang Hao said that from the information of the high-level activities of the CCP, they may have left Beijing and dispersed to the surrounding areas to avoid the epidemic. Only when they met a major meeting that they had to attend and returned to Beijing.
In southern China, torrential rains caused disasters, floods continued to expand, and floods in various provinces became more severe. However, the Standing Committee did not visit the disaster areas to appease the victims. Some standing committee members have been faceless for a long time, and they have disappeared. Among them, Zhao Leji was the longest-disappearing person, and Han Zheng only appeared once. Wang Huning attended only one video conference.
Coincidentally, when the Wuhan epidemic broke out in February and March, both Zhao Leji and Han Zheng were nearly "invisible" for a month. At that time, the outside world speculated that the two people might have been cut down and marginalized by Xi Jinping, or they might have been infected with viruses.
Now the two have similar situations again, and other standing committees have also reduced their public appearances. Does this mean that some people have been recruited because of the virus, and this has led other high-level officials to dare not go to the field to investigate disasters and are afraid of getting the virus? Some commentators have speculated that it may also be that the CCP's internal fighting is fierce, and some people have been controlled and silenced? It is worth everyone to continue to observe closely.
