On 26 June 2020, a rare "fire rainbow" spectacle appeared in the sky of the Kanto region of Japan, attracting many people to take photos. Netizens exclaimed, "Beautiful!"

At about 10.30 am this morning, some Japanese netizens discovered that a "seven-colour cloud" appeared over the Kanto region. The people of Machida City and Kanagawa Prefecture in the southwest of Tokyo can clearly see the special strangeness commonly known as the fire rainbow. Many people went out to grab photos and shared photos on social platforms.

"Seven-colour cloud" is a rare astronomical phenomenon, also known as a horizontal arc of the ring, because it looks like a "burning rainbow in the sky", so it is also called "fire rainbow".


This colourful cloud suddenly became a hot topic on the community platform. Netizens have left messages: "It's really beautiful," "beautiful to a bit unusual," and many people say they haven't seen such a colorful cloud after living for so long.


A beautiful fire rainbow also appeared in Yilan, Taiwan on 14 June. Chen Bilin, the director of the Lanyang Museum, saw the wonders and immediately took out the photographic equipment and photographed them, and shared them on Facebook, inviting people raised their heads to appreciate together.
