The public is supposed to be able to collect the anti-microbial Temasek reusable face masks from 10 am on 29 June 2020 till 12 July 2020. Many public members tried to collect two sets or more per household at local community clubs at 10 am. As at 12.45 pm, the dispenser machines that distribute the new reusable masks were still malfunctioning.
The malfunctioning issue was nationwide.
Temasek has rectified the errors by 3 pm.
The community clubs suggest the public to return later within to collect the masks. The dispenser machines work 24 hours a day.
