Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Azur Restaurant's two employees diagnosed for two consecutive days
Among the two local community cases yesterday, one was an employee of the Azur restaurant at the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, and the other was an airport cargo worker. Both cases are related to the airport hotel restaurant.
The Ministry of Health of Singapore informed yesterday that a 43-year-old Malaysian woman (case 59059), a WP guest worker, works in the Azur restaurant of the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, responsible for delivering packaged meals to the crew and hotel guests. She developed acute respiratory infection symptoms at work on 3 January, sought medical attention on 5 January, and was diagnosed on 6 January. She was then taken to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases in a dedicated ambulance. Her serum antibody is negative, which means she has a recent infection. Her B117 mutant virus test was initially negative and is being verified. When she received regular combined testing, the result was negative. The last time she received regular testing was on 31 December.

On 4 January, he was tested again, and symptoms of acute respiratory infection appeared on the same day. On 5 January, his personal test was positive and he was taken to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases in a dedicated ambulance.
