According to the "Beijing Daily" news, on 13 June 2020, the Beijing CDC notified that a Mr Wang , a resident of the fifth district of Jingwang home in Chaoyang District, Beijing, was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person during a business trip in Shenyang.
Liaoning Province announced that from 8 pm on 13 June, under "14-day centralized isolation control measures" will be taken for personnel from Fengtai District of Beijing, Yuetan Street of Xicheng District, Changyang Town of Fangshan District will be quarantined for 14 days after arriving in Shenyang and other Liaoning cities.
At the same time, the disease control centres in Luliang, Shanxi, Daqing, Heilongjiang, Dalian, Liaoning, and Dandong, Liaoning also issued a travel warning on 13 June: If not necessary, citizens should not go to Beijing in the near future.
